Velina was a fabulous host! We came to NC for a last minute weekend trip & it was the perfect amount of space for 2 people and a dog! Velina is a great communicator and gave clear check-in directions & tons of local recommendations. Location is close to both UNC campus and carrboro. Very quiet area.

This studio is a gem! Pristine - quiet- so comfortable and stocked with too many amenities to list! The hosts have designed this space with not only functionality, but also with a homelike feel and have successfully anticipated possible needs of their guests. Even though I didn’t need much I appreciated the drawer of multiple toiletry options in the bathroom and multiple extras in the kitchen ( coffee filters, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, food storage options, and cleaning products. I was able to prepare several meals and found all pots and utensils needed. I enjoyed a daily walk throughout the neighborhood. I spent most of my time around the UNC campus which was about a 15 minute commute. . This will be my first choice when in the area.

We love this rental! We stayed all week for a swim meet at GAC which is a short drive from the rental. I walked to the grocery store twice and there are a few restaurants in that area as well. There were a few minor issues with the rental and Kristen was very responsive and made things right. We will definitely be staying here again.

Blake was a good host with easy instructions and an accurate description of the property. We loved the walkability to downtown Durham and cental park area as well as the Saturday farmers market. Having a kitchen laundry, and 1.5 baths was great. The outside deck looked like a nice place to sit but we were on the go and didn't have time for it. Driveway parking was appreciated as there is a business with live music across the street so the street parking on weekend nights is crowded. This older home is updated nicely, the bathrooms are amazing, and there are many easy-to -get-to outlets that many older homes dont have. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The location, the communication from the host and the peace and quiet at this Airbnb location are a few of my biggest takeaways during my holiday stay here. Unfortunately, I still had to work through the holiday however, mohmeets Airbnb allowed me to have a separate working space to complete my work. Whenever I come back in town, I will definitely be booking here again.

I was in North Carolina for business. My wife and I usually stay at a hotel when we visit each month, but this time we decided to look for a place through Airbnb, and I'm glad we did. Everything the owners described in the listing was accurate. I hope their property is available the next time I'm in town for work. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I had a very nice stay. I especially appreciated the peacefulness of the location and the water and nature view out the back deck was really nice. That view was a nice surprise given the residential area. The general location was great for me as it was close to the heart of the north hills area. Nelson had everything you could need taken care of, and it made sense that he is a super host.

The location was convenient and great for exploring the downtown area. The apartment was nicely laid out with everything we needed. It was a great location for bringing a dog as there was a dog park and many places to walk. The only negatives were that the garage was open the entire time we stayed there, allowing anyone to get into the building. There were many people walking through the complex all hours of the night. The bed was harder than we expected but the extra comforter helped. The provided shampoo and conditioner was really only enough for one person to use for one shower. Otherwise we loved the location and convenience, the cleanliness, the security system was a nice feature, and the kitchen was roomy for cooking. There was a good selection of coffee provided which was great! Parking was close-by and ample. The host was a great communicator throughout the time that we stayed and answered any questions we had.

This was the perfect place for my wedding day for getting ready with bridesmaids and family! Both apartments are beautiful and spacious and the location cannot be beat.

Josh was an amazing host. He was funny and gave advice. If I could’ve booked for longer I would’ve he was great. This was my first time in NC and he helped me out so much made my move feel seamless.

Nice, clean place at a reasonable price. I was concerned about making my daughter sleep on a couch, but they’re massive and she seemed comfortable. There was some noise from the hosts and their dog upstairs, but not enough to be an issue. Loved the Nespresso and the luxurious bathroom. Overall a great stay.

Patricia left clear instructions for checking in, staying, and getting around town. She was flexible with our check in time and gave plenty of local recommendations. The place was as described and pictured: clean, peaceful, private and located right in town. Our stay was short and easy, but Patricia left plenty of instruction and was available in case something went wrong. Couldn't recommend more

Host was responsive and gave very clear instructions. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a bit cold, but the bedding kept us comfortably warm at night and there was a space heater in the closet. Overall, we had a good experience!

Jennipher's place was immaculate. The beds were very comfy. There was some road noise but by midnight it was quiet. The shower pressure is very strong. We also appreciated the bottled water. My only nitpicky complaint was that the outlets in the smaller bedroom were hard to reach from the bed. But I wouldn't take stars or anything like that off. Just wanted to mention it. I'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this home. It was a very comfortable stay. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the house was very comfortable. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We will definitely be back to this location .

I stayed at Amy's place while attending a conference at UNC. The place is close to the UNC campus, less than a mile away. Amy was very communicative and responded to calls easily.

Great stay! Nice hot tob and patio is beautiful at night with the lights. Loved the bed it was very comfortable. Just wished there was a full kitchen because I love to cook and wanted to make some meals but overall me and my partner stay was good.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Nate was very responsive to messages. Everything was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. Nice quiet country setting, yet close to shopping and dining. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo - especially for business travel, and would stay here again. Simple and very functional space, just as shown, yet nice extra touches that make it feel very comfortable. Host is extremely communicative and lobby/front desk staff are very nice and helpful.
