First time in Bansko but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Probably the best location as it’s right in the centre, near the gondola but also quiet. Plenty of space for 4 and the smart TV was a nice touch so we could entertain ourselves when not skiing/apres-ing ☺️ Sofa is a little on the firm side, but that’s about it! The building lift was only partially operational whilst we were there (one of two were working, and the door is a bit stiff), but there were technicians looking at it on our last day so probably nothing to worry about!

Great stay overall, apartment is nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Everything is within 10min walk from the apartment. There is a SPA in the building but it's paid extra(25 euros). Also, not exactly ski in/ski out, there is 7min walk down the street to gondola. Nitpick, lighting in the apartment could be better.

Beautiful clean & cosy apartment right in the centre of Bourgas. Plenty of space for all 5 of us. We would highly recommend it. Would 100% stay again, great value for money.

I had a nice, peaceful stay at Jano's. Jano is a great host: he allowed early check in and was always available anytime I had a question or a request. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the pictures, is very clean, and has wonderful natural lighting. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The shower has very good water pressure with plenty of hot water. The apartment is nice and quiet - I overslept almost every day I was there. The location is perfect - it's within walking distance of everything in the city. There are also bus and trolley stops around the corner and a metro station a quick 5-minute walk away. On days when one feels like escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, there is a large woodland area right across the street. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Jano!

The apartment is pretty standard, but pleasant. It's bright and spacious with plenty of amenities, but I'd say the sauna is what separates it from the competition. It has a quirky layout with the living area upstairs, and the sauna/main bathroom downstairs. We visited in freezing weather but the apartment was super cosy and warm. Despite being directly next to a road, the location feels private and residential with the main attractions within a 10 minute walk. The sauna was excellent - easy to set up and surprisingly large. A couple of minor points: - There's a large window above the front door with no curtains for privacy allowing neighbours across the street to look right into the living room - There's very little shelf space for toiletries in both bathrooms, and not enough towels (especially with the sauna) - There was underwear in a drawer which we found a bit odd Overall, it's a great apartment for a short break - and you should definitely make use of the sauna!

Very spacious appartment. Decent neighbourhood. Good price/quality. Emil is a very good host. Instructions were very clear. Really fast communication. Small negative comment: only one toilet available.

Ich werde am 18. März abreisen. Dennoch schreibe ich meine Bewertung heute schon. Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Alles hat zu 100 % gestimmt. Hier an diesem Ort hast du wirklich die perfekten Gastgeber. Du kannst nichts falsch machen, wenn du hier buchen tust. Es ist ein ruhiger und idyllischer Ort wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Wenn du abschalten willst, deine Seele baumeln lassen willst, bist du hier perfekt aufgehoben. Ich hatte fantastische Tage. Am Tag habe ich mich mit Freunden getroffen. Um in die Stadt zu fahren kann man den Bus nehmen oder sich einfach sehr günstig in das Taxi setzen. Ein Supermarkt der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat, ist fussläufig binnen 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Dies ist wirklich ein Ort zum runterkommen. Ich kann diesen Ort wirklich nur vom Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Още с влизането се усеща настроението в апартамента! Чисто, топло и уютно. Отговаря напълно на описанието в обявата, има всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Домакинът е изключително любезен и отзивчив. Беше ни оставил кафе, вода , снакс, от което бяхме изненадани много приятно! Локацията на мястото е отлична.

Vera was a great host and helped us with everything we needed, would definitely stay here again if needed accomodation for a larger group.

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

בית של Mihail מושלם לחופשת חורף. בית חם ,קמין עצים בסלון. מטבח מאובזר. 2 חדרי שינה ,בכל חדר 2 מיטות יחד. המיטות ומזרנים בסיסיים ביותר, אבל אחרי יום סקי לא הרגשנו . חצר פנטסטי אם אפשרות לעשות בשר על האש. נהנתי מאוד.

Изключително гостоприемство, отново подчертавам комуникативното му местоположение, но най-важното е че този дом те кара да се чувстваш вкъщи, това е моето място в красивото Търново!!!!

One of the most wholesome stays I have had the pleasure to experience. Tomislav is very friendly, flexible and fast to respond. Everything in the house was great and as described. Definitely the best kitchen I have encountered in any Airbnb - from good knives to a wide variety of utensils and tools, the kitchen was very well stocked with a lot of products and we lacked nothing. As food lovers and cooks, we really appreciated it. The house is very nice and cozy with a beautiful view from the balcony. One can feel all the personal and sweet touches that Tomislav has made, the place is embedded with care, which is not found that often. The village is rustic and very authentic, with very wholesome and nice people around. We were treated like family! The surrounding area is beautiful! Quite some places to visit, the silence, peace, simplicity and beauty are top-tier therapy. I really hope I will be lucky enough to go back again!

Great location - 4min walk to the nearest slope. You go down the slope, take the lift and you are at the nearest ski center! The apartment complex is very quiet, with beautiful panoramic view. The host is very kind, helpful and responsive. Our stay was 10/10 - could not recommend it more!

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

Evin konumu ve içi gerçekten iyiydi. Evin yakınında boş park yerleri de vardı ama eğer turist işeniz başınız belada. 😡Bulgar telefonu olmadan park ödemesi yapamıyorsanız. Ödeme yapmayınca da arabanızı kilitliyorlar. 1 saat gelmelerini beklemeniz gerekiyor. Bu sorun ev ile ilgili değil. Bulgaristan da her yer de arabayla gelen turistler için sorun var.
