This place was awesome, it met all of our expectations and we felt like we were at our own home. No complaints at all!

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

Our home away from home. Relaxing, comfortable home in exactly the location we needed to attend a wedding. We enjoyed the keyless entry and the large master closet. Michele, our contact, was lovely. She was proactive, informative, personable, and responsive.

This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

Our check in was easy and the house was comfortable. Not too many little decorations to keep the kids away from. The house was fully furnished and there were even extras that make this an easy stay and to not worry about bringing extras! It was conveniently located in an area near our family making it a great stay for what we needed!

The house was clean, private, and peaceful. Nice/friendly neighbors. Good neighborhood to take walks in. Close to downtown. The host was in constant contact, thankfully we did not have any issues but I feel confident that if we did, the host would have been available right away.

After attending the Masters we were looking for a place to retreat from the crowds, play golf, and relax while watching the end of the Masters on TV. We loved 1 Sorgum Lane as it had all of this and more!

We had a such a great stay! It was the perfect place for mine and my husband’s visit to Bluffton. It was a great location, a few minutes from everything. We felt right at home with all the special touches. We appreciated the voucher for Alljoy donuts, they were delicious! Everything was pristinely cleaned. Kristie was very responsive and the Airbnb was very easy to access. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and hope to visit again!

The property was just like the pictures and descriptions. It was close to retail and restaurants. Calynn was very pleasant and shared information about the area and amenities. We would stay here again.

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We had an amazing stay here! This guest house was super cute and very clean. We stayed for the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Our drive was a quick 20 mins! Soooo many cute shops and local restaurants were within walking distance. Hoping to stay again next year!

Jackie and Duncan really deserve to be called super hosts. They were very welcoming, kind and attentive to our needs as senior citizens. They also seem to provide their guests with the privacy one may want while on vacation. My husband and I can say they made us feel very comfortable and they seemed to be pleased to be our hosts, The description and the pictures of the property are very accurate. The garden in front of the units is very well kept and makes it inviting. While there, my husband and I walked everyday to downtown through charming older neighborhoods. Bikes are also available upon request and we made use of them twice during our stay. By the way, we slept very well. The place suited our needs very well and is well equipped. We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head at Seascape. Our hosts Jane and her sister Kathy were helpful and communicative from start to finish. The place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo is surrounded by trees, ponds, and pretty wooden bridges. Wildlife abounds. Seascape lends itself to a peaceful place to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the town! Since the beach is so close, we enjoyed morning walks there. There are restaurants a short walking distance away. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-situated, quiet condo in Hilton Head with all the necessary amenities...a few minutes walk from the beach and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous different golf courses. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Clear instructions on entrance to the apartment complex and the apartment. We used the grill for dinner one night - worked great. Lots of things available to do right there but we did day trips to the lighthouse, the Pinckney wildlife preserve, CAT water adventure and Mitchell beach. Everyone had hot water for showers. This was a great home base for us.

Great location, great condo, great host, great stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

Chrys and David's place is the perfect location! We rented bikes and road to almost anywhere we wanted to go! Most places were very walkable, we just enjoy the great bike accessibility of Hilton Head! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Being on the third floor allows for less noise.. make sure you don't mind climbing stairs ;) we enjoyed the exercise though. The beds are super comfy, everything worked well. They had so many amenities, and tons of beach stuff!. Thank you again for a great stay!!
