This place was definitely a highlight of our trip! The location was perfect—just a short distance from Playa Grande, which we believe is the best beach in the area. We had a blast using the boogie board and surfboard, and Eduardo was incredibly helpful in coordinating our river jungle tour, where we saw monkeys, crocodiles, and more! He also arranged an amazing catamaran tour for us. The home itself is a dream—beautifully designed with simple comforts that made us feel right at home and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Every interaction with Eduardo was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay.

Our group of 10 stayed and had a great time. We ate out for 90% of our stay because we needed all our fridge space to keep drinks cold. It was a very hot therefor fridge has a hard time keeping up. We are a group that enjoys cold beer and ice. we made ice constantly and probably bought more than $300US in ice. we brought yeti backpack coolers thankfully. The grocery stores are a distance from the house. We found it was basically the same price as going out. all the Local restaurants were delicious and great selection. The property is excellent for 10 people. Costa Rican Authentic We honestly could not believe how hot the temperatures are in Costa Rica. We spent most of our time swimming Ocean and pool. Great shade around pool area. Loved open kitchen/ living area.

We had a great stay at Dirk’s place. The area is very relaxing. Four restaurants nearby and a small mini mart. The house is right next to the entrance to the beach. The beach is spectacular. A few miles long, great surfing, wonderful sunsets, and not crowded compared to the beach at Tarmarindo. We stayed for two weeks. The first week we rented a car to do grocery shopping, etc. The second week we just relaxed using nearby restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool when not at the beach. If you want to go to Tarmarindo it is about a 15 minute walk on the beach to the inlet that separates the two areas, you can then use the locals with their boats to cross. Cost $2 per person. Boats start at 8 and stop at 5. Dirk is a great host. He helped us with renting the car, and was generous with his recommendations. Look forward to returning.

La casa es espectacular, espaciosa y súper moderna. La calle es de lastre y si se tarda mucho tiempo en salir a la carretera principal. Las playas cercanas son muy rocosas, así que pudimos aprovechar bastante la piscina y las amenidades de la casa.

This is our third time staying and absolutely love the place. Clean, comfortable and Kimberly is amazing. She shopped and cooked an amazing meal for 10 of us, did our laundry and all in all was a pleasure! The security and landscaping crew were diligent and friendly. I would return but am a bit troubled by the price increase. I, sadly, may not be able to return.

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

The place was everything I wanted. Open,outdoor,ocean front, if you love camping and the outdoors this is the place . The constant animal sighting from the living space was awesome. Bring a good flashlight for the tide pools and beach after dark . You will see something different every-night. Santa Tresa has lots of restaurants,shops and other businesses everything you could want was there.
