I booked the place for a business trip as I don't like being stuck in a hotel room. Steve checked out the route to my meeting place to make sure I would make the daily commute on time. I came in late, but they met me to make sure I felt at home. Not only Wendy and Stev are super friendly, also the dogs make you feel at home. The place is cosy and very clean. And of course the hot tub in the garden in great to relax after a busy day. This AirBnB is noted in my 'to return to' address book!

Really wonderful stay in the Beaver cabin! The heat and hot water were amazing, as well as the very clean and equipped space. It felt private enough and so walkable to the small lake, a couple trails and restaurants. I would definitely return!

The cottage was so cute and cosy. It was so nice to enjoy the garden and hot tub of an evening. Communication from Mary was really good. Bobolink trail around the corner was really nice too for a morning jog. We loved our stay!

This cozy cottage was perfect! My wife an I loved everything about it. The hot tub was an added bonus! Beautiful surroundings. An amazing walking trail right nearby. Close to the local bars and restaurants. Morrison is a wonderful place to stay.

We loved staying here. It is exactly as described. While there were people in the lodge at the same time we were in the cottage, we couldn’t hear anyone. We felt secluded, very safe, and right at home. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. We cooked some of our meals, did laundry and had a little downtime to just relax. The rooms were great size and the bathroom was a good size as well! Caitlin was very easy to communicate with when I had a question. I would highly recommend this cottage and if we come back to that area this is where we will be staying!

Rachael and the Airbnb did a great job hosting us while we were in Colorado Springs. It was walkable to downtown, and they had great local recommendations. The hot tub was a plus after a long day! Thank you!!

Great stay! Hot tub is a nice touch. Bathroom small though, difficult sharing a house with three people with one toilet and shower. Good location near Broadmoor

Perfect location and affordability for thr conference I attended. Very quiet and private location and was exactly as described. I would stay here again

Ryan was the best host and his interaction and texts back and forth, made a very stressed situation (father - hospice & passing) bearable. He reached out immediately upon booking, and did everything in his power to make it a great stay. His orchard was starting to come into leaf and we wish we could have stayed to watch it all unfurl. At night the view is beautiful, as his property sits higher than the others. We would take our dog out and let her explore the large area while we just mellowed out with a glass of wine and enjoyed the night. When my dad passed he surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. He provided us with food recommendations etc when needed, honey and eggs from own aviary and hens Home is clean and bright, I looked forward to it after time spent caring for dad, so relaxing. Neighbourhood older, you can walk safely up and down street, and easy to get around town from. If or when I go back to Colorado, I will be booking Ryan's first if available. Great job!

This is the spot! Lovely spot and felt right at home. Friend was visiting and is a chef. We had everything we needed to make a meal. Walk right out the door for a night cap. Loved everything about this spot. Spaces were uniquely decorated and clear of clutter! Cool spot. I will be back!

Had a very good experience, Tonia was very responsive and friendly. The highlands is a very peaceful area in Denver with lots of restaurants and things to do. The space was comfortable and very unique with all of the artwork. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was so warm and welcoming! Everything was available and so clean! I can’t say enough about Sophie and how amazingly ready the home was for visitors. Beautiful scenery right out in front! Beautiful place and will absolutely return!

We had a great stay! Everything was as described and we appreciated the warm and hospitable touches. The property was close to many of the activities we had planned for our stay and was within walking distance of some great breweries and restaurants. We would stay again!

Great place! The view was amazing. The apartment was clean and exactly as described/pictured. It was easy to get there from the airport. Checking in and out was simple. The location is perfect, as you are about a ten minute walk to the downtown area and great food. The pool was amazing and peaceful. The internet / Wifi was good enough for the two of us to work remotely and do video calls at the same time. As others have mentioned it's at the top of a pretty steep hill, so be prepared - and that's why the views from the balcony are so good. But Uber around San Jose del Cabo works great and is a cheap option if you are tired (or had too many cervezas). Overall, we had a great stay here and will be back again.

This place is awesome!! Such a cute place with everything thoughtfully thought out!! The views of the mountains are spectacular and you’re right across the street from the Olympic Training Center!! All that is awesome but the best part is Fran the owner, so nice and so accommodating!! Can’t wait to come back!!

The location was convenient and made it easy to get around to bars/restaurants. The space was cozy and inviting and we felt very comfortable. We would recommend!

We had a great stay! Love that Dutch Brothers and Starbucks were so close! The house was cute and well-appointed.

Loved our stay here! Perfect for a family, couple’s retreat or friends vacay. It’s in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and hiking trails within a few minutes of walking. But everything you want to do (including restaurants) is within 20 min driving distance. Our favorite family activity was the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! The cabin has everything you need. Our favorite features were the beautiful picture window, the patio to relax and the little glass greenhouse to sit and enjoy your coffee if it’s a little chilly. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and kind! Highly recommend this place!

A beautiful, amenity-filled, sqeaky clean place. All of my family were in awe as I was. No laundry facilities on site, but they are nearby to great cafés -- a fun way to get the neighborhood feel. Parking on 22nd Ave is well-light, but watch out for the street cleaning April - Nov. Alleyway is also well-light, so bedroom needs blackout curtains (which I have suggested). Lastly, Terra was friendly and responsive during my long stay. I will rebook quickly.

Our trip here was great! Perfect for a small family, beautiful surroundings, overall comfy.
