The apartment is perfect! The same as in the description. You have everything that you need (air conditioning, iron, washing mashine, hair dryer, towels, sheets, pots, spices etc.). The nearest shop is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, center of Burgas- about 10 minutes, beach- about 15 minutes. The neighbourhood is peaceful. Yordan was so nice to welcome us with a nice gift, map of Burgas and tourist guide. He was answeringmy messages very fast and also helped us get to the airport. The only inconvinience, in my opinion, is a small bathroom- after taking a shower everything there is wet. Anyway, I strongly recommend you staying in Yordan's apartment!

We had a wonderful stay, the view of the lake and the sea, the sunrise - a real delight. As a family with small children, the cafe on the ground floor with various snacks, pastry and food plus the small playground in the courtyard of the building were very useful. A relaxing, beautiful and safe place. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Burgas! Thank you, Lilia, you are a great host!

Nagy szeretettel ajánlom mindenkinek Nina szálláshelyét. Minden rendben volt. Tiszta lakás, mindennel felszerelve, amire szükségünk volt egy kellemes családi nyaraláshoz. Nina tényleg mindenre gondolt. (talán, még betennék két-két széket a hálószobákba, hogy átöltözéskor legyen hová tenni a ruhát) Mi mindig máshova megyünk nyaralni, mert sok hely van a világon, ahol még nem jártunk, de ha nem így lenne, akkor ide mindenképpen visszajönnénk, mert tényleg jó volt. Ha kicsi csatornaszagot érzel a fürdőben, nem kell megijedni: a padlóösszefolyóba kell önteni két pohár vizet. Ha kiszárad, akkor a szagok feljönnek. Ha van benne víz, akkor elmúlik a szag. Köszönöm még egyszer a kellemes hetet, amit itt eltölthettünk.

Fab flat with amazing views! exactly as photos and clean and tidy. The local area is good, with small shops and a couple of restaurants near by if you don't want to walk into town. About 20 min walk from the sea, through the park. Good wifi in the flat, I was able to work remotely with no problems. it was useful to have a small cafe on the ground floor. The bed is comfortable and everything works in the flat as it should. The host is helpful and responds to any messages quickly. I recommend this flat if you aren't bothered about being right in the centre.

The place is located close to a viewpoint. When you had the door open you could here the sea from the bed. The kitchen had more pots and pans than the average most people have. Great as we cooked most of the night due to dietary needs. Most basics like salt, peper, coffee, sugar there there, though tea was missing. The complex itself was not that interesting for us, most days we drove to some beaches in nature without bars, buildings, noice and beach beds. But it was nice and quiet. The building is a bit dated, but the apartment is in a very good shape. Communication was quick, friendly and helpful. I would book again if we would be in the neighorhood again.

Изключителен апартамент. Най-добрият в който съм отсядал със семейството си по нашето черноморие! Чисто, уютно и имащ всичко необходимо да се почустваш у дома си! Домакинята е много любезна и ни беше предоставила подробна информация за околността! Със сигурност бихме посетили отново!

Tsvetelin was a great host who was always available on the odd occasion we had a question. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had amazing views overlooking the lake, was very comfortable and extremely spacious. It had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and we would use again next time we're back in Pomorie.
