We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect – peaceful and walkable to everything from the historic spots in Old Town St. Augustine to great restaurants, local parks, and beautiful waterways. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The host was also fantastic – very helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we spent evenings enjoying the fresh air and starry nights by the pool. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in St. Augustine and would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and convenient base to explore St Augustine!

Terry's place was everything our family needed for time together. We were able to cook meals (the fresh eggs from the hen house were an extra bonus), hang out by the pool, play board games in the pool house, and we had a fire in the firepit (the wood was stacked and ready for us to just light the match). We will be back next year. Thank you for making this a very special vacation.

This place is beautiful 😍 thirty minutes to saint Augustine. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Large kitchen, lots of parking, plenty of beds. Fast wifi and area is super spacious.

I met up with my friends from all over the country at Lili's beautiful home. We were immediately welcomed with a sign with my name on it as we entered the door. We had gone out to the pool when we first arrived, and Lili sited us there, so she came in to introduce herself. She gave us so many great recommendations about St. Augustine. Easy walking distance to the downtown area sites. We hope to return and will definitely rent from Lili again. The beds were comfortable, lots of clean towels, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom made our stay very easy. Thanks again Lili!

This place is beautiful. It is perfect for large group getaways. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get into but it was clean and the chairs place by the pool are a perfect place to layout and relax. The host is great at communicating and is very responsive. Most importantly, check-out is easy with minimal requirements. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location is ideal! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers are just minutes away.

"Almost Heaven" encompasses exactly what it was, heavenly! Remarkably responsive and proactive, Seth made our short weekend stay worth our wild. The entire process was seamless. You can't appreciate the photos until you arrive. Every turn uncovered a unique and special corner of the home, inside and out! Every thoughtfully placed item will make you smile. Seth, you and your wife are working within your gifting and it shows! Truly a special and carefree experience.

Matt was a very communicative host. Gave clear instructions for the home. When we had a slight issue; he was quick with an immediate fix and offered to send out his handyman if not resolved. Overall great value and pleasant stay.

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Allen was a warm, welcoming host. He even loaned us a fishing rod so our grandson could go fishing at Bings Landing, which is nearby. The condo was spacious and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for gang. The amenities at the condo were wonderful. The lovely cinnamon-like sand beach is a short walk from the condo. There are two pools you can enjoy. One is kid/family friendly. The other pool is large and perfect for lap swimming. Both pools are heated! The resturant/bar by the pool is open seasonally from 11 to 4, but closed on Mondays. The Mahi sandwhich and the Redfish sandwhich were delicious! Our kids enjoyed the kids room and played Foosball and air hockey. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for our family. We highly recommend Marty‘s place. It had an ocean view, and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Overall, the building was quiet in the pool and pool area were very clean. The only negatives were not enough towels and beach towels we’re not provided or made available at the pool. A trip to Walmart remedied the situation.

Butch's beach and ocean facing condo was a great way to soak in the sun on the St. Augustine coast for a few days! The condo had everything a small family would need for a visit, including a Graco pack&play that was perfect for our daughter. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The condo is a short walk over the sand dunes to a very relaxing beach, and we enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves in our room to our morning coffee and evening drink. Overall the location was great, the unit is in a well maintained complex guarded 24x7 and just south of the main activities in St. Augustine Beach, but still a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and the attractions in historic St. Augustine. Communication with Butch was fantastic, and he provided all the details needed to make the check in process seamless. Great unit and great host, hope to be back again!

The beach is magnificent and a quick walk away. Comfortable living room great for conversation. Had a slight lock out situation which was handled with a quick phone call. This is a very nice condo. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Truly appreciate how easy to reach and responsive Courtney was when I locked myself out. Oooops. Definitely stay here.

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

Great place and location was really nice the only bad thing is that it was a little bit further from the beach then we liked but over all it was a nice clean place and very easy to find

The Flirty Flamingo is a great location and the condo was just as advertised. The beds were super comfortable and all the necessities for pool or beach time were provided. Cindy was an amazing host - very responsive! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!
