Second time staying here and it is still one of my top favorite Airbnb homes! Wonderful home great place to stay with my family for a ski trip. Definitely will plan another stay here! Home away from home

The stay was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the pond. The cabin stayed very warm and the showers water temp was on point. We didn’t use the hot tube but it did look off to the pond which was special. The loft bed was not as comfy as the downstairs bed, but that was no big deal. Overall nice stay with nice amenities.

Awesome place! Didn’t need to drive to the snow park the first day! We had the snow in the backyard!!!

Absolutely loved staying in this cabin, what a serene way to decompress from the loud noises of working in a hospital. I enjoyed reading on the porch in the morning watching all the critters-the deer family living under the deck was a fun bonus. Hot tub was so nice after long days of exploring and traveling. Loved watching movies on the projector before bed. It was a great location to explore Lake Tahoe, burney falls, the redwoods, and manzanita lake. Hosts were so friendly and responsive. Wish I could have stayed longer, it was perfect!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful escape here. We loved the cozy fireplace and peaceful woodsy surroundings. There were also plenty of great hikes nearby, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature!

This was our family’s second stay at Wade’s place. The house is very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed, including lots of towels, plenty of detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, and all the necessary kitchen accessories. Wade is a very courteous host. He proactively reached out to us a couple of times to make sure our stay was going well. Some of our favorite perks include the heated bathroom floor, rainfall shower, and hot tub! Thanks for another great stay!

Cool house, close to slope and 5 min walk to village. 10 minute drive to grocery store. Host responds quickly to questions. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Our extended family stayed through the Christmas holidays. The space was perfect for our multiage group to have together and private time. The kitchen was very well set up and easy for multiple cooks to work together. Our hostess was incredibly thoughtful going extra miles to do things like get us a permit so we could cut a tree on the national forest, decorating the house beautifully, and leaving wonderful gifts for the children. The house is packed with family games and puzzles and a has hot tub. The forest setting is beautiful and quiet. I can't recommend this place more highly for family or friend groups to enjoy some time together.

Had a great stay at Robert's with some friends for a trip to Boreal! From the get go, the process was super quick and easy, and Robert was both friendly and quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had which made our trip go smoothly from start to finish. Location was super convenient as well, especially being right by Donner which was great for walking our dogs, and we would definitely look to try and stay again in the future for any trips up North!

Excellent Airbnb. Highly recommend. I think this was my 6th time staying here. Keep coming back for friendly and responsive hosts, quiet surroundings, great views, clean and comfortable furnishings, proximity to lots of activities, thoughtful touches and reasonable pricing.

The property was even nicer than expected. So many personal touches! It felt like staying at a friend’s house because you can tell Jane trusts her guests with all the nice things in her home. When we were there the river was flowing and we were able to fish right below the cabin. The deck is so lovely to watch wildlife wandering/swimming/flying by. We were attending a wedding in Graeagle which was just about five minutes away. There’s a couple of restaurants and very cute shops there. We look forward to coming back and exploring the area further.

Our family of four (including two kids) had a wonderful and very cozy staycation at Rekha and Shyam’s place. The property is private, yet easy to reach, beautiful and the nature threw a winter wonderland surprise at us by showering snow and icicles. Kids had a blast using the by the river. The host had plenty of sled options available and we also carried our own. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we did not have to carry our instant pot because the house had it already! Bath-tub with jet was another hit with the kids, and the showers are comfortable too! The large windows and views from the living room and bedrooms are gorgeous. And a beautiful creek flows in the backyard of the property. This place is approx 10 mins away from Lassen national park, but we decided to stay in as the house and creek was so gorgeous we did not need to venture outside. Thank you to the hosts for sharing this lovely place with us and definitely recommend it!

This place was everything it said plus way more! Perfect family get away. If you are traveling with kids it’s perfect. Toys, baby gates, pack n plays, sledding hills and even anti choking kits. Used the sledding hill a ton but luckily avoided the anti-choking kit. Jokes aside, it’s one of the best thought out airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely, will come back for a summer get away with family and friends.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place. It was peaceful, relaxing, beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything our family of five needed. We cooked many of our meals at the cabin. The location is minutes from Graeagle and is located on the Feather River. There are many places to sit and relax around the property and on the banks of the river. The indoor and outdoor furniture were both comfortable and plentiful (we don’t always find this). We could see the care and intention with everything in and around the cabin. Our family enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening and had wonderful meals and game time at the large dining table. It was a very hot during part of our stay (we stayed for five days) and there were fans in all rooms; the cabin stayed nice and cool. Janet and Kristin were always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

The cabin was everything it was described as being. Very quiet. Excellent location. The Nakoma Resort offers amenities such as two restaurants and a recreation center that includes a pool. There is a plethora of things to do in the surrounding area including close access to the lakes region (alpine lakes and hiking galore), Graeagle and Portola.

Second time we stayed at Casi's place. It's the perfect getaway in nature while still being 5 minutes to Nevada City

This is one of our happy places. We'll be back as many times as Pete & Sonia will have us! The cabin is clean & comfortable. The location is fantastic: close to the lake and open space right out the backdoor. Pete is also incredibly responsive, welcoming, and kind.

This home is amazing! I’ve stayed here with my co workers for two weeks and the rooms are all fantastic. The kitchen has tons of room for whoever and comes with just about everything you can forget. The deck is arguably my favorite part, it’s stays shaded and the hot tub surrounded by pines is super relaxing. Meghann was super proactive with everything and made our stay here one of the best we’ve experienced in the area. 10/10 we wish we were going back next week.

The private backyard with an outside tub, shower and sauna overlooked a beautiful private view of spring trees. The place was perfect for a little getaway. It’s a close drive to downtown Nevada City. I highly recommend it and will definitely want to stay again. So grateful for the opportunity to stay there.

This is definitely a perfect getaway! I was roadtriping and stopped by Shingletown. Candess’s farm is huge and very beautiful. It’s for sure a wonderful place to have friends gathering, bbq, pool, animals, and all the natural beauty! The cabin is super super cute I literally screamed out when I stepped in, it’s exactly what you would imagine in the tales. Only thing was it didn’t have any service and I happened to get some work to do, and they kindly invited me to use the guest room which has internet. The night was amazing!

Great stay! The house has a well stocked kitchen and is overall very well appointed. We were very comfortable and plan to stay here again in the future!

We had a great time at this cabin! It was absolutely beautiful. First night there was hardly any snow and the second night it was snowing all day and was an absolute winter wonderland. I highly appreciate the snow plow on the road to get us safely back to highway 80. Friendly neighbors too, hi Randy!

Great place! Great location!

This was our second year we have rented this place for our family's annual lake trip. We loved it! The upgraded air conditioner in the living room and the ceiling fans in each bedroom definitely made it a very comfortable experience. You also can't beat the private dock and beach area. We will be booking this place again for next year. We love the privacy of this home too. Very grateful for the quick responses from the host too when we had any minor questions. Definitely can't wait for our trip next year!
