We had recently had a peaceful weekend and it was exactly what we wanted and needed. Really private space to unwind and take some time out as a couple. We loved the nearby Sage and Willow Cafe for a great breakfast and the sunset at the Hang Glider Lookout to see out the day.

We loved our stay in Springbrook at the Twin Falls retreat. The house was very comfortable. The best equipped and organized kitchen we have ever encountered in any airbnb. The house was meticulous. With comfortable beds. Wonderful coffee maker with great coffee beans. We loved the bird food supplies and enjoyed watching the Rosellas eat. The trail head to Twin Falls was right outside the door. We spent our time exploring and enjoying the trails and walks of the area.

This cottage was an absolute dream! It’s close to all the local attractions but felt so secluded and its own little oasis perfect for relaxing. Couldn’t recommend this enough and we hope to stay again in the future!

This is one of the best airbnb’s that I have stayed at for a quiet relaxing break. Absolutely spectacular unobstructed views north to south along the coast and from the bed ! A wonderful private little cabin high up on the mountains with everything you need.

A really cute little older cottage, and so close to the beach and cafes ... We walked everywhere! The gardens are beautiful and you hardly notice you are in suburbia. We loved sitting on the verandah watching the birds. The house and gardens were immaculate and the place was very comfortable... would definitely recommend !

Cathy's beach house was such a fantastic place to stay with a dog. My son, my dog, my bird and myself all stayed for 16 days. The house has an outdoor warm shower for getting the sand off after the beach and a huge backyard that is great for throwing a ball. The front and back yards are both very safe with a remote controlled gate and a remote controlled garage door that is slated so it let's the breeze through whilst still containing the area. The inside had a bit of luxury with a bright contemporary feel and some nice decorating. The giant bath was perfect for soaking and watching a movie on my iPad on the bath board after a big day. The air conditioner in the lounge room keeps the place cool and there's plenty of flyscreened windows/doors if you prefer fresh air. There's also an air conditioner in the main bedroom. The place was super easy to keep clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it easy to get to lots of different places. My favourite was Paddock Bakery

Gorgeous, old fashioned church, with amazing old furniture pieces for a real rustic feel. Old music to add absolute mood to the surroundings. Quiet, beautiful birds around. All kitchen essentials we needed along with ice & dvds, puzzles, games! So great

This is a lovely cottage to stay in. Lots of attention to detail with interiors, functional, very clean and good location. It's a 2 minute walk to Witches Fall Winery and 5 mins from a lovely walking track. Highly recommend, wish we had of booked an extra night.

What an incredible home in the rainforest. The photos on this listing are incredible but experiencing it takes the photos to a whole new level. We chose Satin Bower Cottage for a weekend girls trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better base. The cottage is stunning. Being immersed in nature, but still having all the comforts and amenities of home, makes this place extraordinary. We love your cottage! Thank you Jon and Jessamy for having us.

Our stay at Arisa and Terrence's cottage was everything we expected it to be and much, much more. Set in such a beautiful place resplendent with the local flora and fauna, the cottage is exquisitely presented in a way that promotes peace and harmony. It was exceptionally clean throughout and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. All of the furnishings were wonderful to look at as well as being comfortable and practical. It was great also to be not too far from the beach and local amenities but in such a quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed every moment we spent there. Heather and Mike

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to unwind and relax! So much thought and detail has been put in to make the stay feel so comfortable, we felt right at home! Shelly was so accommodating and very easy to communicate with! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone ☺️

10/10 can't wait to stay here again! Worth every cent spent. The place is magic, inviting and hearty. You feel at home the moment you walk through the door. The real challenge is thinking of something bad to say about the place. You can't.. I tried! I'm already trying to plan my next trip back, hopefully next time we will be able to stay for longer.

A slice of heaven awaits .... If you are wanting to escape, relax and get back to nature then this is the place for you!! This quaint cottage offers everything you need to relax. Each morning we awoke to the peaceful sounds of nature, ambled out of a comfy bed to enjoy a coffee on the huge back deck, listening to the birds, watching the wallabies all while surrounded by the most spectacular views of the mountains. Margaret and Chris are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Margaret provides detailed instructions about everything you need to ensure your stay is perfect. The cottage itself is cosy with all you need for a comfortable stay. There is a fireplace for chilly winter evenings or air-conditioning for those warmer summer months plus the added bonus of a sauna, outdoor shower and a spa to further add to your relaxing stay. A perfect holiday location to get away from it all, will definitely be back again.

We had a beautiful stay. The property was very clean, well presented and everything was as at the house that we needed. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to escape the city.

Gorgeous property - we just had a delightful 3 day stay. The outlook is fabulous with the Gold Coast city lights in the distance. A very, very well appointed property with every thing you could need on hand. I am quite particular and was very impressed. If you are going up the Mountain pick this place …. You will not be disappointed!
