I would like to recommend this place for your future travels. This apartment has everything you need if you are traveling with your family. The kids room not only had a bunk bed but another twin bed and an in room bathroom (no shower). The main bed was very spacious with a built in closet. The main bathroom had a nice size. I felt at home in this apartment. Now the location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants around you can walk to. Next to the building, 2 mins walk, it’s the Ruzafa Market (Mercado de Ruzafa), great selection of Spanish products. If you like walking you’ll find that almost everything is close by from this apartment. Last but not least, Oscar is one of the best host I have had. Since I was trying to do my reservation he was being proactive, he heard my needs and recommended me the best apartment he had for me to enjoy my stay. Oscar provided his phone number and we communicated to learn more about the city and the apartment. I will definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at Jaime’ s apartment. It was very comfortable with everything I needed. It was easy to walk to most places in Valencia and easy to get cabs if needed.

I highly recommend this place to stay. Clean, cozy and has everything you need .Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the sea and a large market 7 minutes walk away. There is a playground next to the apartment .It was very nice that there was a lot of coffee (and I am a coffee lover), there was water in the refrigerator and there were also capsules for washing and dishwashers, I think this says a lot about caring for customers) Espe is friendly and pleasant, and responds quite quickly.Thank you so much Espe for this wonderful service 🥰

Ho messo 5 stelle a tutto perché sono super meritate. Alloggio perfetto, host perfetto, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Malvarosa, 5 minuti a piedi ed eravamo in riva al mare. Meglio di così, non ho mai trovato!!!! Grazie Abel

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

It was a great stay in Valencia, the Airbnb was lovely and pristine, with easy and quick communication from the hosts who catered to our flight times for arrival and departure.

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Absolutely an amazing Airbnbs . More beautiful than the photos—warm, welcoming, and truly felt like a home. It had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to an incredible backyard perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family. Communication was excellent—super responsive and quick to help with anything. Clear instructions made check-in and the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped home away from home. We’d absolutely stay again!

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Ruime en verzorgde villa in een rustige buurt, doch goed gelegen voor uitstapjes. De villa is praktisch ingedeeld, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer (wel niet aansluitend, maar stoort niet), superhandig. De keuken is voorzien van bijna alle benodigdheden. Tip: aankopen dunschiller, snijplank en onderleggers voor warme potten/pannen. Het zwembad was bij ons nog te koud, maar de jacuzzi maakte dit goed. Mooi uitzicht vanop het terras en de jacuzzi. Er werd een kinderbedje voorzien, en er zijn ook tal van (buiten)spelletjes voor de kinderen. Je merkt dat het huis wel goed en veel gebruikt wordt, bijvoorbeeld aan de muren en dergelijke, maar het huis is proper. De host antwoordt snel op vragen, pluspunt. Wij raden het huis aan!

Exactly what we wanted. A very quiet street, within easy reach of lots of bars and restaurants (5 minutes' walk), and striking distance of the city centre (30 minutes' walk or 10 minutes by bus). We'd choose this area again. It's handy for the City of Arts and Sciences (20 minutes' walk). Several supermarkets within 10 minutes' walk. This ground floor flat has a simple layout, with the smallish double bedroom at the road end (no problem with noise for all five nights, inc Friday), then bathroom (good shower), dressing and luggage area with useful table, then we'll stocked kitchen with it's own dining table, then sitting area with good sofa and TV, then sliding glass door to the patio with table and armchairs. Everything well decorated, well designed, well equipped. Plenty of room for 2 people. Any issues we had or queries, Pilar was very responsive.

Highly recommended, one of the best if not the best Airbnb in Valencia, easy access to beach and city center, very clean and we felt right at home. Ismael is a great host who met us in person to make sure we had everything we needed.

El apartamento es exactamente igual a cómo se describe y se ve en las fotos. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido ágil y resolvió rápidamente un problema que tuvimos a la hora de poner en marcha la calefacción. Se agradece que deje café, azúcar, papel de cocina, jabón de lavadora y lavavajillas, etc. También nos facilitó todos los artículos para el bebé. La única pega ha sido que la ventana de la segunda habitación no ajustaba bien y por la noche se oía mucho el ruido del viento (pero se lo comunicamos y estoy segura de que lo resolverán para los próximos inquilinos).

One of my greatest air b and b stays EVER! The host was there for us every step of the way and helped us in more ways then I can even explain!! 😊 would 100 percent stay again and recommend anyone I know staying in this area to book! She is amazing human being. Also with us being from Canada and not for Europe she made us feel so at home. Her home felt like are home❤️

Konum olarak şahane bir yer. Market Central'den yemek alışverişi yapıp evde pişirmek sonra balkonda kalabalığı izlerken yemek çok keyifliydi. Ev sahibi sorunlarımıza anında çözüm sundu, verdiği tavsiyeler bize iyi bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Las Fallas'ın son günü balkondan meydandaki gösteriyi izlemek ayrıcalıktı.

Great stay in the middle of Las Fallas. Plenty of food options around, lots of supermarkets close by. There was good wardrobe space for our clothes. Loads of pots and pans and cutlery so it was ideal for making food at the airbnb too in the morning and for dinner some days. 5 minute walk from the park, Jardín del Turia. Thanks José
