This was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for an easy stay. The host was great with communication and made our stay super relaxing.

Amy is so sweet. I even invited her to come by her home for pancakes! The house is beautiful. The beds are nice and the basement is to die for. Two arcade games, a PS4, air hockey and serious workout equipment. The master bedroom with jets is grand. The pool was out of season so we didn't use it, but the back yard has a basketball court and massive outdoor fireplace. It is hard to find anything missing. One improvement could be a place to hang your wet towels in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Perhaps laundry detergent...Amy's guide list what she has...but I wanted to wash my towels so I bought some tide pods and left them for Amy's next guest. I love Cincy and will try to stay at Amy's place when I return...perhaps in the summer to try the pool. Pancakes next time Amy!

I give this place a 5 star review even though we had a little stove issue because Tony was very responsive and kind and the house is over a hundred years old and has great character. We loved the house and the amenities were great. We had an awesome experience in spite of continual rain.

The property is a lovely early-60s era house with some nice upgrades but much of the original fit & finish that retains the home's authentic charm. The place is clean and well-maintained. The furnishings are not fancy, but sturdy and everything works. Climate control and wifi were excellent. I entertained during my stay and found the house to be equipped with everything we needed. Not all areas in Oxford are great (overrun with student housing) but this neighborhood feels stable and the homes well-kept. You can walk to just about anything you would need. One minor drawback is that the house sits on a corner and although well back from the street, one of the bedrooms does get some traffic noise. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. I had one tiny issue and it was resolved immediately. My work results in an odd schedule for me and they were happy to be flexible. I would recommend this unit for wedding parties, families, or long-term stays.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was beautifully renovated and extremely clean. The large sectional sofa made visiting easy. Since the weather was cold during our stay, we appreciated the ability to use the garage. Regina was immediately responsive when we had questions. We would rent this home again.

Tiyanna was great. Helpful instructions for arrival and departure. Simple departure instructions didn’t have to do much. House was great and super spacious. Lots of sleeping spots. Pool would be great in the summer but the deck was nice for spring weather as well. Nice neighborhood short drive from downtown Hamilton.

Great house. Old farmhouse charm but updates that made it feel cozy. Lots of room. Such a beautiful porch! Tasteful decor. Lots of parking. Will certainly be booking for next stay.

Jill's place was a lovely experience from start to finish. The house was easily accessible and clean on arrival, with plenty of space and a charming atmosphere. Jill was also very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in or around the Oxford area.

Had a great stay here! Wasn’t too loud even though it’s in the middle of the entertainment district, everything was in walking distance. We had to charge the Roku TV remote, but that was no biggie since we were out most the time. Definitely would stay at one of Margaret Mary’s places again!

Very cute, comfortable, convenient basement apartment - that doesn't feel like a basement at all! Great location. We didn't eat out but there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away.

This is a tastefully-furnished and spacious apartment in the Clifton, a historic residential neighborhood near the University of Cincinnati, centrally located, about a 15-drive from downtown Cincinnati. The first-floor apartment was immaculate; the Craftsman-style furnishing and decor had character. There's a nice-sized dining room with a large table. The kitchen is updated and modern. Spacious bedroom, with a huge comfortable bed. On-street parking was readily available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I will put in a plug for a gourmet bakery, Two Seven Two Bakery, that is about a 10-minute walk away, near Clifton and Ludlow Avenues, where there are also some other coffee and dining options. Overall, this was a definite step up, comfortable, polished and with historic character -- nothing generic.

We were passing through on a road trip and would highly recommend this place. Host communicated well, there were very clear instructions for check in and check out, the place was clean and well equipped. It felt right at home!

Each time we reached out to our host she was super responsive. This is a location above a bar that was busy on the weekends. We did not mind the noise as we were watching TV and the bar closed by 11:00 pm. The neighborhood is packed with old early 20th century buildings that have been rehabbed. It is an old German area called Mainstrasse. You can eat Greek, Italian…even Hawaiian food. Very friendly area. Not really a quiet cabin in the woods. We enjoyed the experience.

The place was so cute! Look just like the pictures. Patty was super responsive. Gave great suggestions on things to do places to eat. Was in a great location. I have nothing bad to say about this place and would definitely stay here again and hope to in the warmer months.
