What a well maintained, well run park with a great management team! The special events at the park are nice! The one bedroom unit had everything I needed and more, was comfortable, and the A/C and heat worked great. I felt safe inside the gated community and liked parking next to my front door. If I'm in Bullhead City again this will be a place I'd go back to.

We loved this place! It’s neat and very clean and super easy to access the River! We love coming here because the owners of this place are very attentive and nice and make it feel like home! Definitely worth coming here!

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

Alicia and staff were wonderful! Gloria was exceptionally helpful!!! The property was perfectly maintained and we had everything provided that we could think of! Again a huge shout out to Gloria and we hope to definitely visit again.

It was a little windy & I’ve been to BHC several times & don’t remember it being windy!!! But I swam & hot tubbed a lot Close to Las Vegas & Laughlin so u wer never bored…plus other things u can google!!! Thanks Brandie for U, your husband & daughter’s hospitality!!! Anyway I didn’t have to shovel snow!

This is the perfect place for golfers. Loved watching them golf. Christopher place was clean, very well stocked with spices and every baking dish you would want. There are plenty of flatware and dishes in the kitchen. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The garage was a real asset. The hot tub was wonderful on the colder days, just the right temp. All in all I hope we can return.

This our second stay at this location. Very quiet and feel safe with the it being gated. The apartment we had was very cozy. The bed was vey comfortable and linens and towels where clean and stain free. Would of like to see a few more cooking items, pots and pans but overall had plenty to cook with. Location was close to everything we needed. I would recommend

The resort is a lovely place to stay. Always super clean and, as a single traveler, I feel very safe. Karen makes sure the stay is perfect.

Awesome place, clean, quiet, working on updating everything, everybody was very friendly and helpful, perfect location Highly recomend it.

We stayed for a week while moving. Had to bring our cat along & after staying in noisy hotels, really appreciated how clean, quiet & helpful the place & everyone there was. The property is very well kept, we would stay again just to enjoy the pool & beach!

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Gated, big parking for trailers and beautiful view of the river. Casinos are about a 5 min drive. Gas stations and food is close by. Diane was friendly and quick response.

We absolutely loved our time at Diane’s Pirate Jr place on the River! It’s a simple property (not fancy-but comfortable beds, bedding, nice towels etc. Has a wonderful outdoor space; a fun place to watch private boats, tour boats, jet skiers and water taxis move along the river, and it’s beautiful at night with the Harrah’s property lit up across from you. The property is gated so very safe, and there’s all kinds of restaurants and stores close by. We enjoyed taking the informative 90 min Riverboat tour, we visited Davis dam and Davis park and spent an afternoon at Oatman. We hope to come again with our children and grandchildren, rent all the units, and have a great family vacation. Diane was very responsive and was generous in approving some special requests for us. We shall return!!!

Loved staying here! It was as the right size for 5 adults. Very clean. We loved having access to the river. We liked watching the birds.

We had to unexpectedly book a trip to BHC due to my father in law passing and Cindy was so amazing and helpful, start to finish. She was extremely accommodating and always responsive throughout our whole trip. She even had new coffee creamer delivered to us!! The home was beautiful, peaceful and in a great location. We would absolutely return to this property or any of the properties Cindy manages. You can truly tell she cares about the stay you have. 5 stars for the home and Cindy!

We had a great time at this amazing fun spaceful residence. We stayed for a 39th bday celebration weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place with all the space an amenities anyone would ever need. Plenty of room for 11 people to sleep eat drink and be marry. The bathrooms were clean and well kept, the kitchen had all the comforts of home and we used quite a bit of them. The best were the plastic champange flutes just a little touch that was nice and conciderate from the host to have there for everyone to use. The private dock was the best place to settle around after a day on the lake to wade in the water and finish off the remaining food and beverages we had. Cental AC worked like a charm to keep everything cool and very comfortable while it was 107 outside. Cindy the host was very responsive and even aske before check in what treats the bday person liked. It was a spacious great stay and Cindy made everything super easy. I will stay here agian and again.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Kyle’s place is beautiful, we had such a great time! We definitely want to book Kyle’s place again sometime next year, not only was his house beautiful, the location was perfect! Thx Kyle!
