Beautiful spot with an amazing swimming pool. Clean rooms and the open bathrooms were private and well presented. We found our favourite restaurant of our whole trip just a few feet to the right of the driveway which was a real bonus. Also it’s only 15 minute walk to Lovina beach where there’s lots of other restaurants too. The only downside is that while there’s 4 fabulous bedrooms with en suites, we travelled with 6 of us and the only place we could all come together was in the open dining area. The living spaces are spread over 2 levels and there’s not an area within these that you can all lounge together on couches. Plus as it’s all open, we usually had mosquitoes around, so everyone retreated to their bedrooms reasonably promptly so there wasn’t as much family chill time as we had in other locations.

This villa is a true paradise for those who value comfort, privacy, and impeccable service. The spacious private grounds, direct ocean access with stunning views, and incredibly cozy atmosphere made our stay perfect. The exquisite cuisine deserves special mention—every dish was a culinary masterpiece. The staff took care of us with exceptional attention to detail, adding to the feeling of complete relaxation. It’s a place where you can forget everything and simply enjoy nature, the ocean, and top-tier comfort. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

la villa de style balinaise est sublime , nous avons extrêmement bien dormi ,l'endroit est calme et paisible. la plage est accessible à pied , et proche de toutes commodités ( money changer, poste, petit supermarché,et restaurant) . nous avons pris le petit déj sur place ainsi que le dîner préparé par le personnel de la villa qui d'ailleurs sont bienveillantes, souriantes et prêtes à aider . la piscine est magnifique,et la vue depuis la terrasse également. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce Airbnb. nous le recommandons à 1000%

It was a great stay! The house is bright, spacious, clean. Communication with the owner was pleasant. Be prepared that there may be people around the house, but there are good curtains, so it's not a big problem. We were a little unlucky, as it was noisy at night, but maybe it was because of the holiday. In any case, we definitely give it 5 stars. This is a great option for a stay in Lovina with excellent value for money.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft.. Ein wirklicher Diamant in mitten von Bedugul.. das Haus hatte besondere Dekorationen und viel zu entdecken.. Wir werden wieder kommen

geweldig, ruim huis, ontzettend behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk eten, prachtig uitzicht. voor kleine kinderen minder geschikt vanwege de trappen binnen maar vooral vanwege de tuin zonder afscheiding en een betonnen strand 10 meter lager! Zwembad fijn maar erg groot verschil tussen diep en ondiep. we hebben genoten van het heerlijke eten van Comang en alle hulp, vriendelijke Arik. prachtige omgeving met veel bezienswaardigheden. aanrader voor iedereen zonder kleine kinderen!

Der Weg nach oben ist etwas abenteuerlich und nicht mit jedem Auto gut befahrbar. Wenn man aber mit einem kleinen Auto oder Motorroller unterwegs ist klappt das gut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt für uns als Familie und wir empfehlen es sehr gerne.

lokasi.dekat dengan pantai lovina, bisa jalan kaki, cma kalau malam hari penerangan jalan menuju villa agak kurang tapi sangat terbantu dengan komunikasi dari pemilik villa. untuk peralatan masak dan lain lain juga lengkap. namun memang kondisi villa agak sedikit kurang terawat namun tidak mengurangi kebersihan villa sama sekali, penjaga villa juga sangat membantu

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

We stayed a total of three nights. The Lingga villa is located in sumberkima Hill retreat where there are are many other individually owned villas. The house itself has great views, cold AC, and an awesome open living and dining area with sweeping views of the hills and distant ocean. The gym and infinity pool above are just a few steps away. All facilities in the retreat including two restaurants, spa, etc are only reachable via a shuttle. The front desk will add you to a specific messaging group and you can order anything you like from the menu, schedule the shuttle etc. We mostly ordered food to the room and the speed of service was excellent. The staff here were incredibly kind and attentive, hats off to them. The massages and spa services were perfect. The only downsides were that the food was ok at best and there is still construction being completed in the area. However I would happily come back again for the other services.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était parfait, très bien situé et conforme à la description. La terrasse est un vrai plus, idéale pour se détendre. Les hôtes ont été accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés. Tout était impeccable, nous recommandons vivement !

The most incredible space in the most incredible location! Everything exceeded our expectations. The space is beautiful with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The delicious food in the restaurants, the yoga space above, the many pools, the beautiful excursions, and very kind hosts. We are planning our return soon! Thank you so much for everything 🙏
