The house was modest looking on the outside in a family looking neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. The interior was tastefully upgraded with updated accents in bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen was filled with unexpected but much appreciated cooking spices. We were delighted with the coffee and tea bar.

Beautiful country home close to Millet! Had a volleyball Mom’s weekend, and having 5 bedrooms was wonderful so the senior mom’s could spend the weekend together. The beds were very comfortable, and all slept well. Super charming home :)

House was small but worked for our group and everything was as described on listing. Check in/out was simple. Only negative thing we ran into was the trash bin outside being completely full upon our arrival (a late thursday night) . It is stated in the directions of the house that trash must be put out to the road on thursday nights or friday mornings, but by that time we had accumulated next to no trash and hasn’t even thought to go outside and check if the can was already full. We messaged the host upon checkout and were told to just put our two bags into the bin anyways but at that point the lid would not close. Not much that can be done at that point and in no way is it a deal breaker but just something for future guests to keep an eye out for. We would’ve gladly put them out on the road if told ahead of time that it would be full. Beds are comfy, some snacks are provided throughout the house and there are good recommendations of local restaurants, places, etc.

We loved our stay. It was in a great, safe location and very close to Miami University. The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was an overall great place to stay. There is a nice and peaceful sun room, great yard, and great open kitchen/living room for just hanging out. Brian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. This is one well save for next time.

Great spot to stay when visiting Oxford/Miami University. Host was great communicator. Pet friendly with fenced in backyard came in handy. Will definitely book here again in the future if they will have us again.

We had many events to participate in, so we were happy to have a place to stay that was close to campus and super clean and comfortable. And we could bring our dog! Super pleased.

This was a great stay from start to finish. Jaime was very responsive to any questions asked. The place was very clean and had the amenities we needed for our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I am pleased with our stay. Great place, Great price, Amazing host!

More than spacious for our delayed family gathering. Having close proximity to restaurants, activities, and more important local family members was an added benefit. Sadly the weather was not conducive to using the BBQ. Maybe next time. Vickie provided a long list of "how to's." "where-to-finds," and "what to do's" making our stay all the more enjoyable. Oh, and a stack of coupons for local places was an added pleasure. Vickie is a delight to communicate with and extremely responsive. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

My stay here was wonderful! This home is spotless, and decorated very nicely. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The space was equipped with everything we could need during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the home! We were there visiting our daughter, and we were out and about most of the time, so it was plenty of space for the 3 of us. It was super charming and we would definitely stay again!

Lovely place. Kitchen fabulous! and made home cooked meals. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and slept well after a long flight. Felt at home and would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return to Hamilton. Thank you Michael and Patricia!

Everything you need is right there from the appliances, to soaps, all the way down to a few interesting toys. The coffee shop downstairs is an extra touch if you like trying to new things! We'll likely try to visit again soon.

I ended up getting sick and so I thought I might have to stay a second day and the owner was quite willing to accommodate email though I was able to get up in the morning and drive home. It was a lovely place very convenient to Miami University.

The apartment was very clean, modern and felt spacious. It is exactly as pictured. You can walk to restaurants and boutiques in the area. Just a note - that there is a long flight of stairs and no elevator if there are mobility issues. We would definitely stay there again.

Incredible space, safe, clean, excellent care went into the environment and the guest experience. Full marks, well recommended.

Christina's and Tina's place is super cute, well decorated. It even has the cutest electric fireplace...that throws off some serious heat. We were there in mid March and had 1 day of chilly air and rain so having the fireplace on was perfect. The only drawback was the apt. is located in an apt. complex and is an upstairs unit so you have to walk past many other units that are clearly occupied by full time tenants. Other than that, the location is perfect if you're wanting to stay near Miami's campus. Christina and Tina were wonderful hosts!

We had a great stay in Cincy! Great space in a great location. Walkable to many bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Loved my stay here—such a great spot! The location is super walkable and close to all the OTR hotspots, but still tucked away on a quiet residential street for a peaceful vibe. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions along with some awesome local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Chet responded to my messages in 5 to 10 minutes every time, he was very helpful. He even allowed me to call him and ask him questions about something other than the Airbnb, I really appreciated his local knowledge. His place is centrally located within easy walking or driving distance to just about everything in the area . Parking was never an issue Highly recommend his place. Dayton has a nice small town feel to it. People are very friendly.

We only stayed for one night while passing through but it was such a great place I wish we could have stayed longer! Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my wedding ring inside and had to come back and the lock had reset. With one quick phone call the lock was opened and I was able to grab the ring with no issues. The place was spacious and clean. The beds were also extremely comfy which is such a plus!

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Chris and Amy's place is wonderful. I would recommend and stay there again in the future. Chris and Amy are great hosts, timely appropriate communication, answered any questions and had great suggestions for restaurants. The home was as described, clean and in a great neighborhood, stocked with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, even a washer and dryer if needed. The Over the Rhine neighborhood is walkable and is close to restaurants, Findlay Market, bars, coffee shops, breweries, venues and parks and only a couple miles from downtown Cincinnati. Parking was convenient, only 5 minutes away in a nearby garage but we did not need a car since everything is so close by. I stayed there with my two sisters for the Cincinnati Bockfest celebration. We all were visiting my niece from out of town and having such a great accommodation at Chris and Amy's home made our stay in Cincinnati that much more enjoyable. Again, I highly recommend staying with Chris and Amy.
