Chanin was an A+++ host!! The accommodations were amazing. The pictures don’t do this property justice! The hot tub was my favorite place to watch the game(s)…MARCH MADNESS!! And, her personal touch(es) made my sorority sisters and I have the most memorable 33rd anniversary ever.

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

Alisa was the perfect host. Very responsive, timely instructions, helpful recommendations, and really just a great person. Highly recommend this cabin as a great couples retreat that is not just another vanilla country home. We will be repeat customers to her other places in the future. 🍍

We had a wonderful weekend! Aimee has thoughtfully appointed the cabin to enhance each guest’s stay. We certainly will be back!

This stay was a five star experience! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs that have great pictures but the actual place is disappointing: that was NOT the case here. Everything was high quality and photos don’t do it justice. This was the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Do yourself a favor and book! We stayed two night but next time we will book three.

Very tranquil location that had the feel of isolation, but close enough to Nashville to take advantage of what the city has to offer. Appreciate that this location was pet friendly as we have older small dogs . Would definitely stay here again!

This cabin is a jewel tucked into some of the most beautiful country there is. My family has rented the cabin and retreat house for the past 3 years and will hopefully continue to rent until we buy our own property.

Cozy cabin on a beautiful piece of land. Nice to have a fully fenced yard for the dogs to go out. We enjoyed a bonfire and played board games. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Upstairs bathroom has a deep, free standing bathtub and enough hot water to fill it. Short walk to the river which is literally in the backyard. I’d book again.

Absolutely incredible host to stay with, the property and cabin are stunning, plus there was DOGS!! They were so sweet and David was so accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

A very cozy place to stay. Would 100% do it again. The main bed is EXTREMELY comfortable, not sure how tbh. The host was good to resolve any issues we had and was very friendly. Great place to stay if you’re ever in the area.

Our whole family loved this; this was exactly what we were looking for. Had everything he said it did, little hard to find because it is secluded......which we loved. Maybe some kind of light at the end of the entrance would help. Our family is hoping to book this in warmer months to enjoy all the activities that he mentions. It was beautiful place, clean, even outside areas. Was provided wood for the firepit by the pond. All linens were provided and actually when we walked into the house, you could smell how clean it was. Jerry, whoever helps you with the upkeep, they do an excellent job. It was the first time my boyfriends' side of the family had ever been together, we are talking about meeting again in the warmer months. Thank you Jerry, five star for us!!

We had a great time staying at Cindi and Bob’s cabin. Cindi was extremely friendly; always ready to answer any questions, provide food to feed the animals, and even eggs for breakfast. The farm itself was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous sunsets and super sweet animals! We personally really enjoyed getting to feed and pet their horse Spirit and running around with the baby goats. :) We highly recommend this place to anyone!

Lauren and Jon were the most attentive, responsive, empathetic, and kind Hots I have ever experienced via AirBNB and I have stayed at quite a few properties. Their home was easy to find, very neat, clean, and aesthetically pleasing—everything you need to rest, relax, and unwind. Also, the location/area was very private, quiet, and close enough to any and all attractions without the hustle and bustle of the city. I will most definitely be returning. We loved our stay here. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Bathrooms aren’t luxurious, but they were clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the cozy fireplace in the king bedroom. There is noise from the road, but it wasn’t enough to bother us. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful place for four couples, everyone had their own room with plenty of space, one couple with a baby had the whole basement to spread out but the bedroom itself definitely had enough room as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, glassware etc. Good enough proximity to Franklin downtown and stores. Can hear main road but it is elevated and far back from it, very private.

This is a storybook cottage and property. There are a number of paths and sitting areas to enjoy. The front porch swing is the best. The bench beside the stream at the bottom of the hill is also a favorite. The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable. The large white bedroom is beautiful! We enjoyed a lovely, peaceful couple of days.

The home was very comfortable. Courtney was very responsive with any questions. Great country views from the back porch but just a few minutes from town. Close to WMAs for hunting. We will stay here again.

Great cabin!!Me and my husband took our honeymoon there. It was very private, no one bothered us, and there was a big white fluffy dog named King, he was the sweetest dog. We loved it and had the best time.

Wonderful place to stay, we were extremely impressed with the house as far as cleanliness, really well decorated and absolutely beautiful and peaceful location to have a family vacation. The ability to walk outside in the morning’s and listen to the birds chirping and watch the animals off the front porch while eating breakfast and drinking coffee was some of our funnest memories during our vacation. Absolute wonderful place to stay and we will be looking to book this again on a future trip back Franklin, TN!
