Fun stay! Exactly as described in previous positive reviews. Canoes were a blast, communication was good. Very convenient location and close to town.

The Tiny House was cute and very comfortable. It was close to all the activities. The pool and hot tub were an added benefit. We had a good time there.

4 days on the property and didn't see a single soul. property is near other homes so you'll hear others living their lives during the day... working in the shed, kids playing, car alarms, etc. But mornings and evenings are pretty quiet. property is a good balance of out door camping and convenience of shelter and electricity. good option for a quick get away from Austin, not too long of a drive. outdoor space is great with picnic table, fire pit and hammock. Jay was super helpful and responsive.

We were looking for a fun little getaway away from the city with the kids for Spring Break when we stumbled upon the Cozy AF Cabin. The cabin was so adorable and was perfect for our family. Jasmin and Alex were so pleasant! They offered great recommendations around the city, which we took them up on! The cabin had everything we needed from cooking supplies, comfortable beds, nice warm shower and so many activities to entertain the kids. ! It was so nice to see these city kids explore the outdoors in a safe environment. This was among the best Airbnb experiences we've had and recommend The Cozy AF Cabin for a nice quiet getaway.

Great simple and small stay! Peaceful, quiet and was perfect for the 3 of us. Had the things we just needed too and just far away from the city but not too far to gat to places.

Appropriately priced, quiet location, cozy feeling and nice amenities nearby. The RV park is dog friendly, and the neighbors were kind. We really enjoyed the little patio area, and the trail along the river. We absolutely will be back again!

Scott’s place was perfect! It’s very secluded and private with lots of amenities. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is the place to try out for an amazing experience or to have on your weekly getaways! Located so close to great eats and drinks. The soul of the surrounding area is so rich and you can tell this by every tavern, restaurant and experience you have with the locals. This place will not disappoint!

Such a great getaway in the Hill Country! Close to state parks and restaurants in both Johnson City and Marble Falls. We loved the property and making friends with the animals on site! Would absolutely recommend. Thanks Dana and Sean!

We loved our stay at the Blue Beetle! It was clean, cute, and just what we were looking for. The space’s layout is thoughtful and cozy. Lacey was a great host. We especially loved how peaceful it was.

Shannon really went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we felt welcome. The yurt was SO beautiful and peaceful. You could see every star in the sky and the view was just breathtaking. This was the best birthday I’ve ever had 🥂to 42. My husband and I had a truly memorable experience.

Great stay that feels private and secluded despite being only about 10 minutes to the town. Great place to recharge and disconnect.

My daughter and I used Nate’s place as a central hub for the state parks we wanted to visit in the area, and it was perfect! We felt safe and enjoyed the outdoor setup as well in the evenings. The place really does feel bigger than the pictures portray, and it was very clean, tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The place was very nice, we really enjoyed our stayed. The location was about 7 minutes from Main Street which was a plus. The only “problems” we had was the toilet, it was okay but just not our cup of tea, however it wasn’t a surprise, but just wasn’t our cup of tea. secondly, for some reason on the second day, the gate wasn’t opening to let us out so we had to get out the car and open the gate from the entrance which wasn’t the greatest but overall really nice stay

Gorgeous tiny home and surroundings with lots of fun surprises. The trail to the mini cows was well marked and easy to follow. We loved the view from the deck and inside through the big windows. The hosts were very attentive and responsive as well. Loved being out in the wild and. It was also close to town which made it easy for a trip to get supplies or go out for dinner. Highly recommend!!

Me and my daughter had an amazing time. And felt super safe here. It was beautiful, safe, and cozy. The hosts and so sweet and available whenever you need them. It was definitely one of our top memories for me and my girl. I would definitely recommend to stay here.
