Nice quiet place, country setting and easy drive to Sherwood. Great gathering area inside or even in the fenced backyard. Very clean and secure. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and the stocked kcups was a nice touch.

Diana was a wonderful host, so sweet and responsive. The house was perfect for our trip (5 guests). I enjoyed the sunrooms and the deck and pool were tranquil. The location was convenient and near shopping and restaurants. If we return to Little Rock, I would definitely stay here again!

The guys loved the place is was so great we can not say anything bad if You are going to be staying in the area this is the place you need to book the host was the best!!!and the place had everything and more my guys loved it there I don’t think they wanted to leave lol!!! This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

Words can’t describe how beautiful and peaceful this home is. We are a family of 5, with 3 teens. The home was clean and welcoming. They had a book with all the info we needed. We enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the dock, the kids braved the cold water a little and even fished. It’s about a 20-30 min drive into Hot springs if you are doing things there, but the drive is beautiful and we chose a different one every drive so got to see a lot of scenic views. Would definitely come back!

What a great place to stay! We came for my sons wedding and it was perfect for our whole family to stay in. Megan was a great host and I would definitely recommend staying at her place.

We had an amazing time at Jana's place! She provides plenty of supplies (linens, snacks, tp, even dog treats!). The subdivision is peaceful and beautiful with the tall trees and glimpses of the lake. We were 5 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and about 20-25 minutes from Hot Springs. Worth every penny and would definitely book with her again :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Michael’s home is located in a great, quiet, and peaceful area. There is a target nearby as well as many restaurants. I would recommend this home!

We had a great stay at Roberts! The house was super cute and you felt right at home! The details and supplies were right what you needed always.

Although my visit was for sad reasons, the home was cozy and quiet and my children made friends with the kids at the home back and catty cornered from the backyard so that kept them busy.

Sandra was a wonderful host! She offered recommendations on things to do and was very responsive! We will, without a doubt, be hoping to stay here on our next trip to Conway!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was beautiful, quiet, private, and like others have mentioned we really enjoyed sitting in the sun room enjoying the view of the woods. I also really appreciated the no pets as a family member has pronounced allergies to animals. That was super nice!

Great place for a quick stay if you need 3 bedrooms!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved the way it was decorated and it felt so open and peaceful. So many details that make this place great— the kids absolutely loved the toys. And I didn’t want to get out of the shower. We also loved morning walks around the horses. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Can’t wait to come back!

Our return stay at Sarah's Cliffside Retreat on Petit Jean Mountain was just as wonderful and relaxing as the first. Priceless views from the large, multiple windows (all spotlessly clean) and the expansive deck. Large and spacious kitchen (plenty of room for more than one adult to participate in meal prep) with modern appliances and everything we needed. Plenty of space for a group of adults to gather or to spread out into our own space if needed. Enjoyed a delicious sunset meal at the nearby state park lodge and several, short winter hikes, all within a 5-10 minute drive on top of the mountain. We'll be back!

Our stay at Alfred & Margaret’s Airbnb was wonderful! We were in town for a weekend getaway and a family wedding, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating a large group comfortably. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and safe—ideal for a relaxing stay. Alfred & Margaret were fantastic hosts, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would stay here again. Highly recommend!
