This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

Super clean, ocean so close, ac great. We were there for aiport reasons, i would have loved a longer stay. - great communcation with hosr, super helpful

Loved this place! The kitchen was beautiful and so was the rooms! I love how private access to the place was. Everything had a code, including the gate into the place. The place was super clean and comfortable. All the A/Cs worked quick and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is a lovely find. It is 1 minute from the beach where you have your own pretty much private beach. It is a 10 minute walk to Baha Mar, so you can eat there and visit easily. Also there are a few good restaurants on the other side. We loved Mexicaba for their chicken bowl. Also tried Johnny Canoe and Meze Grill. The unit itself had all you need for a pleasant stay. Communication was great as well. Used Big mamas taxi. She was great. Overall a great time.

Staying at Theo’s place was an absolute pleasure! He is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had - exceptionally responsive, proactive, and genuinely kind. From the moment I booked, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. The place itself is well worth the price. La estancia con Gillz fue agradable, era un habitación cocina closet y baño privado, la ubicación estaba excelente, a 5 minutos caminando de la playa, el establecimiento contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar y el baño contaba con toallas, rollo y jabón necesario, el super value está a 15 minutos caminando, siempre fueron amables

I loved staying here! Lou was great and responsive, and the property was clean and very nice. I loved how private and peaceful it was! I walked to other resorts and restaurants close by. Would stay here again

We had an amazing stay at the villa ! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday . Kyrene was absolutely lovely, so welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her hospitality made our experience even more special. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage until 3 PM, which made our departure much more convenient. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the Bahamas!

Absolutely stunning ocean views, beautiful private beach overlooking turquoise waters. Great open floor plan w lots of ocean views! Very responsive host, replaced broken blender the next day as an example. Very close to airport, lots of walkable restaurants, overall great location that well rent again! If driving, Be very, very careful pulling into/out of parking area into busy traffic! Thanks again Madison! Steffen

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

We had a wonderful stay. The clear ocean right out front was the highlight, amazing for snorkeling and swimming. Bonus inclusions: box of espresso pods, jugs of drinking water, the 2 SUP boards and floats, and beach towels. 15 minute walk to Sandyport plaza, 20 minutes to grocery store and Marcos pizza was also doable for us. Poop Deck was great and New Year’s party at Blue Sail was so fun. Staff at the security gate were always friendly. Thank you Loreta and Barbara!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious with plenty of rooms, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away, which made for an amazing location. The host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend the private chef for a night. One of the best ways to try some amazing authentic Bahamas food/ drink. We will definitely be back!

Joelise place was a last minute booking “Gem” I can’t express how my family and I felt after having such a wonderful host and place at the last minute. I’m grateful! Very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Will definitely return!

Was an amazing experience.. the location was the best.. the house met all our expectations. The extra mattress wasn’t the best (we requested an extra bed for one extra guest) it was inflatable but it worked. Communication was amazing and fast

This place was perfectly located right across from the beach. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the salt water pool and the beach. It comfortably sleeps a large group. It was the 6 of us and we had extra beds. We were thankful for the complementary breakfast of bagels, butter, eggs and orange juice. We didnt need to rush to the grocery store for shopping until the next day after we checked in. Shawn was very helpful and always quick to respond to anything we needed. We had a great stay!

Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable in Tineka's home! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare meals; high end appliances were appreciated. The pool was beautiful and we used the grill area for dinner one night. The private, small beach was perfect to snorkel and swim. There is a condo building being built 2 buildings down so there was some construction noise, but nothing major or too disruptive. We walked to the Baha Mar one day to enjoy the water park and had a lovely lunch at Marcus. We walked to Meze Grill one night for an excellent dinner. Monique was our taxi driver that transported us to and from the airport; she also coordinated a ride for us when she was busy so we could get to Paradise Island for a half day boat tour. Went with Captain Stafford through 4WindsTours, highly recommend. Tineka was always available via phone/text, amazing host!! Met us at the condo to explain everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing family vacation! The beach was beautiful and the location was walkable to restaurants and coffee. Dan was very friendly and did a great job communicating with us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Wir haben bei Talbot ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt gehabt. Eine schöne, saubere Wohnung, wie auf den Bildern. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Ruhige und sehr sichere Wohngegend. Talbot ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Er hat uns bei Fragen gleich geantwortet und sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Wir werden deine Gastfreundschaft nicht vergessen. Hundert Prozent weiter Empfehlung.

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Kyrene est une hôte exceptionnelle. Elle était toujours disponible pour nous et répondait ultra rapidement à nos questions. Le logement est parfait. Les 2 chambres ont leurs propre salle de bain. La cuisine est petite mais dispose de tout ce que nous avions besoin. Et le logement est très propre. La terrasse aussi (quelqu'un vient 3x semaine Nettoyer) et malgré que les logements sont rapprocher, c'est plutôt intime. Kyrene nous a aidé pour le transport depuis l'aéroport (avec Cheryl transport) excellent service. Pour 33$ extra ils vous amènent à l'épicerie en chemin vers l'appartement (je vous le conseil fortement. Pas beaucoup de choix à paradise island, tablettes vides et beaucoup plus dispendieux) La piscine est vraiment très bien. Disponible pour les 12 unités mais la plupart du temps, nous étions seuls. A pied, nous étions à environ 8 minutes de tout. Plage, Resto, Atlantis. Je recommande fortement Kyrene comme hôte. Vous allez aimer votre séjour aux Bahamas.

Doug & Ryan’s place beautiful, bigger than we expected, clean, and we could not have hoped for a better location. While we did not end up using the resort next door much because we were out and about all day, we loved having great restaurants like the Spritz, and Mi’s & B’s Cafe within a few minutes walk. Really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Krishelle’s place was accurately described. The property was located on paradise island and a very short walk to the Atlantis resort (about a 12 min walk). There were several restaurants nearby that we also walked to. The place was nice and clean and there were also complimentary drinks in the fridge of local beer and punch for us to try. Would highly suggest the property. We felt extremely safe!

The best part about this place is the quick and easy access to the beach, which is located in an ideal area. The trees that overhang on the beach provide natural shade, or you can sit closer to the water for full sun. It’s just a little ways down from the more crowded area, so you have more privacy and space to enjoy the beautiful beach. Locals offer drinks and excursions (you can bargain), and they’ll pick you up right in front of this villa from the beach—super convenient and a great way to save time. If you’re looking for a place that’s private yet close to popular resorts and restaurants like Atlantis, this is a great option. A tip to make your stay even better: pack a suitcase of groceries. Nearby grocery stores are limited and pricey. While there’s a Keurig and coffee maker, I wish I had packed coffee, breakfast, lunch items, and snacks. For dinner, check out Marina Village by Atlantis—it’s full of restaurants and just a 10-minute walk away.
