We had a lovely stay at Francescas. The location was great, only 100m from the stop at San Stae and about 10 minutes from Rialto. There were lots of decent restaurants nearby. The flat is very comfortable and we enjoyed the view over a pretty garden. Francesca sent detailed instructions on how to get to the flat. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! The perfect, “insider experience“ of Venice. Coffee with locals around the corner, Centrally located to everything, watching the sunrise at the Basillica, and on and on. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Emaculate spacious area that is close to everthing you want to see in Venice while providing an easy to find quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Cose to several great restaurants and the kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat out. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Non saprei da dove cominciare per elencare tutte le note positive di questo alloggio. Innanzitutto è difficile trovare un host così disponibile, gentile e anche simpatica! Per quanto riguarda la casa: bellissima, moderna, ben attrezzata, terrazza da fare invidia anche ai migliori roof top spagnoli, compresa di tettoia e parasole elettronici! Se proprio devo fare l’antipatica e scrivere per forza qualcosa che manca.. la grattugia 😂😂 ma anche lì devo ammettere che c’era l’alternativa del pelapatate, quindi niente.. mi tocca fare la precisina e consigliare solo l’aggiunta di una jacuzzi, così posso finalmente fare la mia proposta a Donata per acquistare l’immobile!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!! Complimenti

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

Amazing hosts. Great place close to everything needed. This rental includes bikes which is a total hit for us. Definitely will recommend this place.

We loved our stay ! Laura was a lovely host. She met us at the apartment to go over everything, checked in daily, and offered assistance if needed! Her Insta page was also suuuuper helpful finding great spots for meals. The apartment was very fresh clean, and had everything we needed! We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

Excellent contact. In my travels, I probably have never had a better host. Localization is very easy to find close to the transport to Marco Polo Airport and public water transport. At the same time, the accommodation is in a very quiet place. Highly recommended.

Il nostro soggiorno da Daniela è stato perfetto l alloggio si trova vicinissimo alla fermata del bus che porta a Venezia, ci sono supermercati e ristoranti li vicino.l'apparttamento è perfetto noi eravamo 4 due adulti e due bimbi, ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Daniela con noi è sempre stata disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta.Torneremo presto a trovarla.

Le logement est top, je recommande, il est assez grand, très propre, bonne literie, bon emplacement, loin de la foule mais aussi très proche des rues animées Conseil de l’aéroport, pour votre transfert prendre la compagnie privée Alilaguna Blue, 15€ par personne par trajet, vous arrivez très proche de l’appart. Proche d’un arrêt Vaporetto pour accéder aux îles de Murano, Burano et Torcello, prévoyez 1 journée pour visiter les 3 îles

Апартамента разполага с две бани, пълна посуда и необходими продукти в кухнята и баните. Моника ни позволи да се настаним три часа по-рано и отговаряше на запитванията ни в изключително кратко време. Препоръчваме го с десет ръце / защото бяхме 5 човека / и на никой от нас не ни се тръгваше!

We had a pleasant stay in Venice. The Airbnb location was nice and quiet in the San Polo area but still very walkable to anywhere we wanted to visit in Venice. The space was very cute and clean, and was perfect for our 3 night stay. Loris was very helpful and responsive, and we were able to check in easily. The room was ready early, so we were able to bring all our luggage into the room at around 1 PM. After checking out of the room, we were able to leave our bags in the downstairs lobby, which was very safe since there is a passkey to get into the building. All in all, we had a great time with no issues thanks to Loris. The only thing I would like to mention is to be careful going up/down the stairs, especially with luggage, since they are quite narrow and steep.

This flat is in a beautiful location overlooking a canal. It's in a really sweet neighbourhood, with a few bars and restaurants as well as a grocery shop and greengrocers very nearby. All of the stunning sites of Venice are in walking distance but it was nice to be staying away from the crowds (we visited at Carnivale!) and not right in the centre, and it was a lot less touristy. It's also a great location for getting to and from the airport more quickly via the Alilaguna water boat. Inside, it is small but perfectly formed, clean and functional, as you can see from the photos. The highlight for me was the little balcony from the main bedroom, where you can just about fit two chairs to sit outside and admire the view. We had a wonderful visit (three adults), and highly recommend the apartment.
