We had a great stay at Sean's place! The condo was comfortable and worked out perfectly for a family of 3. Well equipped kitchen, great internet, all necessities within the condo unit. Very nice community with nice amenities and a great pool & gym, lots of walking and scenery. Close to groceries (Costco, Publix, Buc-ees) and very nice local restaurants (esp. St. Mary's) within 15 ~ 20 mins. Proximity to downtown St. Augustine and Jacksonville was very convenient; and close to the highway when heading south to check out NASA / Orlando etc ... The location worked out great whether we were going out exploring sites and beaches, or just staying local at the gym, pool, and community, Definitely will be contacting Sean next year!

We spent 2 months in the #211, February and March. The unit is exactly as pictured. Everything you need is there, including a washer and dryer. The view is lovely....you can see and hear the ocean. The building is older....but very neat and clean. Parking is below ground in a numbered space. The staff are nice and helpful. The pool is sparkling clean...but not heated. TV is streaming only. If you want to watch network TV, you'll need to buy a service...the wifi signal is super. There is a brand new walkover to the beach...completed on 3/30/25. Great space for 2 people. Flagler Beach is a great place with lots of great restaurants. Melanie is very responsive....

We booked with Elizabeth shortly before our trip. She was very responsive and very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay, the condo at World Golf Village is beautiful, easy to get to surrounded by everything you could need and very peaceful - we loved the area and plan to stay here again on our next visit.

Connor was a great host. Instructions were very clear and his responses were very fast. The condo was clean and has everything we needed. Loves being right on the beach for convenience. Overall wonderful stay.

Tony and Carmela's condo has everything our vacation by the sea required...beautiful ocean views and awesome sunrises, clean, comfortable living space fully equipped with all things needed to restore and feel rejuvenated. The kitchen was fully supplied, living room was cozy, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Although, the in-ground pool on site wasn't heated, it was very clean and enjoyable to hang around. We brought our own umbrella and attached it to the lounge chair. But the condo has umbrellas and beach toys for your use. The beach access is right across the street and easily accessible. They were building the sea wall while we were there but have passed the condo area and fun to watch. The condo is easy access to so many great restaurants and activities. there is a basket/book full of ideas. Tony always responded right away and always had great recommendations. We would definitely return to this lovely condo by the Sea!

Erin is super quick to answer if we had any questions, the condo was beautiful and comfortable. The location was great! The view is stunning. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. We can’t say enough good things about or 10 day stay!! We will be back!

A beautiful, well maintained condo with all the amenities you would need for a beach getaway. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck looking at the Atlantic Ocean. So close to many great restaurants and the Winn Dixie grocery store was just a few minute away. Would definitely like to stay at Isabel’s condo again.

Absolutely loved this condo! Waking up to a conformable home with everything needed, opening the sliding glass door to the serenity of the water fountain every morning was so peaceful and harmonious. The hottub was awesome, friendly people, and beautiful surroundings. The host is very quick to respond, personable, and very helpful. Will be back again!! Definitely added this to my return to list!!

Great place to stay ! Peter was an Amazing host . He checks in on you to make sure everything is going good with the stay. The condo has an awesome view, it is very equipped and comfortable. we will recommend to our family and friends . can't wait to go back.

The condo was great and had everything we needed and more. It was clean. Ground floor was great for kids to run and play and easy access to pool and beach.

My family and I had an amazing stay here. The beach access is great, with a walkthrough just for the residents/guests of the community. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here!

Comfortable House, 5 minutes drive to Saint Augustine Downtown, very clean , big kitchen, we enjoy our stay there, very spacious love our stay in this house.

The accommodation is exactly as depicted. The host is extremely responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and gives easy access to the highway. Our group was a total of 6 and everyone enjoyed their stay. We had 3 vehicles and a 32ft trailer, this space was able to accommodate it all! It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom.

Had an amazing stay in St. Augustine! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed. The best part was the location—just a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos and all the charming spots downtown. Perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Decent River view from porch, was not expecting that. Home and exterior very nice. Road a bit busy since home is adjacent to Cap’s restaurant, which we highly recommend but go early as there is a wait to watch sunset. Walk to beach was a little longer than expected but not too bad. Nice beach. Would book again.

We had a lovely stay with our 9 month old baby. Dima was a fantastic host and was super helpful. She reached out before our trip and gave us useful instructions ton find the property. Upon arrival she gave us a private tour of the property with so much passion. The place was spacious with everything you need for our stay. We enjoyed the peacefulness after a long visit at Saint Augustine. Thank you for having us !

House was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Good location being close to downtown. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have laundry detergent and soap supplied (we used it). We have two kids so only having one full bathroom was a challenge, but we were able to navigate that with no problem. We would stay here again.
