Amber is a wonderful host!!! She is very responsive and communication was easy. Due to my inexperience with ABB I made a mistake in the booking of the cottage and Amber was very helpful and went above and beyond in resolving the issue. The cottage is cute , the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The backyard is amazing...large and peaceful with a deck and firepit. There was a nice notebook of great local places to eat and drink. If I ever need to book a small cottage in middletown i would definitely book this again!!!

Beautiful country home close to Millet! Had a volleyball Mom’s weekend, and having 5 bedrooms was wonderful so the senior mom’s could spend the weekend together. The beds were very comfortable, and all slept well. Super charming home :)

We came in for a swim meet at Miami. The house was perfect. Close enough to the college and yet not the craziness of the campus life. We were able to come to the house in between sessions and cook the swimmers meals and even grilled out one day. The house was lovely and very welcoming. It was perfect for the long weekend.

Great spot to stay when visiting Oxford/Miami University. Host was great communicator. Pet friendly with fenced in backyard came in handy. Will definitely book here again in the future if they will have us again.

Adorable home with many updates and comfortable vibe. Easy to find, check in and out, and super quiet neighborhood. The beds were all super comfortable and the home had everything you would need when traveling like built-in shampoo/conditioner in the shower to extra pillows, dishes and Keurig! Would for sure stay agin for the event we attend at Miami University, it was an easy 15-minute drive with beautiful views and tons of great places to dine out!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Linda’s beautiful home. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay in this home was fabulous. Everything was just as mentioned in the listing or better. The dwelling was so very clean, and we loved having 2 full bathrooms with tubs. Our pup loved the fully fenced in backyard and loved taking walks in the park nearby. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Michelle and manager Cole are incredibly friendly, professional and responsive. Cole checked in with us the next day to make sure all was as expected and truly cares about the quality of our stay. We were SO very comfortable there. We'll definitely book this one again!

Nicole was extremely responsive. She was flexible and understanding. The detailed instructions and options for house guests were fantastic. The home was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with many windows that brighten up the space. I would have stayed longer. Something to note if you or a family member are renting, the toilet space is small/smaller and lower to the ground. Like a toilet "nook". Most importantly, I felt at home. Extremely grateful for the home and memories!

This place was beautiful and matched the photos exactly with very easy check in and a great host who communicated very well , neighborhood was quiet & it felt right at home for our 1 night stay . The place had snacks if you’d like one . Had a listed board in the kitchen with some suggested things to do. I also LOVED how decorated it was and placed along with a few notes that gave you the option for a pay it forward bottle of wine you drink and replace. Such a great & cute idea. Would absolutely recommend this place to EVERYONE !

This Airbnb is great. It is comfy, well decorated, and clean! The location is perfect as it is located 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, 15 minutes from CVG, and minutes from amazing restaurants and bars. Connor was an amazing host who went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This was the perfect spot, quiet and yet walking distance from everything you need, restaurants, Eden Park, convenience store, theater, and the art museum. I could get to my job downtown 20 minutes on foot and 7 minutes by car. Tiny apartment but great if you're the sort of person who spends all your time out on the town. I'll come back next time I'm in town for work.

This was our second stay in this space. Perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Super close to restaurants and walkable to Cincinnati. Hosts respond quickly, are friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out instructions. We’ll definitely book again!

This place was a gem! Private electronic entry, detailed instructions, impeccably clean, spacious, and many tiny details and extras (coffee, toiletries, snacks and cold drinks, charging cords!). Everything you’d need or forgot to bring. Owners are very communicative and friendly but allowed for our privacy - we came and went as we pleased and didn’t see them in person. Location is on an expansive yard but the distant hum of the highway can be heard (but it didn’t keep us awake). Bed was comfortable and temperature was perfect. Owner accommodated a special request for us easily. Close to Cinci and Dayton as well. This was one of our most comfortable AirBnB stays. Would highly recommend and we will stay there again when we’re in the area.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for us and our granddaughter. We also appreciate the communication and help when we needed it. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Loved our stay on Loudon Street in Mt. Adams. Perfectly located, right next to Eden Park, the bars and restaurants of Mt. Adams and the little convenience store where they have the essentials (and good ice cream!). Walkable to downtown Cincinnati, too, which we took advantage of throughout our stay. Dan was super helpful along the way, very quick to respond. We hope to return in the future!!!

Very charming spot! Loved all the decor, lots of peaceful lighting and seating. Great walkable neighborhood. Michele was a great host and thought of everything!

Very cute little house. Well appointed. The cozy furniture, blankets and large dining table provided us all we needed for a girl's weekend of movie watching, book reading and crafting. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are great. Will keep it in mind if I should ever return to that area.

Absolutely fell in love with this little cabin in the woods! So cozy, immaculately clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Check in was so easy. Snacks, coffee and bathrobes were a lovely extra touch. Everything was thought of- extra toiletries “in case you forgot”, a fan, extra pillows. We saw lots of deer and other wildlife- it was so perfect and peaceful. Definitely recommend!

Loved this! In my 10 years of utilizing Air BNB this is the best place I have stayed for ratio of cost. Host was so sweet and helpful, communicated easily with me through app and had the most relaxing time! You won’t be disappointed in this trip!!

This was our second time staying at this property. We really like that it is close to Miami University (about 15 minutes) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The property is private and quiet. Brittany was very communicative and a great host. We would definitely stay again.
