I loved my two night stay in this Airbnb! I was able to have the whole place to myself for a fraction of what local hotels were charging. The space was private, comfortable, and quiet with everything I needed. While I am not a yogi, the yoga room was a great place to do my physical therapy exercises and the bed, bedding, and towels were luxurious. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was very cozy & clean and very peaceful! My sister even saw 2 eagles before we left. It was so comfy and homey. They pond was wonderful to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful property. It was quiet and just what we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to not use the plug in deodorizer and to have some info on restaurants, grocery that are nearby for those not familiar with the area that might not have cell phones. Very nice place and highly recommend this to others to enjoy! ❤️ We loved it!! It was decorated & furnished so beautifully! It was nice that snacks were available also! We also enjoyed the indoor fireplace. It was very quiet and peaceful & beautiful!! Very pleased with our stay and the ease of getting in!!

This Airbnb is a gem. Super close to Spooky Nook, and the action in uptown Hamilton. If you're looking for a no hassle clean homie environment this is the place for you. I will be back thank you

We stayed here for a swim meet at Miami University and the place was exactly what we needed. The host was really quick to respond to any of my questions. She even went above and beyond and brought me an early morning coffee from the coffee house before it opened because we had to leave for the meets really early in the mornings. Will stay here again for future swim meets at Miami U.

Perfect spot for spending time in Hamilton. Easy walking distance for anything on Main Street and areas across the river too. Quick and easy drive to Spooky Nook facilities. Jeff provided great information about Hamilton and was quick to respond. Extremely helpful post stay when we discovered we had left items.

Great location walkable distance to everything on campus!

This was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for an easy stay. The host was great with communication and made our stay super relaxing.

Amber is a wonderful host!!! She is very responsive and communication was easy. Due to my inexperience with ABB I made a mistake in the booking of the cottage and Amber was very helpful and went above and beyond in resolving the issue. The cottage is cute , the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The backyard is amazing...large and peaceful with a deck and firepit. There was a nice notebook of great local places to eat and drink. If I ever need to book a small cottage in middletown i would definitely book this again!!!

Great place to stay for mom’s weekend. Walkable to Uptown and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Cute extras—coffee, cotton balls and makeup towels.

We loved our stay. It was in a great, safe location and very close to Miami University. The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was an overall great place to stay. There is a nice and peaceful sun room, great yard, and great open kitchen/living room for just hanging out. Brian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. This is one well save for next time.

Everything went well and was as expected. This is an old construction home, newly renovated. We did not need to use the hide-a-bed. The description omitted there is room for 2 cars in driveway. (This was not a problem, but you might have three cars for three beds.) One concern is that this is an old house and has non-standard steps where some steps are higher than others. I stumbled in the dark, but I am spry. This was difficult for one of us with a bad knee. I think people should know about this, as it may mean the location is not a good fit for you.

This is a beautiful, older home. The house provides a first floor bedroom & bathroom with walk-in shower, perfect for my 81 year mother. The upstairs is set up with a 2nd sitting area between two beautiful bedrooms, complete with another TV, fully stocked game cabinet, and plenty of reading material.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and it was a great place, especially the location! No issues with getting in, or finding the location. It was in walkable distance to Heritage Bank Center so that was a big plus! The apartment was very clean as well. I loved how responsive the hosts were. The instructions to get in to the apartment were easy to understand. I definitely would stay here again!

The perfect place for a weekend getaway. ideal for one or two people it's a prime location for food and activities. finding parking was not a real issue... I used spot hero!

Great location! Well appointed, super clean, safe, lots of parking, and easy to get in and out of. The furniture is lovely and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to feel at home. Daniel is super responsive. It was a wonderful stay.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Enjoyed staying at Samantha’s place! Walking distance to several locations in otr. Short drive to madtree brewing and kenwood mall. The number on the outside of the gated alley you need to get in is 313. I got there late after it was already dark so had a slight delay locating the correct entrance but soon figured it out. There are parking meters located just outside the gate you need to enter. You can pay at the meter or use the passport parking app. Parking was free from 9pm until 9am. I used the app to pay for the time that I was parked there during the day. The lockbox is located inside the gate once you have buzzed through using the keypad. If you turn around once you are inside the gate and are looking at the back of the gate, the lockbox will be on your left.* The home was clean and stocked with appropriate amenities. The keurig came in handy. Love the tall ceilings and the overall aesthetic. Would definitely stay again in the future when planning a trip to OTR.

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!
