Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

My family really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the park and the neighborhood. They began begging for us to purchase a home there. Haha. This house a great family home and is easy to grow comfortable in. If you love your provide cook your own food. There is a grocery store with on walking distance of the house. The marquee mall was literally a 5 minute drive down the road. Overall, it was a great stay. My family and I will return.

Highly recommended place. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived late but the host gave us an extension FREE of charge. Ate Mary Jane is very friendly and helpful. The place is more than worth it. Complete amenities, all you have to do is enjoy your stay. Rooms and parking space can accomodate large group. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

fun pickleball weekend with friends! bedrooms were fairly comfortable but we spent most of the time outdoors (pickleball, pool, bonfire, veranda). host is very responsive and caretakers were accommodating. thank you TG Residences!

We loved the place , quite and clean.The host is very responsive,affordable accommodation.This is the 3rd time we stayed here and everything was great.the location is accessible to market ,transportation is not a problem and their is a mini mall closeby,you can just walk to these places.We will for sure be back soon.

our reliable go to place whenever we are in Tarlac

Maila and her staff were so wonderful and accomodating to us from our early check in to our late return that evening as we were coming from a wake. The place was beautiful, flowers everywhere, great size room, cold aircondition and fan, clean bathroom, full sized kitchen, fridge and dining table set with plates and utensils. It would be ideal for peole who would cook (separate outdoor common kitchen) and eat local items as it is near a public wet market and supermarket. Another plus is it’s pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
