This was a great base for a few days in Norfolk. Holt is lovely and has everything you need! The accommodation was well-appointed. There is a bistro downstairs and there are cooking smells but these aren’t unpleasant.

Absolutely beautiful air bnb with everything you could possibly need. Host is so friendly, was really pleased with how clean and homely the property is.

It was just perfect. A great quiet location close to the harbour in Blakeney, well equipped, squeaky clean and private. Alban kindly arranged access to his EV charger, which was much appreciated.

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. We had a lovely stay at Kiln Cottage. It was really well stocked with everything you need for a trip away and a special mention for the fantastic room set up for our children who had their very own gowns, teddies, toys and duvets left out waiting for them. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We’ve just enjoyed 5 fabulous days at The Bothy, where Julie and Graham were consummate hosts. Thoughtful little touches, like providing a welcome pack and breakfast ingredients were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed the homemade cake and jams! The Bothy is light, clean and airy, and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the sofas in the living room. (Throws were also provided so you can snuggle up with your dog!) Loved that guest access was provided for using streaming services on the TV. This is such a lovely place to stay: well placed for visits to The Broads, Norwich and the beautiful Norfolk coast, with many local country pubs if you fancy eating out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bothy for a trip to Norfolk, and we will definitely return. Thank you so much, Julie and Graham!

Accommodation pristine and well equipped. Location perfect. Less than 5 min walk to The Globe and Crown Hotel. Both excellent for food/drinks and short walk to seafront. Hosts quick to respond and very helpful in returning an item to us that we’d left behind. Thank you! All in all a fantastic New Year’s stay.

We had a big family gathering with 4 generations attending. Everyone had a great time and we really enjoyed the space. Garden was great for the kids and we loved the boat. Highly recommended

Located in a quiet location and within walking distance to the sea, it was a great place to stay. Well furnished, beautifully decorated and had all the facilities you need.

Had two nights in accommodation with three friend so pleased to find a property with four double beds. Very comfortable house and we loved sitting out on patio in the sun when we arrived. Also used local coffee shop Grounded and Unthank Arms for a meal both very good. Easy to walk into city and parking at address all good.

Fabulous communication from start to finish and an excellent recommendation for a family Sunday lunch. On arrival we were welcomed by the most amazing Carrot cake baked for my Fathers birthday, it tasted as good as it looked. The house was beautifully appointed and toasty warm throughout, a lovely property in a very convenient location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks so much for your hospitality it was first class, appreciated by the 9 year old, right through to the 77 year old and all of us inbetween!

We had a great week at this lovely property, even managed to sit out on the beautiful balcony and have a coffee in October! the house is in a lovely quiet position and just a five minute walk to the beautiful dog friendly beach, we had fish and chips from the village chip shop, which were very good and ate at the Fishermans Return pub which served great food too, we would recommend this property and love to come back thank you, Yellop family

thankyou for such a glorious stay! the place is nestled in a quiet tranquil spot next to a running river and sauna of which was refreshing to dip into.. the bed was super comfy and all the necessary facilities in kitchen and bathroom were plentiful with an addition of some goodies on arrival :) im very sure we will be back !! Beautiful, AND a lovely quaint pub at the top of the drive with delicious, local food menue, a true bonus..

Brancaster stays is a great base to explore the Norfolk Coast and surrounding villages. Just a few mins from beautiful Brancaster Beach as well the lovely Burnham Market with lots of great shops and restaurants. The accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay and was clean and cosy. Jude and Thomas were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

We loved our time at this little hideaway for the few days we were there. Our 3 dogs also enjoyed the beautiful peaceful surroundings and exploring the woods. The accommodation had everything we needed including a comfy bed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and should we be in the area again we'd certainly book it again.
