Great stat for our group! It was spacious and homey/comfy for all of us. We really appreciated the large lot and being able to have our pups with us too! Overall an awesome experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The side yard with outdoor fire pit was great. If you are around the fire you may feel rubbing from the friendly house cat. Very peaceful, no other houses on the street. The house was clean, and furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking your own meals. The farm fresh eggs and smores supplies were a great surprise. We were able to visit 5 state parks, all with in one hour drive.

Had a wonderful stay! Jeff was very kind and helpful when I forgot the entry code. The house was quiet even through a storm. Was perfect for us with two doodles who loved going for walks. Convenient to White Bluff, Franklin and Nashville. Highly recommend and would stay again when we need to be in the area.

Gretchen's house was really very nice, well situated and easy to find, we had a great time staying there and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Central, dog friendly, but also SO cute and functional! Nice fans in every room; an efficient air conditioner, and great living room space. All the small touches that make a difference! Native shampoo! My favorite brand! The dogs really loved the spacious fenced backyard, and we enjoyed a well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher! And a washer dryer so that after a day in the woods, we could make sure our clothes were clean and fresh for another day in the woods.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your cozy Airbnb. I have traveled for many years and this is by far my favorite place! The setting is absolutely beautiful and the inside looks amazing.

I love this place, and this is my second or 3rd visit here. The master bed is super comfortable. The home is clean and has several thoughtful touches -- like a highchair which was perfect for my 1-year-old granddaughter, games to play, etc. It's perfect if you have pets. Karin is very friendly and responsive. It's a great location if you need to be in Waverly, McEwen, or Dickson.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We were traveling home from Florida to Wisconsin and thought this would be a perfect place to relax after a long ride and it was. The place is so beautifully decorated and cozy. My kids and our dog enjoyed the yard in the morning before we got on the road. I wish we had more time to enjoy the place. We'll for sure be back next time we make the trip!

The place is in excellent condition. The staff of the campground/marina were all helpful and friendly. The water is an easy walk and if you have fishing equipment, there are lots of places to drop a line in. I expected the cabin to be overlooking the water. I could have misread the description because I booked in a hurry, but when I saw there was no lakeside view I thought the price was high.

We really had a great time at Angie and Matt’s house. The house itself was very clean, perfectly furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool and grounds were extremely relaxing and peaceful. Nashville is close at hand by car or Uber and we found the short trip a small price to pay to be staying in such a beautiful house.

my bridal party & groomsmen stayed in three tiny homes w/ us over the weekend of our wedding. everything was absolutely perfect, the air bnbs were our favorite part of the whole weekend!! our entire group was talking about getting together again & coming to the tiny houses at a later date!!

Cypress Creek River Retreat was perfect. We made a quick trip for a funeral and needed a dog friendly spot. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Sean was an amazing host - going above and beyond. Got the fireplace going for us and a had a few little very pleasant surprises for us. Able to play audio/radio both inside and outside near the pool which is a unique feature. Scenic location

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

Had a pleasant stay! We were very comfortable and the kiddos really enjoyed the ping pong table and games. We wanted an affordable place to stay that was close enough to Nashville! Definitely better than a hotel and may even be cheaper!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much!! The decor was very unique and comfortable and the bath was roomy and brand new. Such a great place to stay!! If you like woods, trees and scenery, this is your spot. We didn’t want to leave. Super stay!!

We stayed for a whole month and Christine made sure we felt right at home! The home is spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities to enjoy. The location is serene and picturesque. Whenever we had a question or concern, Christine was prompt to respond and quick to provide solutions and answers. The fireplace was such a cozy experience for those chilly nights. We enjoyed watching for wildlife, even got to see a short tailed bobcat stroll through the front yard! The jets in the soaking tub melted away stress. The kitchen had everything we needed for full time cooking and exquisite dining and shopping were a short drive away. The spring water was delicious and it gave us such peace of mind to be off of city water. There were so many family friendly games - both indoor and outdoor - my kids were always finding fun things to do! This is the first Airbnb we’ve stayed in where we can honestly say we hope we get the chance to return for a second stay! Definitely recommend Mallard’s!

Everything was in great shape and new, beds were very comfortable and host responded quickly and was very helpful with anything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Mitzie and Frank’s cottage was peaceful and relaxing. The cottage is well-stocked with everything you might need for your stay. We enjoyed the kayaks and the peace and quiet. I highly recommend the cottage and will stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful family holiday at The Flying Pig. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and peaceful. We spent our evenings relaxing on the front porch, enjoying the sound of church bells ringing in the distance. It truly felt like home. While it’s a bit of a drive to shopping and events, that’s exactly the escape we were hoping for!
