This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

This is our second stay here and love the place. It has the older home charm that is so tastefully decorated. The kitchen has it all! Roomy and private. Sitting on the back porch watching the dogs run around the back yard is great! The fenced yard is large and very cleared our and safe for the pups, mine loved it! I could go on and on but find out for yourself! You may even make a sweet friend next door! Such a personable person!

Great host! Always made sure we had the right accommodations and made our trip so much better than initially intended. Highly recommend and will be back soon hopefully!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Incredibly central location to North Hills and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, Starbucks, Target, etc. Our kids loved the vending machine and having a tv in each room :). House was clean and spacious allowing us to put kids down and hang out in common area without waking them. Brad was very responsive and the checkout process was so easy. Highly recommend!

Needed something to be booked quickly, and this was exactly the place. Excellent location and excellent place to stay. Would stay again.

Lanae was just the kindest hostess. We were coming to Durham to see our daughter and her partner. Suddenly their dog fell ill and Lanae was able to take us earlier. Her house is lovely - great pool, squeaky clean and near a beautiful park. We are so grateful for a perfect stay. We will be back! Laura and Joe

A great stay with our family and our daughters family. Beautiful townhome! The multi levels is a workout but every floor is well laid out. We had room for everyone. The Nature park close by was awesome for bike riding, playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts & soccer fields. Great restaurants and shopping within 10-15 min. 12 minutes from the Raleigh LDS Temple

Loved staying here, perfectly place away that's close to many things and yet feels secluded. Great Location and Space.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

The house itself was perfect – spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We truly felt at home. The location couldn't have been better, nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet still conveniently close to all the amenities Cary has to offer. We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had some awesome features like a zipline that goes straight into the pool. The hosts were kind enough to let us sleep in with a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place in a great location! Modern what looks like IKEA type furniture and very clean. Very comfortable beds and great amenities. We just like to see maybe some small snacks and better coffee if possible. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was clean and comfortable.

We loved the space - Our Golden retriever loved the fenced back yard and the walking trails to the Eno River reserve. We were able to cook simple food with the microwave and burners. The frig was a nice size - it held all of our stuff. There is no kitchen sink - But I was able to wash dishes easily in the large bathroom sink. I couldn't get the vacuum to work so couldn't do a final cleanup. We may be back soon as we have relatives in the area. Thanks David.

Such a clean and comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are as pictured with added details and plenty of space. The neighborhood is nice for walking with a park and a shopping center both in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I'm on a three week road trip with my two standard poodles. I wish I could find a place like Sabbatino's at every stop. Well priced, very clean, and best of all a lovely fenced-in yard where I could let my dogs out to romp and sniff around for a bit. I liked the rural feel of the neighborhood, as opposed to being in a more urban area. And it was only a 15 minute drive into Chapel Hill. If I am back in the area, I would definitely like to stay there again. Very nice place and very nice host!

Nicole's place is a nice upstairs townhouse-style duplex built into a bit of a hill. The space is clean and comfortable and has all the basics. It is located in a woodsy neighborhood. Its a good option if you like space and affordability. Nicole was quick to communicate and help with any questions we had during our stay.

We LOVED the eclectic decor and boho theme throughout the home! It was also super clean and beds were comfy, plus our pup enjoyed the huge backyard!!

Little to no complaints for my stay. Good communication and easy check in
