For its price, we had a great time at Ugalde’s Coastal Cabins as almost all the usual Airbnb amenities are there. I want to highlight that they have complete kitchenware, dinnerware, and towels, which some Airbnbs unfortunately lack despite their higher prices! We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee and chocolates. Our group of friends were the only ones at the place, and we had a really peaceful stay. The parking area is also spacious. We will definitely go back because the place is peaceful, providing the rest you need after a tiring day at the beach, and it’s only a 5-minute walk from the shore. Kudos to Mommy Lydia, the owner, and Jennifer, the host — they were very responsive and replied immediately.

Value for money.

For budget travelers, this host is a cheap alternative to beach resorts. Overall, the house is great. It has both sunset and mountain views. We also enjoyed dipping at the beach nearby. Accessibility: The place is 6-7 hours away from Manila, and 15 mins away from Iba bus terminal (via tricycle). You won't get lost if you will ask the host in advance how to get there. Location: Public beach is just few steps away and it is not crowded. It is also easy to get around. Place and room: The price is worth for its price, having your own bathroom. I hope they could improve bathroom essentials especially the toilet (no flush) and bidet. Other than that, everything would suffice. Services: Ms. Jesusa is very responsive and helpful. We also would like to commend and thank Ate Aibee (the caretaker) for taking care of us during our entire stay. She provided all our requests with all smiles.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, which was a big plus for us—especially since my mom is very particular about cleanliness, and she was satisfied. We also brought our dog, and it was the perfect place for him to run around freely, thanks to the spacious lawn. One thing to note is that karaoke from nearby resorts can be heard at night inside the room. The property has three rooms, and we booked two of them, so we had to share the kitchen with the guests in the third room for one night. This was a bit awkward, but luckily, they were kind and approachable. The location is also great, with the beach just a 2-3 minute walk away. Overall, the property is peaceful, private, and perfect for family outings. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fun weekend staying at Casa La Rosa! We felt right at home because the place was very cozy and had all the essentials. The beach is just a few meters walk in front of the house and even had tables and chairs you can bring along the seashore. The caretakers also made sure our concerns are addressed swiftly. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a beachfront house for your beach getaway :)

We had the most amazing time at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. There was never a dull moment - everything was absolutely perfect, and we truly got so much more than what we paid for. The amenities were complete, from kitchen supplies to toiletries - every little detail was thoughtfully provided. Plus, the owner was so kind and welcoming, making our stay even more special. Wonderful beach house. Very clean inside. Great facilities, had more than what we needed and expected. We even cooked a meal with the kitchen. Caretaker Susan was very helpful to accomodate our needs. Wish we stayed longer here! The only thing I can critique on was that it was not easy to locate and find. We had to stop and ask for directions a couple of times before finding it even with directions provided by Taya the host. Apart from this, everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Norman’s place. Beaches nearby are very accessible. Place is cozy and very clean. Staffs are very accommodating and very considerate. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
