Fantastic location, walkable to town and the chairlift. View of the mtns is beautiful. Condo easily fit all 6 of us. Vanessa was proactive in letting us know the hot tub got messed up from the last folks staying there and told us where we could use the other hot tubs in the complex. She aslo gave us the directions to the closest chairlift. Would definitely stay there again.

I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

Great spot to enjoy a mountain vacation. Super close to downtown Breck and tubing hill, and easy enough to take the free bus to the slopes. Maria was a great host.

This is a gem, right in the middle of BV. Everything is walkable. Viking restaurant is downstairs, and our favorite cafe, Cool River, is across the street. Shares a balcony/outdoor area with the Viking rooftop but very quiet for us (maybe nights right now are too cool for people to want to sit out there?) Accommodation is brand new, everything very clean and tidy. I will stay here again the next time I'm sleeping in BV. Hosts are super responsive and everything was perfect. Thank you!

Lovely quiet spot. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I went in the mornings to the hot springs, cottonwood is only 15 min away. Pretty large for a studio. It is attached to their house, but I didn’t hear any noise. It was nice to feel the river nearby even though it was very cold outside so I didn’t really go down. Thanks for hosting, I would definitely come back.

Apartment was just as described. Perfect base location for time in Leadville and skiing. My husband was able to work remotely while I went skiing. Great view of the mountains from the apartment. Thank you!

Perfect spot! This place had everything we needed, was in a great location with access to trails, walkable to restaurants, shops and bars AND dog friendly with a dog park not even a block away! Savannah was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back here again!

This is a wonderful property, the pictures don’t do it justice! Super comfortable bedrooms and lovely kitchen with everything you need for coffee, tea, cooking and oven. There is a door that divides the bedrooms/bathroom part of the house and the common areas — this was super convenient in the morning, as it was quiet for those sleeping in. Biking distance to the aquatic center and near a grocery store. Communication with owners went smoothly, the rooms are beautifully decorated, lots of personal details. Would definitely come back!

This is the second time we've stayed at The Green House and we absolutely love it. BV is one of our favorite places, and the house provides us with such a comfortable home base. Gino is such a proactive and responsive host, and our stays have been lovely. Can't wait for the next time!

Although my family and I didn't stay for leisure or for more than a day, we felt comfortable and at home. If we are able to stay again for a longer trip we would be sure to keep this host and location in mind.

The cabin looked exactly like the photos, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect—just 8 to 10 minutes from both downtown and the ski resort parking, where you catch the gondola. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a huge plus after a full day of skiing. The only minor drawback was having just one bathroom, which occasionally required a short wait, but with only three of us staying, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

Great place, great location, feels miles away but so close to breck. Of note - there is one full bath (two sinks) shared between master and kid room. Half bath off kitchen.

Wow, we were super impressed with Tyler's beautiful condo. Only disappointed we couldn't stay longer for this quick trip to Breckenridge. Everything was updated, clean, and had welcoming decor. We have family in the area and have stayed at several different AirBnbs. Pricing, location, and overall set-up of this one is the best we have seen! Didnt feel dated or steril like no one lives there. Fresh flowers were a nice touch, and really liked not having to pick up keys elsewhere (like many in the area do). Welcome binder had helpful information too for accessing hot tubs etc. I hope we can stay here for our future trips!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great spot walkable to all Salida has to offer. The designated parking spot is a bonus as that can be hard to come by in Salida's downtown. I would definitely book again!

The apartment was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and pullout sofa. The neighborhood was quiet with easy driving access to downtown, restaurants, etc. We would stay again!

It was our second time at Sarah's place. We came back because the location is very convenient, just few minutes from gondola, and also there is a hiking trail on the other side of the street where we walked our dog every day. The place is cozy and comfortable with all necessary utensils for cooking. Sarah and Eric are very nice and were available all the time. We loved our stay and will be happy to come back again.

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. It started with an accurate description and reasonable price. The host was super responsive and informative. The host provided detailed instructions for everything. The condo is great. It has everything you’d want, including plenty of space, 3 bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a private hottub (plus access to a hottub for the complex). The condo is located close to the ski mountain (relatively easy walk) and very close to downtown Breckenridge (with easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery store, shopping, etc.). I would highly recommend.

Awesome place!!! The layout of the room with the under bed storage and hooks and the way the condo is laid out provides the most room for the space. Of course everything in town is right outside the door. Couldn’t be in a better location. So convenient for skiing or town. Would absolutely recommend!

Loved our stay! The condo was clean and cozy and in the perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed to make breakfast. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. And Gordon and Amelia were excellent hosts. Very accommodating and had great communication.

This is a truly wonderful condo. Literally a 2-minute walk down path to the Quicksilver SuperChair lift, and a 2-minute walk to Main Street. The condo is in perfect condition. The shared Rec Center (about 50 yards away) with heated pool and 4 hot tubs was also nice. Thank you for a great stay for my family!
