We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious, clean and with complete amenities. There was just water leaking from the glass roof on top of the dining area since it was pouring when we stayed. The microwave also seemed not to heat up (or maybe we just didn't know how to operate), and the ants also easily appeared in the kitchen when food there's food. Regardless, it was a nice home to stay at. No major turn-off during our stay.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet!We feltreally at home, and Lili was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing stay. Would definitely return!

Ms. Mabel’s place is very near to all Tagaytay’s tourist attractions. The place is exactly the same as the posted photos. Just bring all your stuffs before going coz stores are a bit far from the place. Nevertheless, our stay was worth its price. Will definitely book again 😊

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

it's our 4th time to experience ms marichu as our host but it's our first time staying at unit 220. just like unit 119, it's homey and we're excited to book it again for our future tagaytay trip. nothing negative to say. it's always been a wonderful experience at their units. thanks also to sir mark. 🙂

The host is very responsive and provides clear instruction especially on what to do during check in. The place was definitely great. The place is clean and tidy. They also provide everything you need from indoor slippers, dental kits, and even towels. The location is great too since it's near from Festival Mall and there were other establishments surrounding condo. I think the only minor issue that we had was with the aircon. During our stay, only one of the two units were working so it was not able to fully cool the room the way we wanted it to be. Nevertheless, the room was still cool enough for you to not feel the heat outside. Overall, we had a great stay and would probably book it again if we needed a place around Filinvest Alabang.

Great location, easy access to everything I needed. Reina is very responsive if you needed anything from her. I enjoyed my stay, location was close to family and friends.

We had a great time celebrating my birthday at Primrose 1. Ma'am Letecia is very responsive to all of my questions, and she even allowed us to check in an hour earlier than our scheduled time. The house is really clean and well-kept. We also loved the videoke and the pool! And thank you, Ate Nene, for your assistance throughout our stay! We'll definitely go back to Primrose!

Had a pleasant time at Ben’s place. The place was perfect-close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Ben was responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

L'appartement est très joli et la vue sur le village est merveilleuse. Le village est très tranquille et on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans un autre monde. Mais vous devez avoir une voiture pour vous déplacer constamment. La pression d'eau est forte et la chaleur de l'eau de la douche est très bonne. Peu de commodité dans la cuisine mais de très bons restaurants alentour. La salle de bain est grande très apprécié! La chambre à coucher est trop petite pour 2 grands lits mais le calme de l'endroit est merveilleux pour un très bon sommeil relaxant. La sécurité est très bonne. Bref, merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Recommandé à tous!

Place was great. Location is convenient plus an awesome view at the balcony and the host, Joyce was very responsive and will really take care of you. would recommend and will book again in the future. Only downside is the pool was freezing cold.. good for the skin i guess🥴 anyways.. thank you Joyce!

We had a lovely stay at this place! We were only in Tagaytay for one night and it was our first time and this location is excellent! Its beside Ayala Serin so it was easy for us to buy food/meals etc. The bus stop is also right across which made our trip back to MNL easier! If you plan to stay longer here, the unit does not come with a stove/electric stove so you definitely cannot cook your meals, but it has a microwave, heater & rice cooker. I think I had to mention this as I know tourists who choose to stay at an airbnb place would also want to save by cooking their own meals too ❤️ Nonetheless, this was not an issue for us pa rin as 1 night lang naman kami. THE VIEW IS ALSO EXCELLENT! So worth it talaga yung stay nyo. Definitely book this place if you want a hasslefree stay 🫶

This is our third time staying at Maria's AirBNB. The host is very welcoming, friendly and responsive. This is our favourite place to stay in Tagaytay, the loctation is in the heart of the town area, walking distance to the shops. The place makes us feel at home, great views. Overall, great place to stay for a night or more if you are wanting a home vibe/feeling and is in a perfect location.
