We loved our stay in Byron Bay! Exactly as the listing describes. The apartment is in a great location - so close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. There is some noise from the restaurants below but it did not bother us.

As a couple with 6 kids we found this a fantastic property to stay. Beach across the road, Treehouse restaurant a few doors away and an easy stroll along the beach to town.

De ruimte was netjes. Het voelde echt als thuiskomen en even goed opladen. Op 17 minuten lopen van Tallow Beach. De keuken was netjes, en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Ik heb een fijn verblijf gehad!

Carinya was the perfect place to stay. The views were magnificent!!! The modern accessible villa had everything we wanted and more. It was a short drive to Byron and Bangolow. The guests handbook included wonderful restaurants. We will be back.

We came for a restorative break before major surgery back in Europe. Jenny’s place and the environment surrounding it enabled that to happen. Walking to Suffolk park and or along the Tallow beachfront was a joy. We walked to Bryon Grocer along the beach and path (4ks) but caught an Uber back. So easy and so much fun in Byron. When it rained Jenny’s house had an outdoor space with table and chairs, bbq and comfy outdoor seating under a large roof. Perfect with our kindles. The kitchen worked well for us. The kitchen had a steam oven and it now looks likely that our house will need one. As they say in oz “bloody great mate”

The house was nestled up on a hill with beautiful views of the ocean and stars at night. The house was nice and spacious, especially the deck. However, it was not well maintained. We experienced a broken fan and a broken tool to open the windows that were too high to reach. Part of what makes this house really special is the beautiful big windows that look out onto a stunning view. However, there were no screens and it was quite warm in the house unless the windows were open. At night we felt the need to close the windows due to bugs, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us in the evenings.

We loved our stay at Asta’s place! Ideal location what with it being less than 10 minute walk into the centre of town. It felt like our own private sanctuary 🫶🏼. We would definitely come back!

Amazing home for our 2 families of 10! Fantastic home in an ideal location ~ close to great cafes, restaurants and great beaches. The home was absolutely perfect with lots of added extras including pantry items, cleaning products, coffee pods and beach towels. The kids had an amazing time using the bikes, paddle boards and canoes left for us to use. Our host Keisha was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to our questions. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you 😊

We were privileged to stay at Serenity which exceeded our expectations to celebrate our mother's 80th Birthday! We were 4 families thrown together for four days. There were ample areas to just sit and relax separately not feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen/dining area was the main gathering point with an abundance of space. The butler's pantry was a dream with a plethora of crockery and glass wear - everything you could ask for and more. The 2 dishwashers were a god send as was the BBQ! Everything supplied has been very well thought of. The bikes were an added special bonus with many a cycle to Caba, Kingscliff or beyond as well as the pool table which was a major hit. We loved the privacy in close proximity to the southern Gold Coast area and Kingscliff. It really started feeling like home. Do yourself a favour and book for your next large gathering - it will not disapoint! We will definitely be back next year for another family get together.

Great location with ready access to the beach, the creek, the shops, bowls club and the pub.

Natalie’s place is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

We absolutely loved the house and location of beachcomber blue. A couple of things I think worth the team taking note of are: - 6 people and only 3 rolls of toilet paper (one half used!) wasn't nearly enough! - No instructions left anywhere for the fireplace so we could not use it. - a little thing but dishwashing liquid and a scourer were non existent and are something guests should not have to buy. Especially when a good cleanup is needed at the end of stay! - number 1 bug bear was every pillow was AWFUL! lumpy old and very uncomfortable. On a positive note the house was absolutely stunning, clean and in a gorgeous quiet location. A small track leads to tallow beach and easy access to everything. Communication was excellent and when our key code was wrong they were super helpful. Would definitely stay here again if just bring my own pillow next time! Thankyou so much :)

The house is beautiful, modern and comfortable. It was such a pleasure to stay there. I wish we could have had more time to enjoy it.

Absolutely incredible location, walked out the door to the beach and great proximity to the shops. Lots of space. Great for families. For a ‘luxury’ property listing, the bathrooms are mostly original and unrenovated. Kitchen had new stove and dishwasher, original otherwise. It would benefit from a full cutlery set, kitchenware quite mismatched. Lovely flow through breeze, essential given we hadn’t realised there was no air conditioning, also blessing to have ceiling fans in bedrooms. Host was lovely and excellent communication for check in and check out.

Tess’s house was perfect for our family holiday. Lots of room for our adult children & space for our granddaughter to play. The pool and outdoor area was terrific & the location across the road from the beach was perfect. The kitchen, large dining table, living room and balconies were in constant use for family gatherings.

Place was lovely! A very nice handwritten personalized welcome letter and a little treat for our beautiful dog. Kitchen hand all the amenities place all the staples in the cupboard. Easy access to the beach ! Great little holiday for our dog.

From the moment I arrived I felt like I had entered an oasis of healing and self reflection with a transcendence of kind energy, as Paul made me a fresh cup of tea and told me about his path to help others transform their journey through various holistic practices. I did manage to try out the light and sound therapy experience, and would 100% recommend it for anyone interested in healing and science. The shower utilised a rain water tank, and the bedroom was surrounded by beautiful scenery, sounds of birds, and rustling trees. These of course added to the overall ability to relax and unwind. I ventured out to the mineral pool on a few occasions, which was surprisingly a comfortable temperature till late in the evening. Locally, there was an abundance of things to see and do, and Paul made sure I was informed. The various house guest all made me feel so welcome, one inviting me to her birthday and another preparing and sharing a curry, health tips and drinks. Thank you 🙏

Perfect stop over for a few nights, lovely studio , clean and comfy with all we needed plus a pool to cool down. 15 mins at most walk to town so quiet but convenient Very helpful and welcoming hosts Highly recommended
