This was a great little condo with amazing views in a nice, central, walkable area of Surrey. It has a nicely equipped little kitchen. I do most of my own cooking and there were a few kitchen accessories I was missing so I asked Tina about them. She was more than happy to accommodate and had them all delivered within a half hour. It's a small unit but has two bathrooms which was a nice feature. Washer and dryer in-condo were great too. I had the chance to use the onsite gym a few times. It's a good basic facility. The building is very secure. Pay close attention to Tina's detailed instructions about unit and underground parking access as I found it a little tricky at first but got the hang of it in no time. Overall great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Ash and the the place were both great! Clean and relaxing spot with wonderful water and mountain views. Would look forward to staying here in the future if I return to the area. Easy walk to nature trails and food spots.

Comfortable stay. Deborah was very sweet and helpful. Everthing is just like the pictures. Couple minutes away from Coquitlam Center and lots of restaurants. Backyard is set up to relax and accommodate. Cheers 🍻

The place was exactly as described, was very clean, and very comfortable. The location is central in Vancouver along intersecting main roads giving great access from and to all directions. Walkable coffee shop, restaurants, and grocery all came in handy. All this plus friendly, gracious hosts topped it all off for a great experience!

We knew the moment we found the address we were completely safe! It is such a beautiful area, and close to everything you need! Any questions we had were answered within minutes. We couldn’t have been any happier and would stay with James and Tina again! It was a really nice stay and they were lovely!

Great host, great house and location. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect weekend away.

This was a lovely home! I love that it smelled clean and felt cozy and inviting! Rosanna was very kind, communicated well and was flexible when our plans changed! This area is lovely to visit and you will enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. Plus we loved all the windows and natural light! Thank you Rosanna!

Communication with Sam was a breeze. He was always there to check on our well being, before and after check in. Sam’s place feels like home. Nothing is uncomfortable for my family and I. We truly enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooking the mountain. I sat on the stool for breakfast every morning. Where I am from, I don’t get this view at all. Check in and check out, was very detail. Just follow the instruction. It is a safe place to stay. Everywhere is electronically gated and well guarded. If you drive, there is a dedicated slot for parking. The photo of the house you see is real. Kitchen is fully equipped. I needed a kettle and Sam immediately arranged for a kettle delivery without any doubt or question. This had won me over. Heater is available in winter. Dryer and washer in unit. Washing detergent, shampoo , conditioner, kitchen soap, toilet rolls, paper hand towels, bath towels all provided for. Thank you Sam for the hospitality. I wish you a good business ahead.

Great host was able to meet up a bit ealier as I got into Vancouver ealier then check in time. The unit had a hair curler which save me time to the salon, and great location in Richmond. Clean and nice condo. ;)

The apartment became my home-away-from-home during my month long stay in Vancouver. It was comfortable, completely outfitted for all of my needs, nicely decorated and the location is convenient to stores, restaurants, downtown Vancouver, parks, attractions and to the Vancouver Seawall. And the view... wonderful day and night when the city unfolds in front of you. My hosts, Shifa and Tariq, responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful in providing excellent information about the apartment, the building and the surrounding area. When I come back to Vancouver this apartment will again be my home-away-from-home.

Fantastic location, walkable to a ton of restaurants and grocery stores. Apartment was clean and modern with a phenomenal coffee maker and a full kitchen. Parking on site was a huge plus. Brian was a great communicator and we hope to stay there again!

J’ai passé un très bon séjour à Vancouver dans l’appartement de Matt. Matt a toujours été très bienveillant et actif dans ses réponses. L’appartement était très bien, propre et calme. Seul bémol sa proximité avec un quartier avec beaucoup d’itinérants et drogués. Néanmoins, le quartier où se trouve l’appartement est très calme.
