My stay was amazing! The condo is beautiful, it is renovated and looks brand new! Super clean and the views from all rooms are stunning! Is is a small island off the island which makes it very exotic, yet you are only a 5 minute free ferry away from fajardo. Very accommodating, I had a late flight out and was able to check out later for a small fee. Any question was answered quickly and very kindly! Great hospitality. I will be returning this summer with my family. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you for such a memorable stay 🙏

Check in with security was very easy and straightforward. Apartment has a beautiful view and René was very responsive. Complex has a great pool and is very well situated in Fajardo. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do justice to the beauty this place serves. Ery was a great host who gave very detailed descriptions of how to check in. At the apartment, there’s some nice books to enjoy while staying and a book of recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Very safe area and I recommend catching the sunrise on the balcony with coffee. Very attentive host and responses were almost immediate.

The apartment was exactly as advertised except the view was even more beautiful! We loved waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony each morning over our cups of coffee. We also loved that we could walk down to the park for brunch and dinner at delicious restaurants and our bio bay tour. This location is amazing!

This apartment is a hidden gem. Exactly as described but it still does not do justice on the location of the apartment. Apartment is extremely well appointed and had everything you’d required for your stay. We enjoyed or stay immensely

Majestic view is well named. The pictures can’t quite capture the magnificent view from the apartment. The colors of the sea and sky are constantly changing and we felt like we wanted to spend as much time as possible just hanging out and taking it all in. The apartment was immaculate and supplied with everything you need for a beach vacation. It’s a peaceful area and we loved listening to the sounds of the waves and coqui frogs. The huge pool was a big attraction for us. A great place to hang out and go for a swim. There are also tennis courts and a basketball court. The property is well maintained and very safe. There’s a small beach on the property where we swam and snorkeled. A short drive away are excellent beaches (Seven Seas and Luquillo). The complex is also close to good restaurants and shopping areas. Highly recommend this place!

Cute place, well renovated and designed! Alix was very helpful and responsive. Scenery is pretty with ocean views all around, but taking the little ferry back and forth, although a bit fun and novel, can be a pain point if you plan to make many trips a day to and from the apartment or if you have bad timing (just missed the last one, captain on lunch break, etc.)

Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!! We came to Luis’s place to celebrate the life of my dad after his passing. His wish was to return home to his beloved island of PR. The hosts were outstanding! They helped me with all my local planning and preparations. They provided recommendations for a florist, print shop, party rental place for chairs and tables, and chef. Their outdoor space was perfect for the ceremony. The house accommodated 14 of us comfortably. Everything was just as pictured and described. My family and I were very comfortable and felt right at home. Hosts were very responsive to our needs. The only problem we had was finding the place. GPS takes you right within walking distance but if you don’t know where to go from there, you could wind up driving in circles for a very long time. If you plan on visiting search for the Seven Seas Food Park. Once there, make a right onto Calle B, then your immediate next right, and another right. The house is at the end of the road.

The place is fantastic and the view is just breathtaking.

Me and my friends booked this place for two nights while staying in Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. The view is amazing, the place is has great ac, and was very clean. The pull out couch does not have the most comfortable bed, but it works. Great vibe to the place. Would definitely book again!

We have had the amazing good fortune to become regular renters of Tari’s condo. We love everything about it. From the moment we unlock the door upon arrival, we feel that sense of calm, like we’ve come home to our favorite place on earth. Seeing the incredible view of the sea, hearing the sounds of the waves, and feeling the cool breeze coming through the patio doors; it’s truly paradise. The condo itself is amazing. It’s immaculately clean and well equipped with just what we need without feeling cluttered. Everything is so well thought out and comfortable. The breeze is incredible. We sleep peacefully to the sound of the waves with the doors open and the breeze coming in. Our favorite spot is the balcony overlooking the sea, where you can watch pelicans fly by and dive for fish. We also enjoy walking to to the nearby restaurants or exploring further in our rental car. Tari has been the most wonderful host, always helpful, and we are already looking forward to next year!

So glad we picked Edwin & Julia's beautiful property as our base of operations while exploring the eastern part of Puerto Rico! Our three young children loved the picturesque, clean pools at the resort so much that the numerous, gorgeous nearby beaches were almost an afterthought. We walked to our boat and snorkeling tours at the nearby marinas. We met friendly locals while playing basketball at the resort and while using the gym. We saved money by utilizing the spacious kitchen for meals in between adventures. The shower was very spacious, and the hot water was a welcomed way to relax after our long days in the sun (and our stay in Old San Juan made us realize hot water can't be taken for granted). We would stay here again in a heartbeat for our next trip to Puerto Rico!

We were really happy with everything about our stay here, from our initial contact, to checking out, the condo was spotless, and everything in it was in like new condition, we felt like we were the first people to use it. Stephen and Kristen are a pleasure to deal with. They made sure that we were set and that the condo met our expectations, just really nice people, a beautiful place. And their tips on local things to do was spot on.

The view was absolutely stunning! Our stay was amazing, and everything was just perfect. The host was super responsive and even let us check in late at night without any hassle, which we really appreciated. The only small hiccup was with the security guard—he was a bit rude when we asked help for using elevator key, and there was a bit of a language barrier, which made things tricky. But honestly, that didn’t take away from how great the place was. The location is fantastic! So many restaurants within walking distance, and anything else you might need is just a 10-15 minute drive away. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay—would absolutely come back!

Stay here! The location in Fajardo was great - close to great beaches, restaurants and attractions. But make sure you have time to soak in the views and coziness of the apartment. The views are spectacular! The way the balcony doors open up it feels like you are basking in the breeeze while relaxing in the space. It was clean, cozy and fabulous. We can’t wait for our next visit to Puerto Rico, we will definitely book David’s place again.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Robyn’s place! Wade met us to check us in and gave a ton of great local tips and spots to check out. The home was super clean and had amazing views of the water and marinas. Really fun waking up each morning to the sound of waves and watching the boats come in and out of the marina. Would 1000% stay again!

Our stay at JamRican apartment was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted us through the large windows. The panoramic vista created an immediate sense of serenity that stayed with us throughout our entire stay. Shareen, proved to be an extraordinary host who went above and beyond to make our experience special. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find the apartment beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day, with tasteful romantic touches that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The complimentary bottle of champagne was an especially thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcomed and celebrated. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and a host who genuinely cares about creating a wonderful experience for her guests

We really enjoyed our time staying at Howard and Lorraine's place! It truly made our vacation the best! It always felt like home. All amenities listed and the accommodations were as advertised in the photos. The view was absolutely incredible and so peaceful. The location is close to many things to do in Fajardo - restaurants, beaches, etc. Howard's suggestions for places to see, do, eat were fantastic! They were very accommodating - checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. It felt like staying with friends or family - the kind that you like spending time with! :) We hope to be able to return some day and stay again!
