The description was accurate to what we encountered. I loved the personal touches, such as candles around the place. We had a family of 6, parents, in-laws, 2 teens. TVs in all rooms but only living room worked. The others were new and haven’t been set up yet. But that was alright since we loved congregating on the extremely comfortable, cushiony “new” sectional. Plenty of house supplies, but no coffee cups. We had all we needed to cook for 7 days. Close to stores and outlets. There must have been a smoker with last tenants because we could smell it in a bedroom, but it was gone with a couple of days. We needed the home in a hurry since prior BnB was not good at all. Had to immediately leave it. Found Ken’s place in search for a new one, sent an inquiry for same day, he rushed to get his place ready. Outstanding communication and customer service for arranging our stay within such a short notice!!!

We were only there for a few days unfortunately, the place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful house, beautiful view, everything you could possibly need! The kitchen was one of the most stocked I have ever seen! Never a question where something was or what it was because everything was labeled we loved that! Boots because part of the family this weekend! Thank you so much for having us ❤️

We had an amazing girls weekend! The property was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. We loved the beautiful lake view, cozy common areas, and large kitchen that made group meals a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. This place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! I’m already thinking of going back sometime with my family.

We were in town for the UN Miss Georgia pageant and, if we had time, we would have extende sour stay to spend more time in this home. We ordered in dinner because we loved the home so much. There we so many games to play, fire pits to sit by, fishing, and so much more!! Incredible hosts as well!

Great place with ideal location for seeing local state park. Town nearby also has some fun spots to go to. Nice house with two bedrooms, no issues

We enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 2 nights and didn’t really get to do much but the porch that overlooked the lake was very nice. The host was very responsive when we arrived and needed help with the internet. The house has a few years on it but…so do I. Everything was clean and comfy.

We have stayed a couple times and it has been wonderful! It’s a great spot if you like vampire diaries! Make sure to check out mystic grill !! Lee is a great host can’t thank enough!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Sara’s apartment to celebrate our anniversary and it was in perfect distance to all things Vampire Diaries. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Sara was very kind and responded quickly to all questions. We will definitely be staying there again:)

This was my first time booking an Airbnb and wow, Mrs. Jackie set the standard high! Communication was great from start to finish and beyond. Definitely felt like if we needed anything, which we did not, she was just a message away. My daughter and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much for making our birthday weekend nothing short of amazing.

The house was very cozy def in the woods but def cozy my parents enjoyed it and we went to have dinner and it was very spacious

Our stay was very pleasant! The home is nothing fancy, but perfectly enough for what we needed. We felt safe and at home. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet which we enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend!

This is a great choice for visiting Covington / Mystic Falls. It’s located very close to the square with the clocktower and is near the visitor’s center, the Lockwood Mansion, and Elena’s & Caroline’s house. However, if you’re visiting during colder months, I’d recommend setting up the bed with the extra blankets provided or bringing one as there is no central heating unit, but at least there are multiple space heaters available for use. Overall, the host gives clear, easy instructions on check-in & Wi-Fi, and this was a nice visit for me and my girlfriend.

Shawn is the sweetest host ever. Very responsive in emails. if you don't respond, he will call you to make sure you're enjoying your stay LOL I will be recommending "Shawn Place" to anyone who needs an Airbnb in that location THANKS SHAWN

I stayed from July of 23, until March of 24 due to long term work assignment . Never had any problems. The stay was peaceful, quiet and very!!!! comfortable. Jeff and Miss Gloria always had nice things to say during our passing greetings. As far as places I have stayed during my life long construction assignments, Jeff and Miss Gloria’s place was the best. Absolutely hands down the best. Jeff and Miss Gloria Thank You for Your absolute wonderful hospitality. I would recommend Your place to stay to all that have short term or long term stay needs/business in the ATL/Hampton GA area.

Scott's place was really nice. It had all we required as a temporary transitional home. Scott's responses for which we had hardly any was very fast and clear. Whom ever secures this property for a stay will not be disappointed. The property was very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and a few other amenities. It has a guarded community in a very peaceful area. Store and restaurants are within 5 min away driving distance.
