The host is very responsive and will help you all the way. The place is very private and feels like your on a different place. Looks a lot like on the photos. very clean, very nice design, very peaceful! Overall great experience and will definitely come back!

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

The place is as advertised. The place is clean , aesthetic and spacious, photo worthy indeed. Kitchen The place had enough cooking wares, perfect for a family staycation. Dining room I just hope the cushion cover had been replaced with a cleaner one but other than that the furniture, lighting and space are great. Living room They have smart tv which is great for a movie night tho 10% of the time the speed of the internet was fluctuating. Speed is also depending on where you are in the unit. This is my favorite part of the unit as it has a great view of the beach. Bedrooms Spacious, comfortable and clean. More than enough for us. There’s just one blanket there that did not smell good so we did not use it. Bathrooms There’s one bathroom that has a clogged lavatory and fluctuating water supply. The other bathroom has everything we need so it’s not a big problem but it would be if not everyone is okay to share the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay.

We stayed at this place in Nasugbu, Batangas, from December 27-28, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience for our group of 8. The place was okay, with all the essentials we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We appreciated the convenience of their tie-up restaurant, as we were able to have lunch delivered directly to the place after a tiring road trip—such a thoughtful service! Both the caretaker and the host were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We even had the chance to enjoy quick island hopping, which was a great addition to the trip. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable place with accommodating service and fun activities nearby, this is a good option.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and homey. Super responsive din sa inquiries ng host. Siguro napansin ko lang is walang mga knife, scissors, and spatulas for cooking kaya we had to improvise and buti may dala rin kami. But besides that, super ganda ng place! We will definitely book again.

perfect for family bonding making happy memories children friendly. completo sa mgagamit kitchen. malapit lang sa wave pool also sa sm. ang view ng balcony perfectly relaxing lalo sa gabi. you need to bring lng soaps and shampoo also water. all in so perfectly to us..ng enjoy kmi. lalo mg kids tahimik din pala babalik kmi ulit sa susunod mabilis din sila mg reply need help or question. meron lng din pla security deposit 500 pero babalik din thru gcash. after checkout thank you so much

This is an excellent place to stay, it’s spotlessly clean, very roomy and comfortable with a spotless pool, spotless CR’s and very well appointed kitchen. It’s very easy to find and the directions given are very easy to follow. Ate Juvy the caretaker is a gem, very proactive, friendly and very helpful and the host is also one of the few hosts who knows what Airbnb is all about as he is very proactive, very flexible and accommodating making our stay a memorable one. We will return here for sure and we highly recommend this Airbnb to all. 5 stars..!!! 😇🙏👍

We very much enjoyed our stay. They layout of the apartment was lovely - the kitchen as well. Super cozy at night and the ambience is peaceful. All the employees in Pico were helpful and kind to us as well. Will definitely book this place again👍

Great place to stay and easy accessibility

Ms. jing is very responsive and friendly host. Her place is very convenient, with restaurants and stores within the vicinity. The residences amenities are great. Plus its also near airport area. Do note also the unit have a nice balcony sunset view. This is very good for small families and senior citizens.

sir aris's place was really good and the best ay yung sound system nya. It feels like home rin. The only problem that we had was the ilaw in the kitchen area but sir aris help us to fix the situation naman and he's very responsive naman. Suggetion lang na pede sigurong palitan ung style ng ilaw na yellow to something na medyo light. Yun lang in over all 10/10 talaga. Recommended sya especially kapag new year dahil sa city view feels

It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

We had a lovely stay and wonderful time! The house and rooms are spacious. We love that the living and dining rooms were air-conditioned! BIG PLUS! The karaoke, billiards and paddle board were greatly used! Their local longganisa for breakfast was excellent! It was great thst their staff were locals so they were able recommend food and other needs well. We were lucky to get good lobsters, crab, fish and seafood during our stay...just make sure they're not overcooked! Fruits were so sweet! Their staff was helpful and kind. The host was easy to speak with and very responsive. Thanks Bahay Lian for an enjoyable vacation!

Ms. Julie was very approachable and accommodated all our requests. Even the caretaker, Ms. Jheanne, was incredibly kind. The unit itself was beautiful—perfect for a family. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, which is a big plus for me. The place was also very clean. We did encounter a small issue with a bit of water leakage in the downstairs room, but overall, we had a fantastic stay. The place had everything we needed and felt so cozy.

Place was very convenient, been to other airbnbs in canyon cove and this is one of the best units i've booked. Ground floor so no hassle of climbing up the stairs, very near the pool and beach and the place is big. The wifi was fast enough for remote work setup and the place is complete of cooking materials and utensils even for grilling. They even let us stay longer since there's no booking the next day which is a plus. Will definitely book this place again.

easy to locate, the place is very spacious for us we are 4 adults and 2 kids.. there are a lot of space to sleep..it is also very accessible since its located groundfloor and is near the main lobby. the unit's backdoor patio is located almost in front of the swimming pool entrance which is very convenient for families like us who have 2 kids. the unit is also near the convenience stores. we reserve a parking with a fee, we coordinated with the owner prior our arrival and they reserved a slot for us near the elevator. we enjoyed our stay for 3 days and 2 nights, this is so far the best unit we booked at azure, excellent location and complete, thank you for making our daughter's birthday celebration special. definitely will come back

Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

The place is clean and well-maintained. The unit includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, with fast Wi-Fi and Netflix as added bonuses.
