Me and my family had a wonderful stay here in their villa house. From inquiry to check in to the actual stay and until check out, everything went so smooth. Abegail and Davide were such responsive hosts. They have a local Ilocano caretaker that actually took care of us during our stay. Will definitely recommend this place.

we had an amazing stay at this place! it was incredibly clean and smelled fresh the entire time. the location was perfect—just a short walk to Calle Crisologo, so exploring the area was super easy. the hosts were also fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. i’d definitely love to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at balay by the sea. The location is private and a great place to unplug. The host is easy to communicate and the onsite care taker, Kuya Ouggie, was very helpful! Highly recommend!

Miss Jocelyn and Joy are topnotch hosts. It's heartwarming to have hosts check up on you and ask you if everything is up to your standards. Cozy bungalow made our Ilocos tour even more memorable. It's near Calle Crisologo, Baluarte, Paoay, etc. The place is sooo clean! It is really a home away from home. If my family and I will be back again in Ilocos, will surely come back to this place. Donna is very responsive. Place is very peaceful and quiet. Fast internet connection and with free parking. Lot's of cctvs on the property so we feel safe. One tricycle ride going to calle crisologo.

Zald was very accommodating letting me check in early, since I was coming in by bus at 9am! I had issues with the internet and he was quick to respond to my needs! I just wish he had a welcome book, where there is a printed city map and points of interests and local restaurants to go to.

Great place to stay for big groups! The host and staff were very accommodating and quick to assist with our requests. Nice private pool with option to turn on water fountains, which really helps to bring down the ambient heat. Gas range is available but there’s only minimal available cooking tools, so it’s best to bring your own. In a peaceful area, but still able to reach Plaza Burgos and main attractions by hailing a tricycle just outside the Airbnb. Parking also available. Overall, worth the booking!

Modern and conveniently located near the city. Cozy and comfortable stay with a great view. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
