I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! We had a great stay at Shiraz Twin Lakes Tagaytay! The location was very convenient, being near our retreat venue and close to many restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The host was also very responsive, making the check-in and stay hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful getaway in Tagaytay!

Our overall experience is absolutely great! The owner is very kind and friendly. The unit is very clean and even the caretaker, Ate Caine is very accommodating and jolly. Lorie is super responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and equipped with what I need, and Lorie communicates what isn’t there so I was well prepared. The place is also super accessible and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, I will book again when I’m back ☺️

I had an amazing stay at this condo! The room was gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained. The space went beyond my expectations, providing so much comfort. The beddings, pillows, towels and the bathroom, smells nice. The host - Alexandra, was very responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Even the guards were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place.

What we liked: - Easy to find and check-in was hassle-free - The unit is exactly as described in the listing - The place is clean, sheets smelled nice, amenities are working well - WiFi is fast and having a Netflix account ready for guests was a huge plus - Complimentary beverages are provided (coffee, tea, hot choco) and was a really thoughtful touch - Parking is free and spacious What can be improved: - Host takes a while to respond to messages - Food delivery options are very limited. Only those within Twin Lakes will reflect on your food delivery apps. - Tiles going to the bathroom are popping out and can be hazardous if guests are not careful. - The light bulb in the bathroom sparked on our last night and there seemed to be a problem with the electrical system be ause the next day, the hot/cold water in the shower and faucet is no longer working. Overall rating: We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Thanks again for having us!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Had a great stay at Ms Grace’s place, since its a few minutes from the malls (sm & robinsons) we were able to get our necessities easily.. the kids also enjoyed the pool.. it’s bow their favorite pool 😅
