Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

The place is aesthetic! We loved the feels at home vibe! It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay although, short. Wish we could have stayed longer, too bad it was booked for the next set of guests. The host was very responsive and accomodating. Will definitely consider going back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Nate's place. This is definitely a steal! No need to travel far just to have your team building or gathering. The place was very clean and spacious, and has everything you would need including lots of plates and utensils, and cookware. The internet connection was also great. The pool was very nice - not too deep, so safe for everyone. I wish I had known earlier that we can get the pool heated for a few hours at an additional cost. We would have availed it! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

My family and I, felt right at home. Ms. Jez and Sir Reden were very responsive and accomodating to our queries. They were able to elucidate their instructions before and after our stay. In fact, they were so considerate to our unintentional action. The place was immaculately clean and relaxing. The pool is very aesthetic, we all loved it. Overall, we highly recommend Muni Guestpod. Napakaganda!

Went with my family (there were 9 senior citizens out of 20 pax) and kids to celebrate our lola’s 101st bday and everyone loved it! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfy—extra pillows, blankets, toiletries, and bath and pool towels were provided too! It was truly like a luxury hotel experience. Internet was very fast so my cousins were able to WFH without any problem. Kitchen had everything so you only had to bring ingredients. The whole house was cool and not hot at all even during April’s very hot summer day. My kids loved the pool as it was heated and it had a very shallow area that was perfect for toddlers. Kuya Richard was just a knock away and he was able to address all our issues immediately. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

You get what you pay for with this place. It’s modest but comfortable, and the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother. At first glance, the house looks small from the outside, but they did a great job utilizing the space inside—it actually feels quite spacious. One thing to note: the AC could use an upgrade to help keep the entire place cool, especially during warmer days. Overall, a solid stay for the price.

The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Ms Loida's property was perfect for my family of 7. The house is very spacious. The backyard is spectacular, peaceful and inviting. we literally spent a majority of our time there enjoying the grotto, the sound of peaceful water flowing and of course the cute turtles living in the pond. The experience at Ms. Loida's home helped my family create great memories and also brought our families closer together.

Our stay at Piña Colina Residences was exceptional! This hidden gem provided everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, well-organized, and smelled great. The dining setup made our stay feel special, and all essentials were provided—kitchen utensils, a grill, videoke, and working WiFi. The beds were prepared with guest kits, slippers, and towels. The house had three spacious rooms: two upstairs with double beds and one downstairs with a queen and double bed. Air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly. Smoking and drinking weren’t allowed inside, so we celebrated our father’s birthday outside while grilling, and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. Parking was convenient, and the host was very responsive. The only minor issue was the shower heater, which sometimes got too hot. Despite that, our stay was amazing. We’d love to return in the future. Definitely the best family-friendly accommodation in Tagaytay!
