We had 20 wonderful days at Rumi's place! We rented their Panorama apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Black Sea! She and her husband were very pleasant, and we felt welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend their place for your next Black Sea vacation! Rumi has a different types of apartments to suit your needs. The beach is close, and you don't need to drive there. The place is quiet, clean, and safe, and you will have everything you need for your stay. Rumi and her husband are great hosts, and we are very grateful for the hospitality my family and I received. The location is nice and quiet. The sushi next door was great, as was the market. It's about 30 minutes to walk to the beach, but not the super crowded one, actually the END of the super crowded part. The walk cuts through a beautiful park where I actually listened to someone practicing BASSOON! It was amazing! There's a great traditional restaurant nearby, just bring cash (not a problem, as there's an ATM right outside her building). Evgenia was very helpful and responsive. Her apartment was comfortable and the wifi worked great (I needed it for work). The balcony is big enough for two to sit comfortably, even though I was on my own. I was overall very happy with my time spent there. Oh yes, the bus route into the center is about 5 minutes away and that big mall is quite amazing (if you're into malls).

Greg,,s place ad evwrything to help us feel comfortable. the kitchen is well equped, the balcony is spacious. Te complex is excellent, the pool is big and clean. Thr beach is a stairway away.. All guests have access to tje facilities of Premier fort complex with the restauranrs, water slides and the activitoes for keeping da and nparents each evening. I recommend.

the apartment offers an excellent stay for skiers. it is a 10 minute walk to get to the gondola. The apartment is very quiet and clean. The only minor annoyance is that water service stops intermittently but it resumes after 10 minutes.

The location of the property is great. The host was responding quickly, the place is just like on the photos. We would stay there again.

Мястото е удобно. На пешеходно разстояние е до центъра и на минута от болницата (казвам това, тъй като за нас беше важно във връзка с пътуването ни). Николина и Дамян отговаряха на всичките ни въпроси и молби. Приятелят ми работеше от вкъщи, така че интернетът също е добър и позволява. Благодарим за топлото отношение.

Can't recommend the place enough. We needed a place to crash for a weekend, but after walking in the first thing we said was "Ohh we can stay here a lot longer than 2 days and feel great!". Setup was excellent, everything was clean. Philip is very responsive. Location is amazing, combining beeing right at the center of the city and yet being quiet enough at night. Overall 5/5. Will be the first place to check for availability next time we're in the city.

I totally recommend this place! The apartment was awesome, and has all the needed amenities for perfect relaxation. The entire process from check-in to check-out went smoothly thanks to Velichka. I would visit again.

The house was just beautiful. We had everything we needed . We felt safe . We were there almost two weeks ago and the house was cozy and warm in this cold month . The beds were clean. We used the washing machine and the drier , perfect . We didn’t use the kitchen much but we found everything we needed . And it is close to many beautiful sights , cafes and restaurants. Thank you Asya and Lazar . We would love to come back .

This was our second stay at Petya’s place. Once again, she sets a high bar. It’s a stunning place with fantastic amenities in an unbeatable location, near the park and the center street. We could not be happier with our stay! I highly recommend staying here.

Je recommande à tout les voyageurs de séjourner chez Daniel ! L'appartement est super et calme. Le centre est à 30 minutes de marche ou 10min en taxi. Ce sont des hôtes accueillants et sympathique ! J'ai même eu la chance de pouvoir laisser ma moto dans un garage fermé durant mon séjour pour avoir l'esprit tranquille et je les remercie pour ceci ! Merci également pour l'eau à disposition et les cafés. Vous serez bien accueilli pour profiter pleinement de Plovdiv. Amitiés de Suisse !

The stay was gorgeous! My one regret is that it was a very short stop. The apartment is an absolute dream .. and unlike many others that allow smoking but you have to freeze near a window, Slaven’s place has not just 1 but 2 isolated balconies for smoking with the most comfortable and various seating options (including a BED on one of the balconies) and amazing views. Ms. Geri, the lovely housekeeper, was also very kind and accommodating when we forgot a wallet after check out. We probably spent a good 30 minutes laughing and talking. She’s such a gem! All in all simply an incredible stay with my sister. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Slaven for your accommodation and flexibility :)!

Anna's attic apartment was great.. 6th floor peaceful quiet views of mountains from Window. Decent kitchen, Crystal Clear Mountain water from the cold tap!! 3 hobs, sink fridge. washing machine kettle microwave. Pots pans plates cutlery. Hot shower. Lots of cupboards n wardrobe space.. Powerful electric wall heater and a large clothes airer.drier... TV with loads of channels .. 800meters from the Old Town. LIDL 3km in Razlog.

We stayed at Talat’s apartment for six months, and everything was perfect! Whenever I had any questions, Talat was always quick to respond and incredibly friendly in resolving them. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views, fresh air, and an amazing spa. The balcony was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

We stayed for six weeks again in this apartment, it's very comfortable and we feel right at home there. Out of season it is very quiet which is good for us. Host is extremely nice and treats us very well. Always happy to stay here and will always come back when visiting Sunny Beach. Thank you!

A very peaceful location with a view. We stayed there for 4 nights (a couple with 2 dogs) and we absolutely enjoyed it. We love a pet friendly place! It has everything that you need for an even longer stay, enough parking spaces (at least in September) and is very close to the Pirin mountain, so great for people who like to hike and spend time outdoors. The apartment is very clean you have everything you need at the kitchen to make your meal. There is big TV with Netflix, which is open to everyone and it was great. The location is good. There is a supermarket nearby, it is three minutes walk from the gondola, under the apartment there is ski store which you can rent the ski equipment and leave it there. The hosts are very friendly and it is easy to communicate with them using Airbnb application (for translation).
