This place was great! The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels. The view is amazing! We had so much fun fishing right from the seawall and watching the birds and boats go by. Stunning sunsets. It’s quiet and peaceful and a great place to getaway and disconnect (only if you want, the internet connection was strong). The house is seemingly secluded but there’s quick access to grocery stores and quaint restaurants. Easy access to a handful of springs and riding trails for your 4-wheelers etc. The Ocala national forest is truly beautiful! If in the area we’d definitely come back and stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Tony's place. Prior to our check in, he was very kind in sending detailed instructions on check in and access to his home. Tony was very responsive if we had questions, he was quite accommodating by granting us extra time for check out since we had young kids. Also, his home was SUPER clean and VERY tidy. My kids also loved his tech toys! Overall, I would recommend this host and if we had to do it again, we would definitely stay there. Great host!!

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

We picked this rental for the space for everyone and location to our favorite restaurants. It was very relaxing and felt very private. We definitely loved the charm and beautiful touches. The details of the appliances to the rustic cabin feel was very different from a boring condo. Walking distance to a great place to eat! The neighborhood is friendly with a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway. I think this would be a great place for a large family as the sleeping options are amazing! Thanks!!

We had a family reunion on one day of our week long stay and this place was PERFECT for that!! Everyone in our family was comfortable, had plenty of space to move around plus plenty of seating for 20 people... they didnt all stay there, but the day was filled with fun, family and a great place to spend it in....We really enjoyed the dock and close proximity to renting pontoon boats to go out on the lake or river for fishing.... We hope to enjoy this property again in the future for some relaxing family time... Thanks Megan for everything!!

Our stay was wonderful, but knew it would be its our second trip back. We love it here . We travel all over the United States for a pro bass fishing tournaments and always have a great time here. Bernard is great thanks for everything. Parking really is not a problem there except for a few Karen’s . All the other neighbors are great and would love to give a shot out to the Magnolia oyster bar in town thanks Chadi . Great food !!! Thanks again Jodi Campbell

Natascha and Dave were extremely helpful describing the wonderful places along the Saint Johns River. The accommodations were one of the best we have experienced. Also, very helpful with providing information on boating and fishing and the best scenery in the area.

My husband and I took our 14 year old grandson on a mini vacation to fish. We were accompanied with my elderly parents. This place is absolutely wonderful. We spend so much time outside on the covered dock. Even in the evenings, my husband and grandson would fish until after 11:00 PM as there are lights on the dock. We caught some really big fish too. The house was also very comfortable with everything you need included in the kitchen. We brought food with us with the intentions of eating dinner out each evening. We were having so much fun that we decided to stay in (and not dine out with the exception of one evening.) This place is good for ALL ages. Thank you Dori and John for your rapid response anytime we had questions (before and after we checked in!!) We highly recommend this place.

Great little place just a short walk from Colonial St. Augustine. Easily accessible, parking was a plus, and squeaky clean throughout. I highly recommend this one!

If you are a young family w children, or grandparents w grandchildren, this condo is exactly where ya need to stay! From the crib, to a pac n play, to a closet full of beach toys and chairs and sun umbrellas…. To an entire closet stocked w games, puzzles and a kids karaoke machine. The giant and spacious outdoor deck was the icing on the cake. The jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower were enjoyed by all. The beach is a few steps across the street (the street has a crossing light for further safety) and behind the entire complex is a wooden boardwalk safe for kids, with secret fairy gardens embedded along the route. Everyone was so kind . Our property managers Daniel and Cindy went above and beyond! My son accidentally broke off the storage key in the door lock, and maintenance was there within five minutes to assist.. very responsive and caring. The condo was stocked w essentials until we could get supplies We can’t wait to return! Thank you ! 10 star review

Fantastic stay at this downtown Eustis loft! Perfect location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive. The loft was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place. The pics looked just like the place. The patio was amazing. The pool was very nice. We did have a little trouble getting to the place but Tami was very responsive and helped us out. We also couldn't figure out where the tennis/pickle ball courts were at first. Once we found them, it was easy to get to them. We definitely would stay here again. All the walking trails were amazing.

This lakeside cottage was perfect for our Palm Coast stay to be near family. The decor matched the photos! It was not hard to Open the door and lock it. We only used the master bedroom and bathroom for the two of us. The bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with various dishes and spices. As we’d been traveling for several weeks, the washer and dryer helped tremendously. We wished we had more time so we could have sit in the large backyard or take a dip in the pool but got busy with family activities. The neighborhood was quiet and we heard sweet little birds chirping in the mornings. This cottage has so many extra details thought out to make your stay feel like “home”.

Deanna and Rabbit were by far the most friendly and accommodating people. Communication was very prompt and helpful. Very helpful. We felt right at home. The home was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for our family. We had a great time and I highly recommend to anyone. Already looking at dates to return!

We came to Astor for a Bachelor Party and the Daytona 500. The property was awesome! Plenty of room, and lots of stuff to do. Sparky’s in Astor was very good food and service. Thank you again for letting us stay! We would love to come back with family!

This cabin is just adorable! Perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway. Between the beach, porch, kayaks, and fire pit there is plenty for the entire family. Getting there is a little off the beaten path and I’m glad the way in was mentioned by our host before our arrival. It relieved the stress of thinking we were in the wrong place! House was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!!

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!

Charlene was an excellent host with very quick response times! Check in was a breeze. The home itself was very clean, organized and so roomy! We had a group of 7 and could have comfortably fit many more. We all felt right at home. Beds were very comfortable. The view of the lake was breathtaking and we enjoyed cups of coffee on the huge porch every morning while looking out at the view. The location is quiet and peaceful. Only 20-30 mins from local restaurants and stores. Will certainly stay here again as this place has so much to offer for an affordable price. This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway!

Stayed a month at Isabelle's place. Very relaxing and peaceful I am a very sensitive person and this place was very quiet. Isabelle was always responsive with conversations. Would definitely stay again ... maybe longer. :)
