I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

This house was a 10/10. They are clearly pros at hosting. Everything was labeled. They had Tupperware with lids organized! They had enough dishes but not an overwhelming amount. They had kid plates, flatware, high chair and a pack n play! Everything I needed for my two year old. The hot tub was perfect in a quiet backyard. The Bluetooth speakers really set it off. They had really cute design touches throughout. The basement was an added bonus !! Would watch movies and hang out down there a lot! I loved the swing in the kids room. I loved that the headboards had outlets. Every detail was thought of. Thank you.

Had a spectacular stay at Erin’s home, exactly as described and more! Clean and comfortable, bigger than the pictures show, very spacious!! Great commutation with Erin, my new place to say while I’m in town.

If you need a house to shield you from Michigan’s winter while you and 10 friends slowly lose your sanity, this is the place! It’s not fancy, but it kept us warm, safe, and mostly civil for a week. The bathrooms? A daily battle of strategy and patience. With 10 people, shower schedules were tighter than a NASA launch, and nothing builds character like doing the “I-have-to-pee” dance while someone takes a 30-minute shower. The kitchen? Big enough to cook for a small army. The living room? Perfect for games, debates, and questioning why we work somewhere with subzero temps. And the basement? Originally a downside, it became the perfect exile for our most outspoken friend—the one who insisted we weren’t making the fire correctly. They got a taste of true winter survival down there. All in all, the house did its job. Would hide from the elements (and annoying friends) here again!

Very generous and gracious hosts, space was exactly as pictures shown! Cozy space, has all the amenities you need as well as a year round hot tub. Great touches throughout the space, would recommend to anyone considering booking, as well as looking forward to returning in the future!

We were in town for work and we greatly appreciate the accommodations and the comfort of feeling at home. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

Cathy was very helpful and nice even with me messing up the reservation and she was quick to help fix the problem and get us settled in would recommend and will be staying again next time hopefully without me messing up the reservation. Home and back yard was lovely with friendly neighbors!

The decorations were memorable in each room. The proximity to mt Brighton is unparalleled. Very communicative.

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

Simply put, this place is wonderful. We were able to have our meetings during the day, and then had ample beds for as many as wanted to stay overnight. Annette is simply one of the best hosts I have ever had at any rental, and I've done many, many of them! Rent with confidence and enjoy this incredible property!!
