Very nice cabin in a peaceful and private area. We loved the hot tub and pool table. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Would definitely stay again!

I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

This place was beyond our expectations. The setting, the proximity to the Crescent Hotel (1/2 block walk!), the amenities all made it a great stay. For 2 couples and one grown son it had all the room we needed and more. We'd definitely book here again.

Great place to stay! Was exactly as described. Perfect getaway but close enough to lots of activities. We were very happy with our trip!

This was our second stay here and hopefully many more to come. Cabin has all the amenities to make it feel like home away from home. We especially enjoyed listening to the sounds of nature while soaking in the hot tub. David is a very responsive and accommodating host. Would highly recommend.

The pictures will never truly capture the breath taking views from this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We had 12 with 10 adults and we were comfortable. The home was very close to the dam beach, boat ramps and an easy trip to Eureka Springs for some shopping and lunch. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Lake.

It was wonderful place to stay, could not ask for anything better. House was exactly what was described and what we needed. The environment around the house was peaceful and beautiful with a wonderful view of Table Rock Lake. We want to be at this location next year.

The perfect place to relax

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is great. Close to the buffalo and there are so many hiking trails, it’s hard to decide which ones to visit! We enjoy hiking a new one each time we travel to this area. The landscape and numerous waterfalls make it one of our favorite locations. The cabin was great! Perfectly stocked kitchen essentials and comfy beds. The cabin was in great condition and spotless! We have already suggested this cabin to friends and will definitely be returning.

Peaceful and relaxing for a 1 night stay. Very nice spot but convenient to supplies if you’re heading to the Buffalo near Jasper.

We planned this as a 4-day waterfall chasing adventure and Dennis and Naomi were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs, providing us with a list of the 5 best waterfalls to see and providing us with several interactive maps that were developed by a notable "waterfall chaser". As our rental period approached, the weather forecast showed cold and rainy for our entire 4-day stay. We decided to follow through with the rental and Dennis provided additional tips on hiking in the rain. Then, I threw out my back the day before our trip was to start, but once again we decided to follow through. We arrived late at night but with Dennis' guidance were able to find Big Oak Cabin with no trouble at all. Dennis further assisted by providing a list of the 5 best short and easy waterfall trails. Dennis was extremely responsive to other requests for assistance. The vacation turned out to be one of the most memorable we've had. thank you Dennis and Naomi!!

It was a wonderful stay! The land was beautiful, and I adored seeing the wildlife! I plan on coming back!

It was a very pleasurable stay. Everything was as described. Very clean and very inviting. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future. A+

Once inside, this cabin is absolutely awesome. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and cozy beyond words. The one warning I'll give you is we have now talked endlessly about needing to build one of our own. That could end up being expensive (LOL). As home base for a week in the area, or a weekend away, it is ideal. There is not. huge yard and neighbors are pretty close across the way but all was quiet and everyone was friendly. We spent a lot of time at the Pirate Sand Bar which is about five minutes away and the owners were so cool. Also, the pizza place in the same place had insanely good pies. We will 100% go back.

Such a beautiful and comfy place to be. I honestly can’t wait to go back! So peaceful and the view was amazing.

So Anedodi, is the best bang for the buck. I love how they have left the extras that other guest "donate" we left some beautiful florals and and other dish ware. It feels just like going to the family cabin. And that is the BIGGEST Bath tub i have ever seen in my life everyone's first response was how did they get it in here, i think they built the house around it..lol Everything is really great and when you're stressed just go have a drink on the porch and watch the sunset did wonders for my soul.. thank you so much Hilary for sharing your piece of heaven.. the Martin-Teager's although i didn't get a hyphen even on face book so scratch that Thank You, The Martin's ...lol

Doug’s place was a welcome retreat for our extended family for Thanksgiving 2024. We had seven adults and 6 kids - all had an amazing time. Here are some things we really liked about Doug’s place: 1. The kitchen was spacious and squeaky clean. There were loads of appliances and helpful kitchen tools to use. Our family was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in the bright, spacious, and well-equipped space. 2. The huge dining room table easily fit our large party. We loved the dark wood and the contemporary benches to complement our holiday feast. There was also additional seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of room to entertain. 3. The kids, aged 8-16, loved playing in the basement game room. Pool, foosball, basketball, and a large device-compatible screen. The television also has many streaming services. Lots of seating and sports for lounging. The six kids loved it. 4. The hot tub was a nice touch on the cool days and nights. The tub could hold 8 adults easily. Fun times!

Very clean . Saw lots of deer from back deck. Felt very safe. Near everything.

Rocking Chair Resort was perfect for our stay near Lake Norfork. Jane was helpful as I was looking for last minute availability on a busy weekend. The cabin was clean and comfortable!

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

We stayed in #30. Very cozy, tucked in the woods. Awesome place. Not far from downtown. We can't wait to come back.
