We felt very comfortable in Melissa’s apartment! It’s very spacious and nice. The air conditioning worked great and it’s really nice that there’s filtered water available. The location was also perfect for us as it’s a short walk to the marina and nearby restaurants. The apartment complex was quiet and we had no issues with noise. We did have a little trouble with the hot water but they responded very quickly and had someone come check it out within 1 hour. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very convenient apartment for families traveling with kids, they enjoyed the bathtub of the main bedroom and having the pool right in front. Everything was super clean and worked perfect! Super attentive hosts!

Jinelly's place was beautifully decorated. It looks exactly like the pictures online. It was also very spacious for our family of four. We really appreciated the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the pull-out couch. The apartment was quiet and in an outstanding location. Medano Beach (swimmable) was only a short ten-minute walk away. There are two grocery stores (Walmart & Selecto Super Chedraui) about a five-minute walk away. It also only takes about twenty minutes to walk to the marina. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. We were there for eight nights and we didn't need to take a taxi or uber for anything. Everything is within walking distance. There was also equipment for the beach that was very helpful (chairs, umbrella, cooler bags, beach towels). Jinelly was a very helpful and attentive host. She responded quickly whenever we messaged. If we go back to Cabo we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Casa del Mar. I could stare at the view from the condo all day. The layout allows for views from every room in the condo (well, except the bathroom) and a large balcony where you can sit to enjoy the view. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area is well designed with ocean views and plenty of seating. We met some of the regulars who were all welcoming and friendly, as were all the staff members we encountered. The beaches are gorgeous and clean, and a nice swimming beach is nearby. Our host, Patricia, was awesome. She was responsive, kind, welcoming and offered helpful tips for our stay. It was a perfect getaway. The only thing we regret is not staying longer.

Great location. Would recommend having a car to get to the downtown area and to more swim friendly beaches. The condo was perfect for our family and was a great vacation spot!!!

Excelente ubicación, todo muy cercano, cuenta con las amenidades anunciadas, con estacionamiento para 4 vehículos, y te comparte información sobre tours y actividades para hacer, recomendaciones de restaurantes, todo muy bien.

Estancia muy comoda, con su balconcito para tomar aire, su alberca en la terraza muy linda, aunque no la usamos por el clima si muy agradable pasar un rato en la terraza. Muy cerca del centro en general todo muy bien con la estancia.

This place is AMAZING! Communication was on point and the house was incredible. 100% recommend to anyone. The host is able to set you up with anything/everything you could possibly need.

La casa está en una buena ubicación, en excelentes condiciones, muy amplia y limpia, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y pasarla muy bien con familia o amigos.

The house was very ideal for accommodating a group of 14 guys for a bachelor’s weekend. The house was very clean with plenty of comfortable rooms and bathrooms for guests. The house had great open space to hang out and eat all together. The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing and swimming. The house is located close to a supermarket which made it very convenient for groceries. The concierge Isaac was extremely helpful with all questions and planning activities. The location was in a very safe and quite neighborhood. The house is not located near downtown Cabo, so a ride service was a must. The shuttle service provided was available at all hours, affordable, and could pick up large numbers. Overall, it was a great place with a very helpful host and staff.

Great place for a large group, while still giving everyone plenty of space. Would love to come back.

Alberto and his charming grandson met us at the home upon arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Alberto explained the house amenities, surrounding shopping and restaurants. Alberto continued to immediately respond to messages sent from us. The home is well laid out, very CLEAN, and of course the pool and outside seating were wonderful. We stayed in a few days just to rest and enjoy. Safe area and walkable to everything. As mentioned in other reviews there is noise from the busy road - this did not take away from our peaceful stay. Alberto arranged transportation for us from the house to the airport. Our driver was Isreal. His service is exceptional! We will definitely stay at Alberto's home when next visiting San Jose, and will contact Isreal for any required transportation. Thank you Alberto.

This was our second trip back to stay with Seoniad. We always feel immediately at home! What a perfect location and home, we are always so sad to leave.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

We love Marina Sol and have been coming here since my daughter was very young (10+ years). The condo was beautiful and great for our group of teens. Had some pool towels which we really appreciated and coffee on site which was great. Super easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff. Loved it and would definitely stay again. If you’ve never been to this condo complex don’t hesitate. The pool is beautiful. You can walk to the beach or to downtown in less than 10 minutes. Inside it’s very quiet like an oasis and you don’t hardly notice you are right in the middle of it all :).

100% would stay again. Everywhere in Cabo has its pros and cons. This one is the best of all worlds. Only con is there’s no infinity pool hah. But I’d take a 2 br suite any day. If you try to get a crappy hotel room, you’d still have to sit through the timeshare bs. Was bringing a friend (her first time) so we had plenty of beach / exploration time anyways. And it’s 2 blocks away from my fav beach breakfast place at cascadas. $5 Ubers were great.

Had a wonderful stay and ocean views were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Very convenient to walk to Copala pools which were beautiful and peaceful. Was great to have access to other Pueblo Bonito properties to add variety to the overall trip. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

My wife, two teenagers, and I had a lovely stay at the condo of Pamela and Greg. It is a lovely location - close to beaches and restaurants; walking distance to the center of downtown as well. The condo was in great condition and offered good space for all; the deck overlooking the golf course and hot tub/pool next door were highlights. I golfed every other day on the course as well and enjoyed having it so conveniently located. Pam and Greg were responsive and lovely!

Increíble nuestra estadía, aunque solo lo usamos para dormir ya que teníamos muchas cosas planeadas. Pero súper cómodo, muy limpio, excelente ubicación y muy buena vista. Siempre mantuvo contacto para responder y las instrucciones fueron muy claras desde el inicio. Sin duda volveremos!✨

Adì’s place was exactly as described - it was the perfect spot for us as we were able to use the amenities of the Zoetry resort such as pool, tennis courts, grounds but still have a condo where we could cook and work as needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and it was easy to get to and from town for nights out. We will be back !
