What a great house! The house is new, fresh, has character, and was exactly as described. Emily has the home extremely well stocked with everything needed for coffee in the mornings, cooking at home, toiletries, even toys for kids. Emily was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would highly recommended!

The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The home is very comfortable loaded with amenities to make our stay relaxing!

Wow, I can't even begin to express how thrilled I am about my recent stay! It was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! The host was beyond helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. My entire family was over the moon with how incredible the place was, it felt like a home away from home! It was spotlessly clean, tranquil, and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. I was blown away by the little touches that really made this Airbnb stand out! I highly recommend staying here! It’s a clean, well-decorated home that has great amenities in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a great “staycation” and would definitely stay again. Umer and Sehar are great hosts and made the house feel like home.

Very cute, comfortable house had everything we needed—parking and coffee/condiments were much appreciated! Very close to lovely trail along stream that dropped us off (after maybe 2 or 2-1/2 miles) a few blocks from Franklin St. It was so nice, we walked it every day although just walking straight up Franklin would have been shorter

Loved staying at Bryan’s place! Great location in a terrific neighborhood. Bryan provided everything needed for a few night’s stay. He was very communicative and helpful. I would stay here again when visiting Durham.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

A cool studio, located just off the UNCG campus. Bert's place is comfortable with room to hang out. The kitchenette has what you need for a short stay. You're not going to prepare gourmet meals here, but the listing makes that pretty clear. Besides, you have many great dining options nearby. The pictures and description are accurate - no surprises. Bert was responsive and made sure I was all set when I checked in. I'd happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful and peaceful week long stay at Barbara’s cozy home. We are on the road 100% of the time we cooked every meal in and it felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the linens, so soft. The water pressure was amazing, which can be a concern in an older home. We played music ate well, and relaxed during our time off. Our hosts were incredibly warm and gracious, and we loved using the fresh herbs growing on the front porch! It was so nice not to have a list of chores to complete upon check out. We highly recommend this particularly if you are working at the Steven Tanger theatre while in town.

We love this rental! We stayed all week for a swim meet at GAC which is a short drive from the rental. I walked to the grocery store twice and there are a few restaurants in that area as well. There were a few minor issues with the rental and Kristen was very responsive and made things right. We will definitely be staying here again.

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

I had a nice quiet peaceful stay. It is a great location for trials at Rising Star Canine Ranch. The hosts were super nice and accommodating. I hope to book this place again.

We had a great stay at Scott’s place in Durham. We were a group of four, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent—Scott was quick to respond, very polite, and professional. The check-in instructions were clear, and the apartment was easy to find and access. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even more relaxing. The space was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and kitchen, and the beds were perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

Full disclosure: I am familiar with the general location. The unit was as advertised, with check-in a real breeze. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests I made. The neighborhood is very walkable, and this unit is set back from Daniels Street and far enough away from Oberlin Road & Wade Avenue such that you don't hear any street noise inside. There are bike lanes galore in this part of Raleigh. The Village District is less than a 5-minute walk and has multiple restaurants, shops, and even a fitness facility that will sell you a pass. (The Y is pretty close by, too.) This is a first floor unit, so you will hear footsteps when the tenant above is home (nothing out of the ordinary noise wise though). Also, if you like to cook a lot you may want to bring your own pots and such. (The unit has the basics covered nicely.) This unit is a real gem & a great value! I enjoyed staying here President's Day week. Thanks, Bob & Hal!

The condo was perfect for our stay and is located is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The Village District is within walking distance which was very convenient. Michael's communication was on point and I would definitely reserve the condo again!

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family and attending NCAA basketball games! Great location for restaurants! Catherine’s place is well stocked with coffee/teas, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The home is nicely decorated and bedding is very comfortable. It’s very clean. We did have trouble finding our parking spot and contacted Catherine. She helped us out however I realized she sent explicit directions and pictures in her welcoming emails explaining this. If we would have just taken the time to read everything she sent. We did have trouble using the lock on the front door, even wiggling and giggling the door, so had to come/go using the locked back door. I shared this with Catherine and she shared that it can be finicky. Overall, for the proximity of restaurants and downtown, the rental was a good value.

Came for March Madness and college visits. Location was extremely convenient - 10 min/$10 uber ride to the games, 5 min to NC State, and 20-30 min to Durham and Chapel Hill. A plethora of good quality restaurants were all within a 15 min drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful and a nice getaway from the craziness of campuses and March Madness. Kiyonna was a wonderful host. Communication and logistics, check in and check out, were all very easy. She also provided some nice little treats upon arrival that were greatly appreciated. Beds and living area were very comfortable and it truly felt like home. The washer and dryer were handy as we got caught in the rain one day and were able to dry our clothes. Thank you for a wonderful, stress-free stay!
