Really enjoyed the house and property. Quiet, secluded, wonderful view. Good County Road to the property. About halfway to Woolum access. pretty close to Gilbert or Tyler Bend area for Buffalo adventures. Would totally go back again. Very responsive and helpful.

loved the sharing pantry and decor. the fact that there was dog food/kennel/dog doshes available was also quite thoughtful, although I left my pup with a sitter. he had menus available from surrounding areas and things to do. our host was quick to respond to any questions and we all really loved the atmosphere. gas heat, fans available, big bathtub, TV, Xbox and I believe a ps4 (don't quote me on that). games, laundry and the cleaning supplies were there so I could keep up with the house during our stay.. there was a grill and fireplace in the back yard and perfect view for the sunrise from the front porch in the rocking chairs. it reminded me of going to stay the night at gramma and papa's as a kid. also I noticed that while there was 4 beds, there was also a couple of mattress options under the beds if there was more than 4 people. thanks again!

Stayed here with my Mom. Had relatives in the area come over to visit each day. Very peaceful and spacious. Watched the blood worm moon from here. Picked up pies from Beacon’s Point for pi day. Enjoyed the bird watching as well and I should have brought binoculars! Saw a deer in the yard in the morning and a couple of Canadian geese in the evening.

We were able to check in early and Kurt made last minute changes to bring my dog with a reasonable pet deposit. The view was stunning and water was low but we still had a fun river day with fishing.

This was a great house with lots of room to spread out. Everyone had a bedroom and the kids loved the bunk beds. The entire house was very clean and well stocked. If we make it back to the Mt Home area, we will definitely see if this house is available.

Brian's home on the lake was the most perfect getaway spot so that my husband and I could get some moments of calm in dealing with what was on our plate as far as my family goes. We were able to unwind and relax after some very stressful days and even found a new board game (Azul) to add to our collection at home in Florida! Definitely will be looking to stay again!

Highly recommended place!! if you are staying in Marshall’s, we had a good time there and the house was clean as-well. And the host was very friendly..

We really enjoyed the walk down to the park. We visit Diamond City often. My father in law and sister in law live close. Boats & Coves is on top of the list of places we have stayed. I really appreciated the nicer cooking supplies. Most Airbnbs have cooking supplies that are terrible. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit from TX!

Kathy was a wonderful host. The place is very peaceful and felt like home. My husband loved fishing and I enjoyed reading by the pond. This place is close to many attractions and conveniences. We enjoyed the local restaurants and visiting Buffalo River. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again.

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

Great place away from all the hussel and bussel. Great host.

Cute basement setting. Loved all the antique touches in the place. Even though you were down below, there were many windows so you didn't feel "down below". Will definitely try to stay there again when in the area.

Great little get away! Beautiful place that had the best porch for morning coffee! The grounds were beautiful and had a great fire pit! Linda had left wood and some fire starter so that was wonderful! The best surprise was the donkey that would greet us at his pen every time we pulled up! Perfect location for a great homebase to go and explore the buffalo!

What a Beautiful relaxing place my son and I went for a few days to get away and loved it ! We will be back many more times! They help us with several things and have put a lot of time into there place ! Top Notch place !!

The cabins are clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable night in the woods. The location is great and is in the middle of most visiting sites with only a scenic drive. The drive on the dirt road, through the woods, to the cabin was a great experience. We love it! We definitely look forward to returning and staying here again!

This place is so outstanding. My husband and I spent the Eclipse in 2024 here, and we came back for Spring Break. I couldn't wait for my son to see it, and we both agreed that the place and the surrounding area was so much better than our Spring Break in Gatlinburg last year. So much to do, and John's place is perfectly positioned for enjoying your coffee on the porch in the morning, overlooking beautiful scenery. The location is private, and the house is so well-stocked with kitchen equipment. When I lamented that I had forgotten Koozies for our soft drinks, my son pointed to the custom ones in the kitchen. I just can't recommend this place highly-enough, its the perfect home base for a peaceful vacation of grilling, relaxing, outdoor fires and hiking. Be sure to pay attention when John sends you the mapping coordinates before your arrival. It's a simple link that will take you to your GPS, but the private nature of the place means you want to use his link for directions.

We were looking for a place to relax, read, and spend some time together. This place was perfect. The view was STUNNING! It was private (except for the cameras around the outside of the house). We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the birds and wind blow through the canyon. The inside of the house was clean, and well stocked. Our host Christopher was amazing. Very responsive to messages and sent messages to check on us throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful place! The view is lovely and the hosts are very kind. Beautiful surroundings and remote surroundings with a drive able distance to the city.

The cabin was exactly as pictured for our Valentine's weekend. We were able to relax and get cozy after the drive up super smoothly and felt right at home. The very comfy bed was SUPER COZY. Jessica gave us all the information we needed and was very responsive when we had questions. The surrounding are absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful.

The cabin, grounds, and view are beautiful! Hosts were quick to communicate. Highly recommend and would stay again!
