We had a great time in the villa! Everything was perfect! Whatever issues we had they were resolved immediately.

Fantastic host. My flight was delayed over 13 hours did not land until after 1 o’clock in the morning Llyod stayed up made sure I got into the villa as well. He had beer brought in for me. Very helpful great place great host not one bad thing to say.

First time in the Puerto Plata area. and i must say. I WILL STAY HERE EVERY SINGLE TIME. TOP TIER, UNMATCHED. Ricardo exceeded my expectations. The CHER was so patient and so amazing! Nadesh our cleaner was also very on point. Minor communication barrier but we made it work! ONE OF MY FAV PLACES SO FAR.

Great host and great place to stay

The pictures definitely didn’t do it justice, places is 10x better in person. Great location, plenty of amenities to stay busy with the family. Overall, it was a great selection and I’ll definitely recommend Candy’s place!

Brenda was amazing and so was the villa. The staff was perfect. The chef prepared some of the best food ever. Give Brenda a chance I promise you she won’t disappoint.

This was the VERY BEST AirBNB that I have ever stayed . Everything was perfect! The casa is so clean and beautiful. The grounds were pristine and the house right on the beach! I could go on and on about this beautiful house , but I still couldn’t tell you all the wonderful things about it and I am picky. lol Fredrick the host was SO HELPFUL and NICE and responded always within 5 minutes if I asked him something. Fredrick and the house gets a A+ for my stay. Thank you Fredrick for everything! I will be coming back!

Great stay. Host was very responsive with questions. The host met us at the Airbnb and gave us a tour. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place gets a 10 out of 10. Everything was great from the maid service and to the Cook, Kevin did not disappoint the whole week food was excellent. We loved everything even the taxi service was on time every time. Will we return is a understatement because we definitely will be back Thanks

These properties completely lived up to the expectations my group was hoping for. The host was very helpful no matter what was asked and made sure it was very comfortable. If you have a big group this is where u want to stay. It was very private with an security guard and gate it was like home away from home. I will definitely rent this property again if I go back with a big group.

The experience at Delvin’s place was Awesome! The accommodations that were optional such as a chef and 24hr driver were very nice and made the trip extremely seamless for my group. There was a cleaning staff on property that were amazing, and 24hr security that was extremely helpful. Delvin went above and beyond to make sure our time spent in Sosua/Puerto Plata was memorable. I would gladly stay there on my next visit and I recommend you do also if you have a large group to accommodate. Thanks again to Delvin and his Team!

Beautiful villa, exactly like the photos. We all really had a relaxing, special time. There are lots of places to lounge and play games that the villa has plenty of. Always fun when travelling with family. There was always plenty of hot water and the beds were extremely comfortable. My favourite was the sound room and the beautiful rain water, organic pool. Absolute bliss. Thank you Vincent and Mario.

Honestly this was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on!! Me and 6 of my girl friends came out to DR to celebrate my 40th Birthday and I couldn’t have been more happier that I chose Project Paradise as our Vacation Home for the time we were out there! The house is BEAUTIFUL the Staff AMAZING and although the location isn’t in the tourist spot it’s still Great because transportation is provided at a small cost and they’ll take you wherever you want to go!!! The entire home is a vibe and it is HUGE!! The game room the bungalows the main house everywhere was sooo spacious!! Shout out to Pin, Alejandro 😉, Ms. Antonia and her crew, Waldo and our other drivers yall were the BEST… we even got to meet JJ who was dope also. He showed us the studios!! Thanks to Nina for setting everything up for me prior to our stay!! We had a ball and would definitely visit again!!! Ben you got yourself a winner this property is one of a kind!! Franchesca was so amazing 🥰 she made me feel like family before we came she provided everything we needed and more! Augustine was THE BEST we didn’t want him to leave us 😫 the chefs cooked the best meals everyday they NEVER MISSED! Todo muy organizado, Pedro fue nuestra salvación con el transporte, el lugar estaba muy lindo aunque la piscina estaba un poco subida de cloro, volvería a ir con mi familia ❤️

Giorgia is a wonderful host! She's very pleasant to speak with and very informative . She's very mindful and considerate of guest needs. Anything I addressed or asked for (which wasn't much) was provided when asked in a prompt manner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her villa again. Thanks again Giorgia for your hospitality!

The place was very beautiful. It was in a construction area of the houses that are being built. Very quiet. Had some issues with power going out but overall very, very nice.

This place is Ideal for Sosúa. Furniture was very comfortable. The home is very peaceful, private and quiet. The home is next to Santa Fe to relax at. Close to restaurants, stores, the beach. I would stay here over again. The host is very communicative and police. Definitely a 5 star. Oh and there’s hot water which is big for me when traveling. Highly recommend.

I feel lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful home in such a peacful and private area. I would definetly recommend this place its clean an well upkept with a very friendly host. Also its close to alot of beachs and resteraunts. One last thing the view from the roof was absolutely stunning

The place was actually better than the pictures, it was quiet and private. Everything we needed was there and if I needed something or had a concern the host was available immediately. This was my 3rd time visiting and I had certain dislikes about the other places I stayed at but none here. My next visit will definitely be here if available (I hope it’s not occupied) but definitely highly recommended.. great choice and I’m happy I chose this house.

The property was beautiful and spotless. Walking distance to Encuentro beach. We would definitely stay here again. Robert was very attentive and answered any questions we had immediately.
