Great property to stay at in NOLA . Located in the heart of NOLA making it easy to walk to destinations like the French Quarter

It was a great trip, the place was super well located, and everyone was super friendly and attentive! I stayed with my friend and we both felt completely safe and comfortable. Definitely worth coming back!!

What a fabulous place to stay and a fabulous host! If you're looking for a little luxury and a peaceful spot after all the craziness in the FQ, this is the perfect place for you. This condo is located on the top floor of the building with an abundance of windows and private decks giving you great views. Walking in we immediately felt comfy and SO happy I chose Brad's place. I had a few travel related questions for Brad and his responses were quick and helpful. We walked to & from the FQ a couple times and we always felt safe and it took us maybe 35 mins each way - great way to see the neighborhoods. Also took Uber a few times - easy. Several coffee shops, eateries and Mike's (neighborhood convenience market for snacks & booze) close by. We truly loved staying at Brad's and would refer/come back again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. Clear instructions on entering. Parking is on the street. Nice restaurants within walking distance. After booking thru Airbnb, there was another rental agreement to sign outside of Airbnb….. this took me by surprise. Nonetheless, I would recommend and I would stay again.

Joseph was an amazing host. His space is incredible. For anyone interested in a restful space in one of the most beautiful New Orleans neighborhoods with plenty of prime local spots near by, check it out.

Great location. Very spacious, everything we needed- we stayed with two littles who loved the beautiful pool and the game room in the building. The apartment was clean and had a huge shower. It was also very quiet. The windows offered a great view of the city. Close to restaurants and Rouses. It’s a very safe area and walkable from the French quarter. It does take about 20 minutes. We paid ~ $25 per night for parking in the area. They do offer valet for -$40/night. The communication was excellent and both Kristin and Kevin were so friendly and personable. We would absolutely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The home was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the space felt well-maintained and inviting. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free. The location was great—not too far from major attractions, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from the crowds. The building itself was also very clean, and I really enjoyed the pool and balcony for relaxing after a long day. Mike was very responsive to any concerns, making sure my stay was smooth. Overall, this place is a great value for the quality and offers a perfect mix of convenience and tranquility. I would definitely return and highly recommend it!

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

This neighborhood was amazing. I was a little worried about staying in New Orleans but I was so surprised at how amazing the neighborhood was. Very liberal artsy vibe. We had a fantastic time

We stayed here as a family spring break trip to NOLA. We wanted something close, but not too close to Bourbon Street as we had 2 senior citizens in our group who needed to avoid excessive walking. Unit is only 3 blocks from the south end of Borbon Street. The unit does not face Carondelet Street which is nice so you don't hear street noise. Unit is on 2nd floor and overlooks a quiet parking lot and the side street never seemed too noisy. Most of the bedrooms do not have a window which is slightly unusual however it kept out street noise and light, making it easier to sleep in. The one bedroom with a window is adjacent to an outdoor air conditioning unit which is a bit noisy however it does provide a consistent white noise drowning out street sounds. Brad is exceptionally responsive and great to commnunicate with. Kitchen is fairly well appointed. Bathrooms had nice linens and soap/shampoo. This unit has a very cool decor and vibe - we liked it. Highly recommend!

Cristopher’s place is the perfect spot to stay and worth every penny. I felt right at home in the cozy apartment and it perfectly matched the listing photos. There are lots of cute restaurants that are walkable in the bywater area and a short distance to the French quarter. I highly recommend staying here.

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

Great location walking distance to Bourbon St and felt safe

Wonderful 3 night stay! Instructions and recommendations were provided in advance, self check in was super easy, the place was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable, and we felt secure. About $15-$20 for an uber/lyft to the French Quarter area (about 3km away, 10-20 min drive, depending on traffic). Several restaurants, bars, etc in walking distance. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a beautiful property with several houses and a shared common area. The common area has a hottub that heats the pool - which is awesome. Lots of places to hang with family and friends outside. The accommodations were good. We stayed in the five bedroom that had a kitchen. There was a small area to sit, so our group of 8 couldn't sit together for a meal, but if the weather is nice just move it outside. Wilson was an amazing property manager! Very helpful and responsive. He had great recommendations for the area. The common area was secure and we all felt safe. The property is a short walk to Frenchman Street. We would love to stay here again - perhaps in one of the other houses.

Ben’s place was spacious, clean, comfortable, and decorated using texture/color/lighting in such an enjoyable way. I will come back again and I’ll recommend to friends!

Genevieve's place is spotless and so cozy and comfortable. She even made us some amazing pastries a couple of mornings. It was the perfect place to relax and make your itinerary for the day. An added plus was lots of hot water to take a nice relaxing bath or shower after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend her place and Genevieve is a joy to interact with. She had lots of great restaurant suggestions as well. Can't wait to stay at her place again!

Very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. The place was clean and tidy. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage, but there was a pool a workout room and safe locked parking. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs walking distance and the by water is a great neighborhood away from the crowds on bourbon street. But if you like bourbon street it is there for you. We would certainly stay there again.

This home is very charming and shockingly reasonably priced. I had forgotten that we paid for a whole two-bedroom house with a garage gym, and it was a nice surprise when we walked in to rediscover that. Kaitlyn was very proactive and responsive with check-in and checkout logistics and recommendations for our stay. Perhaps I wish that the house was a little closer to the French Quarter, where we spent most of our time, but then it would be justifiably 3x more expensive. Overall, we're very happy with our stay.

Nancy and her place were absolutely fantastic! As great as the house looks in the pictures, it's even more beautiful in person. Nancy was very nice and accommodating. The house is gorgeous and the neighborhood is really cool. There are lots of cool non-touristy bars and restaurants in short walking distance. And it's an easy, fun walk to get down to Frenchman St and the French Quarter. I really can't say enough about what a great experience we had!
