I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

It was a beautiful house with comfortable features. I highly recommend!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Loved the location as we grew up in the area and it felt like we were home again. Cozy, warm and invitingly charming. Will be returning in the future to enjoy again. Thank you for making our 50th wedding anniversary a walk down memory lane!😘🥰😍

Shanda place was awesome, it was clean from top to bottom and believe me. I looked. I was so happy to see how well kept it was. I will definitely take my friends. And we will definitely go back and I hope that it is available when I go back. It was SO close to our venue. We could ride our bikes right next to it. Great location for us. When I had a question about anything I sent it out to her.She responded very fast, that's a plus. The neighborhood clean quiet. We appreciate the gift basket. She left for us thank you. I've stayed here on two separate occasions and would return again! It's a tasteful, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. It was a great space for hosting a large group of friends. On the downside, if you are expecting the pristine clean of a nice hotel, you might be disappointed. Also, we had some issues with the lockbox but hopefully it will be fixed/replaced soon. Eloísa was friendly and helpful when we had questions before and during our stay. So, all-in-all, I would still strongly recommend this listing!

This place was great! We stayed nearly 3 weeks and we enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable, nice back yard, house filled with amenities and useful stuff, easy check-in, fast and responsive host, clean house. In 5 mins in car you can get groceries or go to a street where you can walk around for coffee or restaurants. There is a nice hike trail close by you can do and get a good view of the city. Price was good and fair. I would totally recommend this place and stay here again. 5 star *****

Great home and surroundings. Quiet and cozy. Home was clean and comfortable. Yard was great for dogs to run and play.

Anastasiya and Stan are very excellent host. They are very helpful and are happy to answer questions with their local knowledge. The place is quiet and clean, at no point during our stay did we feel uneasy. I would 100% rebook should I travel back to Los Angeles

I really liked the apartment, it matches the description and photos. Convenient location. Very hospitable hosts, allowed us to check in earlier and check out later.

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Quiet place even though in busy area. Great brunch and coffee shop on the premises.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

Over all the space had plenty of bedrooms for everyone and it really helped having 4 full bathrooms. The beds we thought some were queens but definitely were not, but luckily only 1 person was sleeping in those 2 rooms. Over all, all rooms were very spacious with 2 master suites with king beds. Kitchen seating was very spacious with a nice backyard. Not much living space. There was only one living room. Not really comfortable for everyone to sit at once when it was raining outside. I do wish they had more comfortable seats for everyone since there is only 1 room where we all can sit. Location is a bit far. A lot of our activities were in Burbank and it took us 40-45 mins everyday to get there. LAX is about 1 hour and 20 mins unless you are traveling after 830 pm. Then it takes 45 mins. Burbank airport is about 40 mins without traffic. Warner bros studio is about 40 mins. I thought this house was a little closer to Burbank airport. But over all for 9 adults this house worked great.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

This was an absolute wonderful, peaceful, and very private place to stay with everything we needed! Beautiful views and taste in furniture. Cozy and elegant at the same time. The hosts responded to everything we needed above and beyond and kept in great contact with us for anything we needed at all over the long stay we had there and were so flexible with our needs. They personally showed us how to use everything since we would be there a while…just really went above and beyond in service besides the place having such a great feel! There are great restaurants and super market choices all within a couple of blocks. Very convenient as well!

This is truly a villa! The views were amazing and exactly as pictured. Fabulous location. Stephen and Pim were very communicative and as a bonus they were amazing with our dog who loved the villa. We had a great time!!

Everyone in our group keeps raving about Chunjiang's place and how it has raised the bars for Airbnb stays in the future. Five stars across the board for location, cleanliness, space, gorgeous house, responsive and accommodating host. The house had everything we needed and more. Can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we visit LA/Walnut/OC area.

We had an amazing stay at Shawn's place! We were impressed with the open layout and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor area was a highlight having a private pool with a cozy covered patio. The home was clean, had ample cooking essentials. Communication with Shawn was seamless, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in California.

We rented both properties hosted by Min which were adjacent to each other. Was a larger party of 14 that traveled and it was very convenient to have the two properties right next to each other.
