This little piece of paradise made for a great relaxing spot in the forest! The house is great and fully equipped for a comfortable stay (the beds were amazing)! The view from the house is spectacular! We loved the tea house nearby within walking distance. Tony was amazing to communicate with.

Beautiful sanctuary just out of the busy Byron hub. Very close walk to the beach. This place was huge. Couch and beds were super comfy. All enclosed outdoor space - perfect for kids/ dog (we didn’t have either on this occasion). Will definitely return. John and Elaine were very attentive hosts and provided us with fresh ground coffee, milk and juice and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything else. Pool was perfect temperature and there was ample shade in the afternoon by the pool. All rooms have aircon - and some also with a tan. Streaming services available! Lots of beach towels and bath towels. Highly recommended !

Amazing location, property spotless and the spa was an absolute bliss !!. Stu & Emma are the best hosts you can ask for. My stay was my best stay ever in my 12 years of going to Byron !! Forever grateful of the memories ! Thank you soooo much. Can't wait for my next time around 😊

I stayed here with friends for a weekend we all loved the house was cosy clean and close to all Byron Bay Amenities ,we loved it and highly recommend, Host Jill was so easy to communicate to flexible and friendly she even gave us bonus hours for late checkout I highly recommend this place

If you are thinking of booking this place - DO IT! Why? 1. Location, location, location. - A couple doors down from the bay grocer, delicious new restaurants on the end of the street like Pixie, and Light Years, a comfortable stroll to the Beach Hotel along the infamous Jonson St & close to the hit spot TopShop Cafe .. you really can't beat this spot in Byron. 2. Luxury from top to toe - Gorgeous high ceilings, lux stone bench tops, beautiful knives, cutlery, a zip tap for sparkling water & hot water, wine fridges and outdoor bar fridges this place does not skip a beat in terms of luxury. 3. Wellness retreat (all to yourself) - Ice bath, hot tub & sauna, means that you truely can create your little own wellness circuit. Whilst after relaxing in the north facing sun drenched pool 4. Private quarters - The king bedrooms are so large and in their own little area if felt like everyone had their own space. We had the best stay, thanks again!

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. the location was excellent, walkable to town and the beach without the hustle and bustle of town. the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the best super comfy. we all had a bathroom, too! loved the pool for an afternoon dip. we will be booking for next year !

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations in terms of beauty and amenities. Jim was the most responsive host we’ve had during any Airbnb stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the house was in good condition after the cyclone. He was truly fantastic. Because of the cyclone, the private path to the beach was unusable but 200m down the road (Wareham St) was another entrance to the beach which was accessible for my elderly father. The beach is not patrolled this time of year but has shade and was still beautiful despite the erosion/accessibility issues. There was a playground next to the property which worked well for our 2.5 year old (with supervision). A 10 minute walk up the road was a great bakery/coffee, a small grocery store and a great Indian restaurant among other shops. Easy 10-15 minute drive into Byron which has a woolies and is patrolled. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday at Anchorage Waters. The house was just as stunning as it looked in the photos, beautifully laid out and incredibly clean. There was no shortage of activities for our kids and grandkids to enjoy, from the sparkling pool to the relaxing spa. Jenn was a fantastic host, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The pool, BBQ, and spa were all well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Without a doubt, this BNB holiday home deserves a five-star rating. We'll definitely be recommending it to our family and friends. Thank you, Jenn and the team, for providing such a memorable experience.

By far the best Airbnb we have ever staying in. Louise and Ben have done a fabulous job with this residence .. they have literally thought of everything.. felt like I was right at home! Could not recommend more highly for a big family of group of friends. We will absolutely be back!

very clean and fresh inside out. close to everything but in a quite street with all the amenities you need. kids loved going to budds beach which is 50meters away! absolutely worth it. 5 stars.

The Eco Retreat was amazing. It was the perfect little escape for a relaxing weekend. The view out to ‘The Cloud Catcher’ was awesome and you could just sit on the balcony with nothing but nature in view and in the ears. The pool and its surrounding area were also top notch. All round just a great place for slow pace and peace n quiet. Didn’t really want to leave to be honest. Graham was also great, responsive, attentive and very easy going. Great just to sit with and have a chat. Will definitely be back when in need of a break from the hussle.

Good experience and private place

Gavin’s place is perfect for a beach getaway and to explore Nobby’s and surrounding areas. Gavin is a wonderful host, he provided local tips and suggestions and went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our visit. The apartment was a great space for us, our three kids and two dogs and has everything you need to enjoy your time. The location really is amazing, we’ve fallen in love with the area and can’t wait to come back.

Kristal’s home was amazing, clean, peaceful and had everything you would want for a peaceful get away. Love that you have screen doors and screens for the windows to keep the bugs out. Beautiful home and surrounded by nature. Will be staying here again!

Our trip was quiet and peaceful, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and tranquility. We barely wanted to leave to explore the local town, but when we did, we enjoyed it throughly! The privacy of the property and the amazing hot tub made it incredibly romantic. We enjoyed reading our books on the balcony, bird watching and enjoying the nature. It was the most perfect getaway. We will most definitely be visiting again

This was a romantic and gorgeous stay. Salty Cabin had everything we needed, beautiful fixtures/linens/furniture, pristinely clean, excellent host and very relaxing surroundings. The local produce Matt provided were delicious and Malibu the welcoming dog was a sweetheart. We plan to return during winter so we can experience this lovely cabin with the fireplace on.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The photos are great but don't do the vibe justice. Peaceful, beautiful and the perfect relaxing getaway! We were lucky to have a little bit of rain and distant thunder while enjoying the outdoor hot tub, fog over the trees and beautiful view of the stars at night, and a friendly Pony that came and said hello. Could not have been more perfect, romantic and tranquil. The house has an undercover deck area for some board games and wines, and two little bedrooms that are well kept and cosy! We will 100% be coming back again!! Great easy going and flexible host!

Capaja Creamery was amazing. The little touches make a difference. It was my Girlfriends bday and they gave us a bottle of bubbles. The place was so relaxing. Very cute. The outdoor bath amazing and loved the beanbags on the verandah. Loved feeding the horses and cows too. Felt so private so close to the coast. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend away. It rained so didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but it would have been amazing. Thanks to the hosts. Loved it xo

My husband and I took a staycation here for 2 nights and it was beautiful. We felt right at home and the home had so many small details that we loved! The outdoor bath and view was stunning and such a nice treat. We did a late checkin and unfortunately had a miscommunication with the gate code but it was very quickly resolved and Garth even brought us coffees in the morning for the inconvenience! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

It was such a special experience to stay here!! A super cute little cabin atop a hill surrounded by lush gum trees and nature- oh the serenity! 🌳✨🌄 My parents built this home and I grew up enjoying this property thoroughly, creating many memories with my family, especially my late father, Gerry. It was a surreal but genuinely wonderful experience to return here to enjoy a stay in the cute little cabin Thea and Justin have built here, and relax with a delicious soak in the magnesium hot tub! ✨ Thea and Justin were so very accommodating, hosting me for a delicious dinner and allowing me to walk through their home, as I reminisced the days I called it home myself. What Thea and Justin have done with the place since it became their family home - is heartwarming to see. It's comforting to know the place I grew up watching my father care for and put his sweat and tears into building, is being looked after and appreciated so greatly by Justin and Thea with the same creative passion. 💚
