We had such an amazing time at the Seaclusion!! It really was perfect for our little group. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and the walk to town and Atlantis wasn’t bad at all.

We had an amazing stay at the villa ! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday . Kyrene was absolutely lovely, so welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her hospitality made our experience even more special. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage until 3 PM, which made our departure much more convenient. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the Bahamas!

Absolutely stunning ocean views, beautiful private beach overlooking turquoise waters. Great open floor plan w lots of ocean views! Very responsive host, replaced broken blender the next day as an example. Very close to airport, lots of walkable restaurants, overall great location that well rent again! I had an incredible stay at Keishas luxurious bnb She was so welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful island vibe. The location was great close to the beach and local attractions. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the little personal touches that made the stay feel special. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

This was the perfect and convenient set up for our 3 couples spending the night before getting on our Moorings boat. The flat is well appointed with a master with a king and en-suite and 2 smaller queen bedrooms with separate adjacent facilities. The flat is literally 100 steps away from the Moorings base and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and bar & restaurant (Pink Octopus). The gated community felt very safe and well managed. The host is super responsive and very helpful. Thanks for having us!

Me and my group of friends visiting from WPB enjoyed this private retreat. we lovedddd this home our rooms were extremely spacious and extremely comfortable! this house was perfectly designed and we will definitely be staying again!

Our stay at Vernette's home was everything we hoped for and more! The house offered plenty of privacy, even though Vernette lives there, and we had access to a beautiful garden, pool, and a deck with a grill where we enjoyed dinner every evening. We were traveling with two small children, and Vernette had everything we needed to make our stay easier—baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play, and even child-friendly plates, silverware, and toys. This made a huge difference during our trip. The house is conveniently located near a supermarket and a local beach, away from the typical cruise ship crowds, which made it feel like a more authentic experience. Vernette truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. She generously shared fresh fruit from her garden and even delivered homemade banana bread. She’s a warm, thoughtful host, and we wholeheartedly recommend staying at her home for anyone visiting the Bahamas.

Brought our family of 4 here for spring break adventure and wow! This house had everything and more. Gorgeous views from every window, comfy beds, awesome sound system, fully stocked kitchen and they even provided some snacks and beverages in the fridge. Great location to explore the area and keep you outta the cruise dock chaos. Def recommend renting a car to explore the area and I highly recommend you go to Jaws beach You won’t be disappointed, it is stunning and way less crowded than Cable beach. They have a lot of water toys and a washer/dryer too. We will miss drinking our morning coffee outside with the views.

Had a blast at Kathy place! The home was better than described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed+. The location was perfect, close to food, beach, casino and anything you may need or want to do. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kathy was an excellent host—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided a ton of local recommendations and even went the extra mile. Tons of activities right there. The days we opted to stay in we had lots of things to do. From board games to pool. There were darts, video games, karaoke and MORE. There’s an outline of things to know in every room. Fridge had lots of beverages to get us started. Toothbrush and toothpaste. Early check-in, or flexible check-out. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting The Bahamas. We had a wonderful stay. The clear ocean right out front was the highlight, amazing for snorkeling and swimming. Bonus inclusions: box of espresso pods, jugs of drinking water, the 2 SUP boards and floats, and beach towels. 15 minute walk to Sandyport plaza, 20 minutes to grocery store and Marcos pizza was also doable for us. Poop Deck was great and New Year’s party at Blue Sail was so fun. Staff at the security gate were always friendly. Thank you Loreta and Barbara!

I had an amazing stay at Dominic's place! It was so close to public transportation and the Bahamar resort, making it super easy to get around. The space itself was absolutely stunning – spacious, modern, and truly a hidden gem. I was blown away by how well-kept and stylish it was. The pool was a beautiful bonus too! Dominic was a fantastic host, providing great local recommendations that made my trip even better. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area! Thank you Dominic !

We spent Christmas in the Bahamas at Juanita’s place. Great location close to the airport and short drive to downtown and Paradise island Lots of restaurants and grocery store around The beach was a short walk away Bahamar resort was also a walk away The home and amenities were very comfortable We overall enjoyed our stay here Juanita was also very helpful with getting us numbers for cabs since the rental company did not have our reserved car

Fantastic place to stay! Had not a single complaint. The house was better than advertised. Extremely clean. Those that were responsible for responding with management issues were amazing plus, it’s in the Bahamas, so it’s tough to beat the location! I have rented from this group previously, and would expect to do so in the future.

This house is like a little piece of heaven on Earth, far enough away from the bustling section of downtown Nassau. Blue Ocean Village seems like it's own special pocket of houses on what I would call a dead end street, however, the dead ends is actually where the beach is located. You are literally about 95 steps/paces to what felt like our own private beach! There is a shaded platform where the beach chairs are located, so if you want more direct sunlight for a long period of time, you'll have to take the few steps down to the beach. Maybe bring a beach blanket of some sort or buy some cheap beach chairs so you can sit right on the beach. They were kind to loan us a cooler bag so we could bring lunch and stuff to the beach. The bus was so easy to use to take you into downtown (averaged about 20 - 45 minutes) depending on the time of day and where you want to be dropped off. And the shuttle is very affordable - about $1.50 per person. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Since we were landing on Xmas Day, couldn’t get a rental car until the next day, and weren’t sure whether any restaurants would be open nearby, Faynell graciously volunteered to hit the supermarket on our behalf before we arrived. What more do you need to know about her hospitality? House is nice, neighborhood quiet but about a 5-15 minute drive from most of what you’d want to do. You will want a rental car!

Our stay in Nassau, Bahamas, was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, Fany greeted us warmly and provided invaluable insights into local beaches and dining spots, with four delightful restaurants just a short walk away. The house was equipped with a kayak and paddleboard, which we eagerly used to explore the serene waters. A hidden gem, Love Beach, was nearby; accessible via a secluded trail or a quick 10-minute kayak trip. The turquoise waters were breathtaking. The provided snorkel gear allowed our whole family to immerse ourselves in vibrant underwater life, encountering a variety of fish. The kids had a blast playing in the pool, their laughter echoing as they splashed around. Throughout our stay, Fany was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. The white sand beaches offered a relaxing retreat. This experience was wonderful and highly recommended.

Safe location within a reasonable walking distance to Atlantis and the beach. Was precisely what we needed.
