Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, das Haus ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend gelegen und außerdem sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber, die schöne Aussicht, der eingezäunte Garten, der kurze Weg zum Strand (ca. 5 Minuten) und der private Autoabstellplatz hinter einem verschlossenen Tor waren sehr fein. Am meisten genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die Sonnenaufgänge, die werden uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir würden wieder kommen. Auch der Gastgeber Alessio war stets zuvorkommend und hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Danke Alessio!

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Eine schöne Unterkunft im netten Ort, Porto San Paolo! Die Unterkunft eignet sich für zwei Erwachsene Paare, da es separate Schlafzimmer gibt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, bis auf einen Hund in der Nachbarschaft, der manchmal nachts bellt. Die Betten und Matratzen sind bequem, die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und offen herzig und wir konnten auch flexibel auschecken, was uns eine große Hilfe war! Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle schönen Strände sind mit dem Auto in maximal 15 Minuten zu erreichen, wir empfehlen auch auf jeden Fall ein Mietauto zu nehmen. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmsten Herzens empfehlen.

Fabulous location near all the beautiful beaches. A car a must! Lovely villa and super helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Notre séjour chez Valerio, c'est très bien passé, la maison est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables . la maison est proche de la voie rapide ce qui permet d'être rapidement à Olbia, sur la côte... on entend les voitures que légèrement quand nous sommes dehors . Valerio nous a toujours répondu rapidement

We had a very nice time. Our children loved all the kind and sweet animals and the pool. The pool area was a beautiful place, it was just a little walk from our house. Monia and Luca are very kind and they taking care about their garden and animals. Everything was clean and looked nice.

Alessio war beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr flexibel. Er hat uns alles im Haus erklärt und zusätzliche Infos per Mail geschickt. Er war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Gewürze, Öl, Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee … ein schönes Willkommenspaket. Die Räume sind groß und auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen frühstücken. Wir bekamen Handtücher und Strandhandtücher für jeden Gast. Der Strand ist in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Budoni, es dauert nur ca 10 Minuten. Man benötigt dringend ein Auto. Das Haus ist sehr gut an die Schnellstraße angebunden und liegt sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Leider gab es viele Mücken. Es gibt keine Mückengitter aber jedes Bett hat ein Moskitonetz, dass einen nachts schützt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, aber Lüften war ohne Gitter an den Fenstern nicht möglich. Wir hatten wunderbare 4 Tage!!

L’appartement était très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La terrasse est toujours fraîche et prodigue un espace ombragé en cas de fortes chaleurs. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de mettre la climatisation, juste le ventilateur était suffisant. L’appartement n’est pas neuf mais est en très bon état d’entretien: Propre et bien rangé. L’accueil des hôtes était amicale. Nous avons été accueillis avec des bouteilles d’eau fraîches et des petits jus pour les enfants par les propriétaires. Budoni est une ville animée avec quelques activités le soirs pour les familles, très chouette. Il ne fait pas spécialement calme le soir, c’est une ville animée et bruyante la nuit, nous entendions la musique jusqu’à tard mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. L’appartement est à 2-3min à pied d’une jolie plage, propre et familiale, celle-ci n’est pas trop bondée et est donc facile de s’y rendre et d’y passer la journée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille! Merci!

This is stunning place and Simone is a great host! We loved it and will be back. The terrace is incredible and great way to start and end the day, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was great, it had all we needed and the cool box was a lovely touch. We hired a car which was great for exploring and helpful to have a good spot to park it. Amazing beaches, wonderful restaurants (a number were closed during our stay) and very close to Olbia, the airport and a nice little mall. Simone was helpful and responsive and we are grateful. Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Sardaigne, avec notre fille de 4 ans. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, réactif, et aide sur les emplacements. Très bon accueil également. Le logement est très bien situé et a une belle vue sur l'île. Le logement est un peu trop sombre à mon goût dû a l'exposition, la cuisine est peu ergonomique (et donc moins pratique pour quelqu'un de grand) et la douche un peu petite. Peut être qu'il manque un ou deux produits d'entretien et un aspirateur 😊. Nous mettons 5 étoiles car cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour, et le rapport qualité prix est très correct.

Wir waren Mitte Februar für 14 Tage in Lorenzos Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist ideal für Wassersportler. Durch den Garten bist du in wenigen Schritten am Wasser. Das Haus steht neben anderen, zumeist als Ferienwohnungen genutzten Häusern. Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, der sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad oder sogar zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Alternativ findet man alles, was man braucht im ca. 12 km entfernten Orosei. Lorenzo ist ein superfreundlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus war top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles, was wir wissen mussten, hat Lorenzo uns erklärt und beschrieben. Darüberhinaus hat er uns viele gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen gegeben. Lorenzo kümmert sich mustergültig um seine Gäste. Wir haben den Urlaub zum Kajak- und Radfahren genutzt. Der feine Sandstrand ist ideal für den Einstieg. Die Straßen sind ruhig und gut mit dem Rad zu fahren. Danke, Lorenzo, für die tolle Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Milinas Appartment. Milina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar funktioniert. Toll war, dass uns Milina alles gezeigt und Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

Paolo e la moglie sono stati estremamente disponibili per il check-in ed il check-out molto flessibili. Un piccolo problema con la serratura della porta d'ingresso è stato risolto con velocità in giornata e Paolo è stato così gentile da portarci anche un vassoio con i dolci tipici di Sardegna. Inoltre è sempre stato facilmente raggiungibile anche se non ce ne è stato bisogno e si è premurato di chiederci a metà vacanza se andasse tutto bene. L'appartamento, come da descrizione, è pulito, completamente attrezzato e direttamente sul mare: stupendo poter pranzare e cenare all'esterno con una splendida vista. C'è un posto auto all'interno della proprietà ed anche la doccia calda esterna, comodissima per evitare di portare all'interno dell'appartamento sabbia e sporco. Il mare non ha bisogno di descrizioni: cristallino come solo quello di Sardegna può essere. Che dire: peccato che la vacanza sia già finita. Grazie a Paolo ed alla sua famiglia per la gentilezza e la cortesia.

L’appartamento è fornito di moltissimi servizi tra cui lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, friggitrice ad aria, cappuccinatore per il latte, barbecue, climatizzatore, Wi-Fi e doccia esterna. I due bagni sono completi con doccia e bidet e finestrati. Ampio terrazzo esterno. Unica pecca il materasso del divano letto non adatto a soggiorni prolungati in quanto estremamente sottile e scomodo. Fornita biancheria da letto e da bagno pulita per tutti gli ospiti. Parcheggio sotterraneo privato facilmente accessibile. Host cortese e molto disponibile a fornire consigli sulla zona.
